This is the Golden Arches that many people stop at on their way to and from upstate New York. They have a play place with a ball pit that I'm sure is infested with cooties. The food is pretty consistent with all the others across the state. Except, they don't always offer the same menu items, like the limited time Spicy McChicken. yum. They didn't have that here when it was available elsewhere. They might not honor your coupons BECAUSE it is a franchise, aren't most? The lot is big enough that parking is never a problem. There is seating available in the play place area and in the service area. Both are pretty loud to be in when there are more than 3 customers in the establishment, which is also typical of a Mickey D's. There are bathrooms in the play place (family) and in the service area. so if you're cruising up or down state and have a jonesing for two all beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, & onions on a sesame bun, you will not be disappointed if you stop here. As long as you remember, it is after, a McDonalds.

Hard as a ROCK. I couldnt even bite it. And i like crispy bacon. And that's extra too that we paid for btw, supposed to be soft!

My mother just got breakfast for us and my son who's just turning 2. She asked for extra bacon that was soft, so the baby can chew it. She also ordered sandwiches for us. When can came in the house and started unpacking the bag. The pancakes and bacon didnt come with the hashbrown or biscuit she asked for it to come with, which I believe does anyways. The bacon was so hard it looked old. You could see white specks on it. The eggs looked awful. The sandwiches were horrendous. They would so sloppy and thrown together, it literally looked as if a blind monkey slapped it together and just partially crushed it in their hands. I called, the girl who answered sounded like shes 12. She just kept pushing it off saying she will talk to them. Shes sorry. But what she doesnt realize, is all the time wasted to go back to get her money back because at that point who would want to eat that from this place. This has literally been over an hr ordeal because the monkeys aren't trained right. I did tell her not to go there from now on. My family always will travel to the next town over to get from their McDonald's. Its much better then the Cairo one. Advice on this place! STAY AWAY, UNLESS YOU JUST WANT TO BLOW MONEY AND WASTE TIME.

I got chicken nuggets there too. They were burned, looked old, looked like the oil had not been changed.

If you have a need to purchase a prepaid phone card or charger, a quarter pound hot dog, a can of dog food, chocolate syrup, a bag of ice, travel size Tylenol, a bag of pretzels or an iced coffee all in 1 small store....than this is definitely the place for you.

And I'm a person of colorful dress, effivescent personality and an all around cheery fellow and to think that my reciprocal would be receptive of this character is just plain folly - but I tried anyway. I forget my dern cell phone charging cable in Queens and thought to stick it out, you know, unplug and detatch from devices for a bit. But that proved a unsuccesssful concept because- truth be told, I had no true course plotted so I was going with my gut along with the world's worst sense of direction. Hefty counter crazy lady gestured with a flick of a chubby pointing fingers to the rear in a half hearted attempt to show me the general area for cell accessories way to the back by the ice among the poorly stocked shelves and spinny displays. "Buy it and try it" was all she'd advise me with so I was sure to tear at the box like a seven year old on meth on Christmas morning. And I laid down my selection of beef jerky but decided against coffee which I couldn't bear the thought of in her care. I've had really positive experiences at Cumberlands thus far, however I'll steer clear of this location for sure and had there been a simple slice of customer service decency, I'd add some stars and cast it off into the wild blue yonder -- but in this case, I just can't find it within myself to accept and glaze over such an obnoxiously toxic individual.

Gracie's is an elevated diner experience...all the breakfast and brunch things you could want, but up a couple levels from a classic greasy spoon diner. Not dissing the greasy spoon diner experience...love that...but this is based in that historical experience, with an overall nicer experience in terms of food and atmosphere. Also, before we get into the specifics, here are 2 words which would bring me in from just about anywhere: Donut menu. Yes, they make their own donuts here, and that's enough reason to stop in, take out, or worship at the front door. We got our donuts to go after the meal...The coffee was GREAT. Too often, coffee, which should be the opening star of a diner experience, can be flavorless, browned water. Here it was good. Bold as I needed it to be, and the perfect foundation for the rest of the meal. My next go-to if they have it brunch experience is biscuits. They have them...you can get a biscuit on its own or, heck, go for a mini biscuit basket! I live for a biscuit-forward establishment. The Full Breakfast (submitting biscuit or potatoes for the meat) would have been my choice, but I decided to roll my own and ended up with a biscuit, fruit cup, and side of Hash Browns. The biscuit was good, large, and perfect with butter and honey. They make the hash browns to order - large hash brown patties - and with 2 different orders of them at the table, one was overcooked, too brown, and not impressive...but the other was perfect and delicious...bordering on potato pancake territory in presentation and flavor. Our server was fantastic...we had a large party encompassing 3 different tables in the middle of a Sunday morning (On Easter no less), which is, of course, the busiest time of the week. She was friendly, enthusiastic, and never made us feel rushed. If I found myself in the Hudson Valley again, Gracie's would be a definite destination for me.

Service was very friendly. We loved the avocado toast, the burger sliders, the tuna melt and the house made sodas! The food was fresh and you could tell it was made with care.
