Visited the The Fresh Market located in 4405 Roswell Rd, Atlanta, today at 10AM (Thursday, April…read more23rd) specifically for the advertised $5 sushi special. After waiting about 10 minutes for two sushi trays to be prepared, I was charged $9.50 per tray at checkout instead of the advertised price. When I asked about the discrepancy, the cashier checked with the sushi counter and came back saying they are a "separate business" and the price could not be adjusted. The only option offered was to remove the items, which I ultimately did and left without completing my purchase. From a customer perspective, the sushi counter is inside the store and the promotion is presented as part of the store's offerings. It's not reasonable to advertise a special and then decline to honor it at checkout due to internal vendor arrangements. This was disappointing and a waste of time. I hope management clarifies responsibility for in-store promotions and ensures advertised deals are honored consistently.

This is the newest Trader Joe's in metro Atlanta, and frankly, it's my favorite. The parking lot is…read morevery large and open, making it easy to get in and out. Additionally, the store has a wide layout making it easier to walk around. I also love that this store is never super busy, so I can come on days like Saturday without the mad rush of the other locations in Buckhead and Midtown. The final thing to note is that this particular store tends to debut newer items. Not sure if that's on purpose or just because of how shipments are made to each store. Even though I live closest to Midtown, this will continue to be my go to Trader Joe's

I don't normally come to this Trader Joe's, but I was running errands in the Sandy Springs area,…read moreand I needed to go to Trader Joe's, so it worked out. I have been here a handful of times, and it's always been a pleasant experience. It feels bigger than my normal Buckhead one. I feel like there's more space here to look at items, where as in Buckhead, I am always running into someone's cart. The staff here is also super friendly as well, Buckhead's staff is very friendly too, but I am just noting it for this location too! The store is always fully stocked too, sometimes with more stuff than other locations. There is a parking lot attached in front of the store, but it gets super packed...especially on the weekends (which is when I went.) Way more parking here than Buckhead though, LOL! I would definitely come back here in the future.

Did a search and this place popped up so I made a trip, walked in to a small but clean store. I wanted to try/get some other items that looked good but since I was not familiar with everything I just got what I came for as not to hold up the line. Hoang Long Oriental Market is a small Asian grocery store attached to Pho Hoang Long, Cobb County's…read moreonly (?) pho restaurant. Both businesses have the same owner. This tiny store pales in comparison to the big Asian supermarkets in Gwinnett County, such as Hong Kong Super Market, Super H Mart, and Assi. However, it might work fine for those in Cobb, who are looking for a snack or a few ingredients and don't want to make the trek to Gwinnett. The store consists of only a few aisles and the shelves are packed from floor to ceiling, mostly with non-perishable items. There are display cases in the back with meats and seafood, though the selection has been rather bare during my visits. There's a small frozen foods section as well as a section with cookware. This is a Vietnamese owned and operated shop. Near the checkout counter, you can purchase pre-packaged ready-to-eat Vietnamese snacks and desserts imported from... Gwinnett County. IIRC, the sticker on the package had VN Tofu's name and address (http://www.yelp.com/biz/vn-tofu-norcross-2). I love VN Tofu. This particular QT is located at the very busy intersection of Spring Road and Cumberland Parkway,…read moreand is the only QT you will find in the Cumberland area. As you can imagine, since this spot sits on a busy intersection, this store stays busy...day and night! This store has been around quite a while, and while it has some of the upgrades of newer QT's, it still lacks the major overhaul. It's a condensed location that is smaller than many other QT's in the area, especially the newer ones. It does feature the basics of the coffee station, tea station and fountain drinks, along with the rolling food island and the QT Kitchen. Again, all of these spaces are smaller, but still have the basics of each that you are looking for! Another thing of a busy store is the upkeep, given its age this location shows its wear and tear a little bit more. Also, along with this the floors and pump area can get dirty with trash and litter on occasion. While other locations have the ability to have the staff out and about on the floor keeping eye and cleaning, this spot has to have all hands on deck for the registers as the lines can back up easily, and they do quite often! I have seen free air mentioned in a lot of reviews and while I LOVE QT for this option at their stores, this locations pump goes down often. I was here last week and got some air, came back today and it was out of order. So, it is hit and miss for sure! Overall, this QT does exactly what I need it to do when I need it...well, with the exception of the air pump, but ya know...It is not my first choice of QT store, but it always comes in clutch and serves me well whether I need some iced coffee from the kitchen or some gas to keep me rolling!
