This is the worst MD when it comes to service. 20 minutes in line and still no closer to getting foods. Display has been broken for over a month. I keep thinking it will get better but seems to be getting worse read more

The worst service I have ever had...ordered on Door Dash, and wasn't given an entire meal or McFlurry: yet when I called they took no accountability, and the guy even laughed saying it wasn't their fault; when in fact it is entirely their fault. They have to seal up the "completed" order to ensure nothing has been tampered with for the door dasher: so in no was was this the dashers fault. I called back to talk to a supervisor about the incident and being hung up on and she said her name was LJ (not sure if she was being truthful) and she too hung up on me. They said it wasn't their fault and door dash could refund me...but that was my dinner. I couldn't drive to get dinner tonight and relied on this for my family for tonight. Ridiculous read more

I would give ZERO stars if I could This place is the worst. They have never gotten our order right in the several times we have stopped in town - It's one job that you have and you can't even do it correctly. Save yourself the headache. Go to Carl's. read more

This place is a joke. 20 minutes to get a meal. Nobody knows what they are doing here. Go somewhere else.

Was in the drive thru for 30 minutes. Service was awful. Do better, if I could do 0/5 stars I would. And also maybe have your staff not wear t-shirts to work and have them in full uniform looks TACKY AS HELL read more

Way too expensive for the terrible quality of food you get. Additives and preservatives run rampant. Corporation makes a killing while workers literally can't make livable wages. 0/5 stars. read more

Got 2 Sausage Egg McMuffins, both of them still had eggshells in them. And hands down slowest drive thru with barely anyone in it.

This is the worst McDonalds. Slow service when ordering inside. Employees not responsive. Food come. Waited 21 minutes for order when we were the only ones inside. Avoid this location read more

Stopped here on the way to Arizona, it's McDonald's so there is not a lot of room to exceed expectations, everything is supposed to be made the same and taste the same no matter which McDonald's you go to and in this case they met expectations. The Sausage McMuffin with Eggs and Hash Browns tasted good and were cooked properly. Wait time was nominal and the staff was friendly and attentive. Just what you expect when you go to McDonald's. read more

And this clearly shows how important customers are to Macdonald's . This employee clearly knew that he/she burnt the hell out of this bread & still served it. Not only is the whole bun hard but this is lazy work. Good customer service Macdonald's i wont be spending another 1$ with your location get a superior that's going to be on top of these employees asses . ALWAYS out of something. Last week was orange juice, today was ice cream. I wish the kids hated this place as much as I do!! They need to get it together. They send you to the parking lot from the drive thru and come over to ask what we ordered. DO BETTER!!! read more

Curbside service is HORRIBLE. 34 minutes to get my order that I ordered ahead of time through app. Had to call the restaurant to make sure was at the right restaurant read more

This is the worst McDonald's I've EVER BEEN TO! Slow, rude, always giving me the wrong order! Never coming here again!

I would rather starve than eat here, I would probably live longer, they don't clean their dishes and the store manager cannot Control their crew members, this place needs to be shut down and completely re trained. Especially whoever does the dishes, I went to work at this location for one day, I left early because I wasn't comfortable serving the food. If that says anything. Just go to The grocery store. Not worth it. read more

We came here twice during our stay in the area and Kristin was incredibly professional, detail oriented, worked quickly, and had a great attitude. She made sure our order was perfect; and the food tasted great. I really wish more people had her energy. Thank you so much for the help, Kristin. You brightened our days. read more

So the drive thru was closed - both entries when we pulled up. When we went inside we were told it's cash only. Ok.... Then we noticed the order takers had paper and pencil in hand - yes!! Apparently their system went down and they are kicking it old school. The ketchup also doesn't pump. They didn't give us one of our hash browns and we had to ask for it. read more

Line literally takes 45 minutes & if line is empty they have you park in reserved parking for 15 minutes.

Service is garbage. People hanging around, rude at the window. Food is not prompt had to wait over 20 minutes for happy meals!

What a disappointment.. my English muffins cold, my oatmeal had way to much water and then this so called cinnamon bun. It was dry, cold, tasted bad. Even my 2year old daughter said "eww" that was a shock to me. Yeah McDonald's customer service is going down fast..it's sad. read more

I can't even begin to describe how bad this McDonald's is. let's just say you never get everything you order the employees are always rude or the food is just cold and gross. Even through DoorDash they never check all items I one time got just 2 drinks when I ordered 3 meals. I would recommend just never come here. read more

I have only had positive experiences at this location until now. I truly feel bad for any employees who have to work when the manager Laura is in charge. There was an issue with our app order being found on their system so we were a little delayed at the first drive thru window which is not an issue for us. We are extremely patient and understanding that mistakes do happen and it's nothing to overreact about. However it was disturbing to hear an employee yelling at everyone else. I don't mean speaking loudly and delegating tasks, I mean YELLING like your parents would yell at you if you crashed their car into the living room.... Once we pulled up to the second window we were also yelled at...by Laura...the manager. She asked who our order was for and we provided her the details to which she YELLED at us again stating... " I need to know what your ORDER is! Not your order number!!" My boyfriend and I were shocked at how this woman was treating us, even the new employee who was training looked at the manager and said "WOW!" It is clear Laura has difficulty handling stressful situations and takes that frustration out anyone in her vicinity. I'm just glad we were able to drive away. The employees working with her on the other hand....my prayers go out to you. read more

This location is absolutely terrible. I asked them what time they started lunch and they said 10:30. It was 10:36. I tried to order some lunch and he said "Oh, we're not ready to start making lunch." Uhhh. Then why the heck did you just tell me it started at 10:30? Why not change it to 11? You want to get paid more? Be better at your job. read more

I'm done with this place. Every single time Ive stopped here, my order is always simple chicken nugget kids meal or burger. They ALWAYS manage to mess up my order. I'm not exaggerating. Just check out their stars. I've never bothered to check this particular location. But this place is in need of some serious help. Who are the managers? You guys are suppose to be in control of running a smooth operation. Customer service lacks. Food is always either cold or old. Honestly... it's just ridiculous. Who does your hiring ? Hr and supervisor. Step up your game! Do your job. This location lost my business and everyone else who has given a ONE Star review here. Should never return to this place. Ever. read more

Just your average McDonald's. Although whoever the crew that worked the night shift yesterday, on Friday, August 2nd did an excellent job on freshness. Our Big Macs were on point! The line was slow, but totally worth it because you can tell the burgers were just made. Good job guys. read more

Yeah, I know it's Mc Donald's. But when in use the drive through, it's pretty quick and friendly. Tried mobile order today and won't do that again. Had to call after waiting 10 minutes to get my order brought to me. The attitude of the worker bringing me the order was surly, but again, it's Mc Donald's. Got home and guess what- wrong order. So not doing mobile Pickup here again. read more

This McDonald's is super convenient for us, so I keep trying to make it work. I sat in the drive thru for 40 minutes today for an egg McMuffin and a hash brown. I have never posted a negative yelp review, but I wanted to save people time. I could have driven to the Redlands one and back in the time it took. I told the worker that I'd been waiting 40 minutes and she shrugged and said, "We're busy." I understand things happen, but this continuously happens at this location. Save your time and go somewhere else. read more

People are decent but the wait time and quality of food is subpar. Not to mention they're randomly closed at time. I understand power outages and stuff but it seems to happen a lot. The drive through is a literal trap. You will be stuck foreverrrr. read more

The worst and slowest service ever! Can't understand the order taker and super slow in drive thru.

We have purchased food from this McDonald's several times over the years. It's never been fast and sometimes the orders are messed up. The food is McDonald's. Today we used the app to order 3 happy meals for the grandkids. Not only was the order not ready they lost it entirely claiming that we must have ordered from a different McDonald's. The order clearly stated it was 1199 Calimesa Blvd. We reordered the exact meals and checked the receipt. Needless to say they messed the order up. One of the meals snd all of the fries were missing. Upon our return it took 15 minutes to get waited on but their mistake was not questioned. Not sure what I'd going on at this location but the level of confusion there seems incredible. This franchise has been open for years. Fortunately there is a burger king, a jack in the box, and a Carl's Jr. within like a quarter mile. I can't imagine going back to this McDonald's any time soon. read more

Who ever was working tonight , yall sucked so much ass. Didnt get my full order everything was half ass made.

Kids can't use the restroom! Purchased some Happy Meals in the drive thru but wouldn't let us use the bathroom. It was ok to take our cash that may have COVID germs...but healthy kids with a mask don't go pee?! PS. Remember to give your customers straws and napkins read more

Have ever gone through McDonald's drive-through in Calimesa? 100% don't recommend. I don't know why I keep going there as it is extremely disorganized. Today when I showed up there were two cars by the windows none ordering. I went to order and the man taking my order asked me to wait. In the meantime on the other side two cars have shown up and ordered and moved and on I still have not been waited on. I got out of the line and called the manager who informed me that there are two separate people taking orders and the one on my side was probably pouring drinks. If there is not enough people to run two lines then close a line so that customers are not ignored. This is a reflection of the management or lack there of. I will take my business elsewhere. read more

I came here 06/14/19 and whoever was working decided to ruin my night. My gf ordered fries, mcnuggets, a mcdouble, and two mcchickens. I was eating a mcchicken, when i noticed there wasn't any sauce. I got to a bite near the center and there was an overwhelming amount of sauce, and a flavor that was indescribably bad. My bodies first reaction was that it was something I shouldn't have in my mouth. I almost threw up then, around 8:45pm. I ended up throwing up at 11pm instead. No alcohol needed! read more

I went into the store to grab breakfast. The car line was long so I thought I would walk in instead. After I placed my order the young man helped an elderly lady answer questions about what she could buy, what it contains and what it costs. She was concerned about costs. When she made her decision the young man pulled out his wallet to help her pay for it. The woman was like "oh, thank you but I can pay". He said it wasn't a problem but the lady did pay for her meal. It was just nice to see him offer to help someone he thought would be in needed. This man did the register, July 17th at 10:11am .. not sure who he was but I am hoping the general manager see this and give him a nice bonus. We need more people like him in our world. read more
