I was working my DoorDash job and stopped by this McDonald's to pick up an order. The girly at the counter was super polite and responsible. She's didn't make me wait or put me on the back burner. There was an issue with the DoorDash customer's name on the order and she let me verify the order without rushing me! Definitely coming back on my free time, she's awesome! I placed a large mobile order ahead of time for breakfast--6 hashbrowns, a sausage egg McMuffin, 4 chicken biscuits, and a sausage egg cheese bagel--expecting there might be a wait. Even with the advance order, my food still wasn't ready when I arrived. The process of giving the drive-thru code was quick and smooth, which I appreciated, but I still ended up waiting around 30 minutes for my order. During that time, I watched plenty of other cars come and go with their orders, which was frustrating considering I had ordered ahead for that exact reason. Everything could improve, 25 minutes for a cup of coffee! This bologna of no one working the register is not working. I ordered from the Kiosk, it puts my order for one coffee in the queue, 18 minutes later my order gets processed, and that's when they realize they have no coffee and have to brew it. Remember when they had someone at the register to take your order, and something as simple as a cup of coffee, the attendant would immediately fill the order, and finding no coffee would brew it; while it was brewing would take the next customer's order. Came here 1:50pm on a Monday for what was supposed to be a quick stop from Idyllwild (pup in tow). Having already ordered online, we pulled up into the drive through lanes. I placed an order for curbside delivery. I had to enter the business to find out what was going on with my order. They were definitely understaffed and the premises looked like it. The mens bathroom was disgusting (see pictures). Tables were dirty and needed wiping down. The food was ok, at least it was hot. I work in the food customer service but the experience I had today when I was taking my nephews to use their gift cards was just so sad. The lady taking our order was very rude and when we pulled up to the window she was just giving ugly looks at my nephew and I (this was around 5:05). I didn't let it faze me so we went to the next window and they had to drop fresh nuggets which I didn't mind parking. I did ask her if she can please make sure the sauces we paid for were in the bag and she rudely said "I put them in a bag already" and shut the window. I went to park and we waited for like 5 mins and this nice gentleman came to bring us our food. When we got home the nuggets were so burnt looking I had to throw away half of their order. The fries looked like they seen better days. you can tell they re dipped them in the hot oil because they were soaking with oil. I wish I would've took a picture..But what ended our night was when I was taking my nephew after work to get dinner he wanted mcdonald's and even though I had a bad experience he really wanted it. This time it was. around 9:15ispm the cashier who took our order was soooo sweet and kind. She told me how it's only her and the cook so she asked us to park while his cookies were down. When she came to my car I told her she had such amazing customer service and she was very thankful (wish I got her name) and she even threw in fresh fries...I know people have bad days trust me i know what it feels like to deal with rude customers but if your going to have a nasty attitude you shouldn't be in that service.
