Had a Crispy Chicken sandwich today. Thought I was ordering a crispy chicken sandwich with mayo, lettuce and tomatoes on a nice soft bun. What I got was blackened piece of meat on a flat nondescript bun. It was absolutely the most horrible chicken sandwich I've ever had! The chicken patty was over cooked, tough and tasteless. The bun was burned and I'm not sure how they managed to do it, but the bun was also tough. McDonald's review said their chicken sandwich was better than Chick-Fil-A but Micky D's needs to realize their chicken sandwich rates a 0 on a scale of 1 to 10. read more

McDonald's is a shadow of its former self. For almost 6 dollars, a cheeseburger has nothing more than a slice of cheese and a pickle on it. I don't know about you, but that sounds like severe inflation to me! I couldn't even get an Egg McMuffin at 10:45 AM. Luckily the four piece chicken nuggets happy meal looks the same, and my two-year-old is blowing through ketchup packets like they're a food in and of itself. :) read more

I said well excuse me seems if your working both you would acknowledge the other asking them to hold on . Well she just got rider snd ruder and I told her finally I'll talk to you manger when he comes in she said he will be here in five minutes or less . The guy taking our order was undertrained. I had to tell him three times what I wanted, not to mention all the other food on our order. I ordered extra pickles. I had two pickles on my chicken sandwich and it was dry! My child's hamburger had ONE tiny pickle END!. They forgot his drink, forgot his toy. The amount of times we had to go up to have them correct things was ridiculous and I am not one to complain at all. We will not be back. Wish I would have snapped some pics for y'all to see. I had other parents in the play area asking me if I had issues with my order as well. So many mess ups. read more

Ordered 3 happy meals and a medium iced coffee. I was basically handed a small cup of milk. When I told the employee working the window that there was not enough coffee in my small cup of milk he argued with me for way too long. When I finally got him to remake it, he emptied the cup and remade the coffee in the same cup and it looked the exact same so I went inside to speak to a manager. The first manager rolled her eyes at me multiple times, the window employee decided to join the conversation by complaining about me I'm front of me, but the second manager (unwillingly) remade my coffee correctly in the right size. I get back to the car to find the window employee decided to get smart with my mother again who had to ask for extra salt multiple times, they didn't even put toys in the happy meals, and the food was stale. read more

Why is there not a no-star rating? This has to be the worst McDonalds in Texas. Now I do not assume amazing service at any McDonalds but some modicum of effort is appreciated. This facility has none. We live close by and have children so yes, the Golden Arches are a part of life from time to time and this is the closest so there we are. Our most recent disaster of an experience was having nobody manning the order station for the drive-thru. After about a three minute wait or so it seemed at least we drove on up to the 1st window and found it unmanned. This was at 8:15 in the evening. Jeez. Tapping on the window we got someone's attention and 10 minutes later, our 'fast food' was finished. Oh boy. I'll be glad when the kids get older and drop this fascination. read more

I went to make my order throw the drive throw and the girl got my order wrong not once but three times I order a mcmuffin and three sausage egg and cheese biskets. Nothing hard with that right right. Will what I got was was the mcmuffin and three sausage cheese biskets no eggs so I went back and still had to pay 6 more dollars for my order of three sausage eggs and cheese biskets. I HATE this McDonald's. I live in Utah and so we came through to get some drinks and snacks. We knew what the rest of the family was getting in the car directly behind us so we paid in advance for their drinks. (They only got 2) after they pulled up, the cashier had them pay AGAIN. My grandma was driving and I saw my dad in the window hand the lady his card. I told my grandma and she told the woman at the second window that we had already paid, they shouldn't have to pay again. The employees instead glared at her, shut the window to correct the problem, and proceeded to call my grandma a "b****" to which was MY last straw. I got out of the back of the car and yelled at the employee. Nothing was done to correct the problem and I had to call corporate. I don't know if the employee was fired because I REFUSE to step foot here again. Terrible service, and a joke. Shouldn't be that difficult to refund a couple dollars without being a complete imbecile to us, the paying customers that support your income. read more

This place was OK. I think I needed to stop here for some real food before heading home to Athens after the Tailwinds Balloon Festival in Canton (at the fairgrounds). I went through the drive-thru window, & they may have asked me to pull over so they could bring my food out to me later (so they could serve others at the window). It was maybe 15-20 minutes from the time I ordered to the time I got my food. I didn't get anything much different from what I normally order at other McDonalds--Egg McMuffin without Canadian bacon (my vegetarian-friendly option) & a strawberry/banana smoothie. At least they did get my order right. I still wouldn't mind returning to this place, if I'm back in Canton in the future. read more

This is the worst McDonald's ever. The fries were cold, the iced mocha coffee I ordered was plain with absolutely no chocolate (mocha) flavor at all, just bitter coffee with ice. My son ordered a HOT mocha Mccafe and it was cold! I will not return to this location because they do not deserve my patronage. I was appalled at the terrible food and drinks we were served from the drive thru. We were on our way to Dallas so I did not have time to turn back and let a manager know how sad the service and food/ drinks were. All I saw inside were teenagers, one which almost slipped and fell as she approached the window with a drink in hand. I'm guessing they need to mop the floors. read more

We had driven two hours and wanted a restroom break and to get a drink. I ordered a large drink and a coffee. After the cash register guy took my order, he said it will be right out. He just stood at the cash register and looked around while the order-filler guy filled 4 orders to the drive through. After waiting 8 minutes for an empty cup and a cup of coffee, I asked the cash register guy when my order would be out. He said as soon as it came into queue with the order-filler guy. I said - you mean you can't reach behind you and hand me a cup and fill another cup with coffee and hand them to me. His reply was "That's the order-fillers job". After I threatened to make a scene, someone finally showed up with my drinks. Geez, McDonalds! How about taking care of the customer??? read more

ALWAYS.. a few days ago I ordered 2 burgers, 2 drinks and a yogurt parfait, they asked me to pull over to wait for the parfait. so I waiting. 15 minuets. I finally went inside, when I went up to the counter, not ONE person asked me what I needed. not one person even looked at me... I waited there about 3 minuets without one person saying anything.. FINALLY after this whole thing. about 30 minuets later someone came from the back and gave it to me. This is a new McDonalds with their modern style and layout. It has a huge indoor play place for the kiddos, it's clean, has wifi and the digital menus and clear calorie content on many of their items. Because it is right off the interstate, it's an ideal meeting place or break stop. read more

This McDonalds is one of the worst. You have to inspect your order before you drive away. If you don't chances are it will be wrong or items missing. You call and the manager could care less. They are the only McDonalds within 20 miles and they know it. If you are on I-20 and think to stop here keep going. read more

Stopped by for breakfast this morning, and started out wrong! First of all no one was answering me through the speaker, as two other cars were helped in the other lane. Thought maybe having technical problems so pulled up to window. The girl looked like she didn't even want to open her window for me, but I told her no one was answering me over the speaker. She took my order for chicken biscuit meal and told me it was $7 and some change. I told her I thought the menu board said $4.89, and she responded with "O I don't know". I kept asking and she said she couldn't see that and that she didn't know. Well ask somebody! The manager's office is right there! After trying, I told her since she didn't know just to forget about it and I drove off! Very frustrating way to start the morning! read more
