I was in Dville for the day so of course u needed to do a Publix and Kroger run. Nope you can't get the same things at one store. I run to Publix for the deals. BUY 1 get 1 free has always been a favorite. I don't have to buy both if I don't want to. This location is a nice size and up to large with the rest of their locations. Everything was nice and orderly, fully stocked shelved and of course nice employees. I had to go to customer service for a raincheck in Persil. No problem. I wanted a raincheck on Prego Cooking Sauces but a clerk was nice enough to find some for me. My only issue was the cashier. I had a few coupons. He was holding up the line because he was trying to scan each coupon after the item. Smh. This was annoying and drew attention to me that I did not want. Hopefully he won't do that to another shopper. All in all the store was in point.

The first encounter was great. My doctor called in the antibiotics and within a few hours, I was picking up my antibiotic and it was free. I was impressed... and then... I had an allergic reaction to an antibiotic and called the pharmacist...while I was on hold waiting for her to pick up the transfer call, she may have accidentally pushed the hold button and I heard her speaking ... only she wasn't speaking to me... she must've been talking to a colleague and the conversation I overheard... let's just say was not something you should hear in a place of business... there was attitude, cussing, and ugh. Anyways, she later on may have realized this or whoever was in charge of putting people on hold, and she proceeded to pick up the phone and actually talk to me... I told them what happened and asked her if she has any suggestion since it was a Sunday and the the doctor's office is closed. This is my first time ever experiencing this, so I called the Pharmacist as it was instructed on the medicine packet it came with... It said to call the Pharmacist if I have any questions about the medicine ... SO I asked her, based on her knowledge, if what I was experiencing is in fact a serious side effect/ simple allergic reaction or am I just over reacting... she then responded with a very unsure " i PROBABLY WOULD stop. IM NOT SURE, but if I were you, I MAYBE will not take anymore until I talk to the dr. What it SOUNDS LIKE is that you MAYBE are having a reaction, and i THINK, you COULD BE allergic but IM NOT SURE." What a waste of my time! I have already done all that guessing, and I didn't need to hear it from someone else who was even more unsure of myself! I understand that no one can possibly know and be an expert of every single drug and its side effects, but the fact that this pharmacist did not even stop for at least 30 seconds to really think about it, and if she was not sure she could have put me on hold and researched or look it up, or some other effort so that she can have a better answer... I know she was not that busy since she had enough time earlier to have that painful-to-hear conversation, and even if she is, she could've explained such and tell me that it may take a little while to get an answer or she may have to call me back etc... there could've been so much more done... but instead, a few guesses and a suggestion to call the doctor... I felt like I just called a 1-800 number and this pharmacist had a talk time she had to meet. She just couldn't wait to get me off the phone. I do give another star to this place since she did instruct me to call my doctor and advised me that there should be an on-call doctor and request for a call back...and I am very grateful of this advice. However, I am a bit weary to work with a business who hires people who are not confident or truly committed to their line of expertise.

Chicken wings from the Deli.

These are hands-down the best chicken wings I've ever eaten. In my opinion, Buffalo Wild Wings, Pizza Hut, Wing Zone, or Hooters doesn't hold a candle to these. All the chicken is tender and comes right off the bone and the sauces pack a delightful flavor. The only place I can think of that comes close to these wings is Mr. PJ's.

I love Publix! The subs in the deli are the best. They already have good sales and great coupon policy.

My go to store that most of the time I find most of my wanted and needed vegan options. Prices are…read morereason and a lot of the time you can find name brand items there. Certainly give them a try. The staff for the most part leave you alone which I am fine with, just when I need something please make sure there is someone to ask for help.

This Aldi location is terrible. The customer service is just horrible. In particular the store…read moremanager, Darla, is probably one of the worst and inconsiderate employees there. I shop there often with my son, and I still use the stroller since we're in a pandemic and I don't want him to get the germs from the grocery cart. So I carry all of my groceries in the stroller and in 2 recyclable bags. That particular day that I was there Darla did not allow me to take the grocery cart that she had sitting next to her to push over to the side and pack my groceries (most of the other employees always allow me to do that). She made me stand there in front of a line full of people and pack all my groceries right there at the cash register using paper brown bags (which is very hard to do since there is no way to carry brown bags with your hands). So I was trying to hold bags in my arms, pack groceries, as well as push the stroller, and make the purchase. She was very rude and had no mercy and just sat there and stared at me. The lady behind me had no mercy either and was upset that I was taking so long. I guess nobody cares about mothers and babies anymore. It was very embarrassing. Not sure if it was because I am black and look poor or what, but I am not. I am just a SAHM. I am educated and can make VERY GOOD money when I need to. I'm a licensed white collar professional that works in healthcare. I will be telling everybody that I know to not shop there. Including the Facebook groups that I'm apart of with thousands of people in them. I would rather go to Kroger or Publix where the customer service is better or I scan my own groceries. There is also another rude young blonde up front (she's a little new) that got upset that I asked her to allow me to watch my groceries being scanned so I could see the prices. Sometimes they ring up wrong so I like to make sure I am not overpaying. But she had an attitude as well. Goodbye Aldi and good riddance until you get self scan checkouts.

When I got to the…read moreregisters, they were two lights on, but everybody was at one register so I got into the line for that one and out of the person in front of me finish check it out I walked up. The cashier had bumped her phone or something and I think it might have broke her case. So for a few minutes, she talked about that while I said they're waiting to be rung up and acknowledged. Finally the lady at the register next to her said hey, you have a customer waiting on you, which was me standing there just waiting to be acknowledged. And she kept talking, the guy that was bagging the groceries seem to be a manager and they were just both talking about her, breaking her phone case or whatever. I spoke to her because it did not seem like she was going to speak to me which she still didn't. So she rang me up And didn't tell me what my total was just stood there, so I looked at the screen to see what my total was and checked out. No one said thank you. No one was nice. Customer service was awful. This is not a grocery store that I frequent often but it is on my way home and not far from my house so I will stop in to get things periodically. but the customer service is never really that great.
