Drive thru was a circus. I used the mobile app to save time. It took 20 mins of us waiting on two meals. A Big Mac and a chicken nugget meal. Nothing insane or unmanageable. We were told to park at spot 4 and wait. So we did. I made the mistake of driving off without checking the order. We were issued a McRib instead of the nuggets. I wouldn't have been upset except then I had to drive back to the restaurant, wait in the drive thru line again, and then have to deal with the woman with pink hair not having a clue what was going on. And the meal was $10. Fix it McDonald's. If you're going to charge people out of the world prices for subpar food, at least give them decent service. read more

Food was ok. Drive thru server spilt drinks in street. After waiting for our meal, server couldn't tell us which drinks were what and we had none of the side sauces we asked for. (Mayo and mustard is simple). 2 of 5 stars was kind. They continuously deserve disappointment. read more

What can we really say here, folks? It's McDonald's. If you don't know what you're in store for before you get there, then obviously you're from another country. ;-) This one is a little better than most simply because it's here in hometown. We know everyone that works there. That being said you always get and extra big smile and a Hi! Like an earlier reviewer mentioned ... that one or two nagging flies to seem to come out when the weather is warm. Supposed to be building a new one right next door. They have started the habit of making drive thru customers park and then they let your fries get cold in the bag while waiting for the burger to finish cooking. Tired of it, got my money back and went to Braum's. It was $3 cheaper with two large candy mixes. read more

Fast & convienent. Dined in, and chose to order at counter rather than kiosk. Was greeted by a very well mannered young lady "Ashanti". She was very patient and polite while I ordered. Once my orser was ready she even brought my order to my table and brought me the condiments i wanted. Definitely will be back as long as shes waiting on my family and I! read more

I'm a pretty easy-going person. I don't have that much of a temper and when I do, I try to keep it under control. I generally try to give people the benefit of the doubt. Which is why, a couple of weeks ago, I had an issue, but I let it go. Mistakes happen after all. My brother and I went to the Burkburnett McDonald's on June 30th to get the family some dinner. We spent $25.50. After we paid, we were asked to move up to the third window to wait for our order. So, we waited, and we waited, and then, we waited some more. All the while, the vehicles that had been asked to wait in slots 4, 5, and 6 all got their food and left to be replaced with more cars. The people behind us at the service window were being handed bags of food and driving away, while we sat and waited. When we had been waiting for 20 minutes, my brother, who may have more of a temper than I do, went inside to complain about our wait. I don't know what was said, but I was told they would be right over to our window with the food. Five minutes later, still waiting, he went back inside to see what the hold up was. Again, I don't know what was said, but I was told they offered a refund and they would be right over with our food. Five minutes later, at this point it had been a full half hour since we paid, I laid on the horn, for probably a full 30 seconds. that finally got someone to the window to talk to me. They were very apologetic and told me they would have our order right out, which they finally did within the next few minutes. They even remade our melted McFlurry. However, the manager must not have been told about the refund we were offered, because we never got one. I just checked the bank again to make sure, I wouldn't want to exaggerate this account. That brings us to tonight (7/16). I placed my order for a quarter pounder with cheese and bacon meal, no onions, a double quarter pounder with cheese and bacon meal and a cheeseburger without pickles. After paying and being asked to wait over in slot 4, I mentioned my dismay and told them about my previous 30-minute wait and they assured me that wouldn't happen again. I got the order fairly promptly, which was surprising, however, they neglected to put bacon on either sandwich. As I was pulling around to go back through the drive-thru to get this corrected, I stopped and spoke to an employee that was taking slot 5 their food and she told me to pull back through and she would let them know to start the remake. I pulled up to the menu board and told them what was wrong and that they needed to remake both burgers and the fries, since the fries would be stone cold by the time they remade the food and I drove home. They asked me to go ahead and pull up to the second window and they would have it ready for me. It wasn't ready for me. I was asked to pull to the front of the building since ALL the extra slots were already full. Several minutes later they came out with a single remade burger, I don't even know for sure which one it was. I told them that was not what I needed, reiterated what was wrong with my order and what I needed to fix it. Both burgers plus fries. I ended up giving her the original receipt hoping this would help them get it corrected. A few minutes later, she came out and asked for the original order, which I gave her. At this time I asked her to remake the cheeseburger with no pickles as well, because it was half an hour old and quite cold. She took it back in with the rest of the messed up order. She came back out a few minutes later with the corrected order. I asked if they had remade my mother's cheeseburger because it felt cold, she claimed they had. All of the fresh food was stuffed in the bag that held the previous messed up order and was torn on one side. When I got home, the cheeseburger for my mother clearly was not fresh, just re-wrapped, but everything else was finally correct. So, from the time I placed the order to actually getting my food, was 40 MINUTES!!! 40 MINUTES!!! So, friends, whether you live in Burkburnett, or you are just driving through, skip this McDonald's. Just get on the highway or stay on the highway and go to the next one. It will be quicker, and you may actually get what you order. There is one in Iowa Park that is 14.4 or 18.8 miles from the Burkburnett McDonald's depending on the route you take. There are several in Wichita Falls. One is just 11.2 miles away and another is 13.5 miles away and a straight shot down I-44. Please save yourself some time and heartache and drive a little farther. I certainly won't be going back to this McDonald's or actually probably any McDonald's. They have pretty much made me lose my appetite. read more

Had one of the worst fast food experiences of my life from this mcdonalds location today. Used drive thru because it was empty other than one car and thought it'd be quick and easy, I was WRONG!. We ordered and were told to pull to the reserved parking spot to wait for our order. Food comes out, woman with hickies all over neck gives our food and rushes away. We quickly realized our food was completely wrong, but the hickie covered woman was already gone so we had to go to the drive thru again. Once there we told them the order was wrong, gave back the bag and gave receipt (they kept), hoping theyd be able to get it right this time. Once again we were told to wait in reserved spot, our food was brought out. Once again lady rushed away, and once again our order was wrong. We were missing many items. This time we had to go inside in order to recieve our full order. Defeats the purpose of using the drive thru entirley. We were never apologized to, and in total the full process took 30 minutes. (Again, they were not busy) Once we got home we found out our cheese burgers had the wrong toppings. Guess we're supposed to open each item in order to make sure they did their job. Might as well cook it ourselves next time. Its one thing to miss an item, but to get the full order wrong not once, not twice, but 3 times, with the second time having a list to read off of in hand is unacceptable. Might've not been so pissed off if we were atleast apologized to, but instead they brushed us off like it was normal. NEVER coming here again!! read more

This is by far my favorite McDonalds that I have been to. Why? 1) As you would expect, fast food. 2) About half of the McDonalds in Wichita county put out cold food. This one does not. The one time it happened, the manager gladly remade the order no questions asked. 3) They rarely mess up your order. 4) I am always greeted with a smile, and that means a lot to me. The only negative aspect of my experiences there are the occasional buzzing of a fly when the weather gets warmer. read more

So I get there, I ordered 2 items. The medium caramel frappe and a mcchicken. The lady tells me to move to spot 5. And I get there wait about 15 minutes, (some of the time I was the only car there) watched everyone get their order. I call and finally ask where's my order, I work in retail so I understand it takes a minute sometimes but with an order as simple as mine I was getting a little impatient. Anywho, my order finally came out and the lady that gave it to me was extremely nice apologized and gave me my food with a full refund. So although I waited 15 minutes, I did get my order plus some fries and a larger size of my frappe and a refund. So the experience wasn't as bad as I've had at other places. Today myself and a couple other soldiers went to this location to get breakfast on our way back to our unit after a long week at the range. First of all, the staff all hid in the back the second we walked in in uniform, and we were told we weren't allowed to order at the counter, we had to use a kiosk. When I ordered my food, my order was wrong. I didn't get flavored syrup in my iced coffee of which I'd paid extra to get extra shots. I'd ordered extra bacon and only received half of what I'd paid for. I wasn't given a receipt and when I asked for one it took 10 min to get. The manager was rude and wouldn't fix the issues. I'd asked to speak to her as she was walking past and she blatantly ignored me and it took me threatening to call corporate to get a receipt and manager to the counter. Over all will NEVER go to this location again. read more
