Negative Wow! This place seems to have a lot of employees but absolutely no proper manager. It's like the blind leading the blind. They are all very confused as to what they are doing. And even the guy that delivered the food said the kiosk orders really confuse them. That just means poor management. The water cups are sundae cups they had no napkins left and this is at 10am. Had one of the worst experiences here ever. They shorted a large part of our order and we didn't realize it until we got home. Our young children were hungry so they stayed home and ate while I went back to claim our missing items. I ended up having a verbal dispute with 2 managers who insisted they gave me the food and wouldn't take my word for it without bringing back the bags. Who's to say I wouldn't take items out and then claim they're not in the bag if I do that? They gave in and gave me PART of what was missing "as a courtesy" but refused to give me the rest. They then refused to give me back my receipt when I said I wanted to take the survey printed on it. They treated me as if I were a criminal wanting to get more than I paid for. I probably make twice what the management makes there, I don't need to lie to get a free $2 item when I can afford to pay for it. Fast food workers want $15/per hour for this? My wife ended up going in and asking for the district manager's information to report the horrible service and they refused to give it to her and instead just kept offering to give her free food and resolve the issue right then and there even though they wouldn't for me. read more

On yelp, google, and the website it says hours are until 12:00 AM... why did we try to go through the drive thru at 11:40 and the woman said it was closed? Because they're lazy. If you close at 11:30, then change make sure your customers know that so we don't waste our time going to an establishment that is closed. Too bad you can't give zero stars. I rarely go to any McDonald's, it's just not my favorite as far as fast food, so I've not been inside since the remodel. However, I have gone through the drive through a couple times, and most recently used the app to order, and wait at the kiosk outside. Big mistake. 9 times or of 10, they will mess up something on your order. This last time I chose to use the app, it said my wait would be about 5 minutes. After 30 minutes, my husband went in and found they hadn't even started working on our order. Their excuse? They were waiting on the chicken nuggets. Guess what? This is to all the customers from the Georgia Riverstone Parkway McDonald's at 1429 Riverstone Parkway Canton Georgia 30114 be aware that they are pigs. They dropped the Ice scoop on the disgusting filthy floor and put it back into the ice bin. They drop cups on the floor and they serve the customers with it. Do not order Happy Meals there they dropped the toys on the disgusting floor and instead of wiping it down or discarding it they put it in the Happy Meals. The managers have witnesses this and do nothing about it. I used to work there until today and I am disgusted with what they do to the customers. The place is always dirty. There is feces in the bathroom that never gets clean up. In the kids play area especially in the tubes where your child slide down is full of feces that has been never cleaned. The roof leaks in to the cooler and the products get wet and they still sell it. They don't clean or wipe down the trays that they use to put your food on and the managers just don't care. They don't use sanitizer Rags or change them on time to wipe down tables. All the utensils they drop on the floor they don't wash it they continue to use it. The food trays that they use that are supposed to be clean after every use are used over and over and over for hours without being cleaned. They treat their employees like crap they make you work overtime and ask you to come in on your day off and when you do they threaten you by firing you. McDonald's on Riverstone Parkway in Canton Georgia is a hostile work environment place be careful with eating there and getting a job there most employees don't last too long. Management is so worried about getting their bonus for payroll that they leave the store for days dirty and disgusting and filthy. They don't use expiration tickets on most products and they still sell them to you. Whenever you purchase apple pies there look at the expiration time they sell them to you hours after they supposed to be throwing out. When you buy iced tea if you are diabetic I will double check because they will sell you sweet tea instead of unsweetened tea. I caught an employee they're doing that and her response to me was I just don't care. I have never worked or experienced anything like that ever in my life. The owner Leo he's the biggest pig of all lets him do whatever management wants and employees all he cares about is his money. The store is falling to the ground most machines that don't work and most of them don't even get clean. When a machine is acting up like the ice machine all they do is reset it I have taken out chunks of bacteria and of mold from the storage I spin and no one cares. The managers should be held responsible for this in the following Anna Teresa and Marsha. Teresa and Marsha do not like Anna so they started to threaten us and try to fire us so they can get back at Anna. All the managers do there is Gossip gossip gossip about each other. When things go bad they fire the employee instead of taking responsibility for their actions. Things are so bad they're that they don't post your health inspection numbers. Next time you there notice if you see a health inspection rating. The reason they don't post it it's because they don't want the public to know the truth especially the owner he doesn't give a crap all he cares about is his money. I like the new renovations but nobody here knows how to clean. Every single table is dirty, the floor is covered in food and dirt, the trash cans are always full, and there's trash all in the parking lot. I feel dirty every time I leave this place. Also, the workers don't seem very pleasant. Like I get they work at McDonald's and that must suck for them but they should at least not make me feel like taking my order is such a burden on them. Have you ever had an experience that made you feel like you had entered some alternate reality? This was the most baffling situation I'd ever encountered. All I wanted was a Big Mac, Dr. Pepper, and fries. I rarely eat McDonalds but it was calling my name. At 7:23 pm I placed my order via the mobile app and checked into spot 4. I wasn't in a hurry as I was waiting on my daughter who was at a swim meet. I waited 15 minutes and did not see anyone. The person beside me pulled out and I noticed there were no cars In the drive thru and checked the app. I realized it had been over 20 minutes so I decided to pull around to the drive thru. I politely told the person that I'd placed a mobile order over 20 min ago but hadn't received it. I confirmed I was at the correct McDonalds and was told they didn't have an order. She brusquely told me to pull to window 2. I had to wait because there was a car in the drive thru but I managed to pull up after 5 min. The window was not a regular window. It isn't staffed and is more like a window cut into their foyer. I waited for 15 minutes but nobody came. I pulled back to the drive thru. Explained my situation and was still trying to be polite. I was informed that they did not have my mobile order. By now my Amex had been charged, I had an email receipt, and my daughter was ready to leave the swim meet. I checked my app and the order was in my history. I gave her my order number and she insisted they didn't have it. I explained I had paid and wanted my order. She replied they didn't have a mobile order so they didn't have food to give me. I asked what could I do to get my food. She replied she didn't know all she does is take money and orders. So I asked to speak to a manager. She told me to pull to window 1. I did and it was not a manager but I explained and said I needed her. The manager came and looked at me and said they didn't have a mobile order. I Tried to show my phone and explained that I had a receipt and had paid and that I wanted my food. I'm not yelling. I'm angry but still trying to be civil. She looked at me and said they didn't make any food because they didn't have a mobile order because it was a different system. I said Maybe because it's been over 40 minutes but I was hungry and just wanted my food that I'd paid for and she said Well, she didn't have a mobile order. I finally asked if I was going to have to call corporate over a $6 order and said that I hadn't gotten angry until they told me I couldn't have the food I had already paid for. She changed her tune slightly to say she couldn't give me food because she didn't know what I had ordered Because she didn't have a mobile order. I looked at her and said I'd be happy to tell her and proceeded to read my order from my emailed receipt. She said fine and went to tell the kitchen to make it. I could hear her saying something about it not being in the system but to make it. Over 45 minutes of my life gone as I sat trying to get what I'd paid for. This McDonalds is surrounded by other fast food choices. Be smart... go next door to Chick-fil-a where they will at least apologize and be polite while trying to make it right instead of insisting that they don't have your order. I told my daughter that two simple words in the English language go a long way - I'm sorry. There are 1,000 different ways for this to have gone but the simplest would've been - "I'm sorry we did not receive your order, it must've been a glitch in the system. Would you mind if I took a look at your receipt? Thank you! We will get that right out to you. We appreciate your patience so we will throw in an apple pie as a token of our regret that we did not exceed your expectations on this visit!" But by reading the reviews for this location I can see that they clearly don't care. read more

Almost every single time I have been here my order has been wrong and it's usually soggy and cold by the time I get to the window. I have never gotten fries here that aren't absolutely awful here and there's usually hair in my hash browns. The staff is EXTREMELY rude as well. Of all McDonald's I've ever been too this facility is quite easily the worst. I walked into the front door to the ordering desk only to be greeted by dirt and food covered floors. Every table and seat had a sticky residue that was clearly visible and the whole restaurant has a lingering stench that made it incredibly uncomfortable to eat. The whole time I was in there not a single person came out to clean. Although the renovations are great, the management is quite frankly much worse than any McDonald's Ever. A change in management should be seriously considered because this seems to be a problem in lack of leadership. WORST Mcdonalds EVER! I would give negative stars if I could. Recently remodeled, we hoped it had changed. Nope! Walked in today to a busy store and as we stood in line two workers were shouting at each other. The woman out front replied "What!? I have a bazillion customers and they are very demanding!" Everyone in line just looked at each other. Some even gasp. I told the woman next to us and my husband that that worker is one of the people that I hoped hadnt returned with the remodel. Tried the brand new touch screen to avoid the shitty employees. After waiting 25 minutes we received our cold food with no drinks and a missing a Big Mac after three bites my crispy chicken sandwich was a burger, after speaking with the manger i was told that i could not have what i ordered because i had already eaten 3 bites so i informed the manager that i had eaten three bites of a sandwich that i didn't even order. I have gone to this McDonald's location on several occasions and normally after work (about 6:30PM to 7:00PM). I can only speak to the evening shift, but it always seems like they mess up the order. I went one day and ordered a plain double cheeseburger, and got the food home only to find that they gave me a regular double cheeseburger. How you mess up a plain double cheeseburger is beyond me. It's just a patty and two pieces of cheese -- nothing else. Somehow they managed to over complicate a plain cheeseburger. On another occasion, I ordered a Chicken McNuggets combo meal. I told them I wanted Sweet & Sour sauce. They said ok, yet as I was pulling away discovered that they didn't bother to put any sauce in the bag. Luckily, I was still in the parking lot, but I still was inconvenienced in that I had to pull over and run back in because of their carelessness. I'm sure the day shift is much better (as is the case with most fast food restaurants), but if you order in the evening you can almost book it that something will be awry with your order. The staff has a tendency to be careless, and sound hum drum in the drive through. I think the issue really seems to be with management because it doesn't matter who is working... my order is always screwed up. read more

Then we were given somebody else's food, several people from the drive thru had to come inside because their order was wrong. It took 10 minutes to get a mcgriddle and a mcmuffin. I normally don't bother with a review of restaurants, but I had a horrible experience there about 2 weeks ago in the evening. I was the only customer at the counter, but the older lady who was supposed to be at the register completely ignored me for at least 3 minutes. Finally, her manager had to remind her there was a customer. Then, she charged me for an extra cookie that I didn't order. She had to have a conference with her manager, who then opened her drawer. She didn't understand that and then closed the drawer! I asked if I was getting change back and she seemed irritated and mumbled something under her breath about this getting on her nerves, etc.. NO apologies from either her or the manager. In addition, another shift supervisor was laughing and talking very loudly with one of her coworkers and seemed to be oblivious to the backup in the drive through. read more
