Do not go to the pharmacy here! They keep shorting me my pills and today, they gave me a printout/receipt for one thing and gave me a completely different medication. The one that is missing is the one they keep shorting me pills for. Usually they have been 10 pills off but a whole prescription is a bit bold. They also shorted another medication today. I will be reporting this pharmacy to the state board. read more

Not a great experience. Went in for the first time to this location to try to print various sized photos for frame ornaments, basic frame and to refresh my gallery wall. At first no one as there to help at all. I needed to double check the sizing for my gallery wall so I had to wait. Then the two people who "helped" took a good 15 to get to the point where we figured out that they couldn't print the size I need for my gallery wall. They weren't rude just. It pleasant or helpful. There wasn't a measuring tape and they dunked trying to get an example as the only other method to check. I get that they are Walgreens employees not photo printing specialists but general knowledge wouldn't hurt you know? The third person to help, Debbie was so much nicer and more helpful. Seems to have a grasp on photo printing and e surging was much faster once she took over. So while this wasn't a great experience, and I probably won't Redfin to this location Debbie should be commended. read more

Amazing quick Pharmacy! There were 3 people in the line before me and when I gave my three prescription order the pharmacist told me "15 minutes", No - in can LESS THEN 10 minutes I heard my name on the speaker, and I grabbed them and was out the door! read more

I typically avoid this location though its usually the one that is more convenient. Every time I come here like clockwork, the staff is rude, they never have bags nor carts. Its really sad that I have to go to the Floyd Rd location just to get good service and bags. read more

If you're trying to speak to someone in pharmacy, don't hold your breath. The phone will ring and ring. And when they finally pick up, it's to immediately put you on hold without saying a word. Then it rings again until it automatically hangs up. This is ridiculous! People are trying to figure out what's going on with meds before driving all the way to the pharmacy, only to see them without much of a rush that they couldn't easily picked up the phone. I hate having to leave a poor review, but it's deserved! Even less than 1 star honestly! read more

Visited this store for the first time in years and had to ask myself WHY i STOPPED COMING!! The pharmacist there was the absolute best

Never any employees around to help or answer a question so I was left to roam around for nearly 20 minutes frustrated as ever just to find some simple items to care for my new tattoos. Finally found it BUT the prices are ridiculous. There is no way I would come here for everyday items unless it was an emergency and every other store was closed. Many other pharmacy's offer free antibiotics or $5 certain prescriptions-not Walgreens. Their prices are higher. To boot, the healthcare clinic is a bust. They misdiagnose the customers and then demand payment after you had to spend hundreds of dollars fixing the REAL issue (where you should have gone to begin with). read more

Had an appointment to get a covid booster shot. Pharmacists says the corporate scheduling website is wrong and I am too early to get the booster. Refuses me service. My last shot was July 1st. Appointment was Dec 31. Claims I am short a day by law. Middle of pandemic and no one else there as a customer but I have to come back on a different day to get the booster. Old white lady before me was turned away with no help with her prescription.He tells her to go to another store that he is busy. I am white too. Pharmacist is black. Photo on store website does not match the guy at the counter who is black. I think he just jams white people up. I would not recommend wasting your time with this location. read more

If i could give 0 stars i would. Specifically the pharmacy. Meds are never ready. They tell you come back in 20 minutes after your meds were supposed to be ready an hour ago. You come back and you still end up waiting another 30-45 minutes. I understand being busy but don't give unreasonable time frames. read more

The lady with short hair at the front desk has never failed to greet anyone anytime I've been there. She's always super nice and courteous. I usually come here to get my photos printed out because it's cheaper than any other place I can find. It might take a while for someone to come to assist you at the photo counter but the front clerk will always page someone to come ring you out. read more

Love this place!! They are expensive compared to other drugstores in all but they are close to home. Everytime I come in the lady in the cosmetic department rack me up with coupons and freebies. She is very courteous. The only issues I ever have is the lines are extremely long when the older man up front is working. And their pharmacy never have the medication I need. read more

My dr also called in antibiotics and left it on the voicemail. Instead of helping me fix the problem she spent 15 playing the pointing fingers game. if you need to fill a prescription, this is a place you can come. they sell other things here too. they sell water coolers and sandles and towles for the beach. theres an isle where you can buy toilet paper and toothpaste but its not anywhere the size of the isle at walmart or target. parking is always available. while your here you can also walk over to the kohls which is just up the way and a good place to buy close. read more

I've been going to Walgreens pharmacy for at least 10 years. I went this week to grab my daughters Rx and the gentleman was very rude. I figured it was due to the store almost closing so I didn't say anything. I came back a day later because the doctors office called in the wrong Rx. It was a prescription that I informed the staff and physician that my daughter was allergic to. When I went to return it and get the right Rx, the same gentleman had even more of an attitude and told me "we can't give you your money back because it wasn't our fault". My immediate response was "it wasn't mine either". He acted as if he didn't care, he wasn't compassionate nor empathetic to the fact that I was in a bind and needed to get the right Rx. The Rx I had wasn't opened or damaged, I simply wanted to switch the two. When working in the field he's in, he should learn to handle these type of situations in a better way. Needless to say, because of the way he treated me TWICE, I've moved on to Publix pharmacy and they have been very accommodating. Please give your employees the proper training when in customer service. Unfortunately, as my situation, one bad incident can drive business away and if it's happened to me, it's happened to the next customer which will cause them to take their business elsewhere as well. You never ever know who you are helping so treat everyone with dignity and respect even if you honestly and truly cannot help them. There's still a protocol to be courteous, respectful and as helpful as you can. read more

Photo service is trash and untrustworthy. I went to drop off TWO film rolls to get developed over a month ago, the girl writing my order was in a rush because she had to pee and didn't give me a order number or anything, just said they would call in 2-3 weeks when it was back. Over a month I'm still calling trying to figure out the status of my order, no one can give me any answers nor tell me if it was lost, the order I placed they say isn't even appearing as if It was never put in the system or made, they don't know what to tell me. I've been trying to get in contact with the store manager, I'm pretty sure he hung up on me after telling me to hold. I called back and then told to call back in an hour because he left real quick. Unprofessional and no one can give me any answers. Way to lose a costumers very special memories that were within those films because the employees and staff can't seem to do their job correctly. read more
