They don't care they have you sitting in the drive through with one other car in line for 20+ min; they do things on their time when get pissy when you complain. If I had another option for late night food here in IP, I would never be back. Straight garbage and laziness . Pictured: Every time I pay extra for a double cheese and remind them I do not want a McDouble (only 1 slice of cheese) and every time they mess it up. I was too tired to argue tonight . Someone who cares about customer services really needs to get this place straight

I would give 0 stars on this visit. Never got to eat my food, as the online order was not ready…read morewhen I arrived. I was told that they were waiting on Mac and Cheese, and it would be about 10 minutes wait. 25 minutes, my order, less the mac and cheese sat on the counter. I inquired about the mac and cheese, and told it was not ready yet. I told the manager that he told me 10 minutes, and not 25. He wanted to argue and walked away, shaking his head. I asked him if he thought this was proper customer service, shaking head ang mocking the customer. He came back and wanted to argue more and said he would call PD. About 10 minutes later, another employee came out and informed me that they couldn't serve the mac and cheese as it didn't meet the standards. After now, 35 minutes, I told the manager to cancel the order and issue a refund to which he responded he couldn't issue the refund, and since I ordered online, I had to go to the website, there is nowhere to go. The employee (a cook) tried to diffuse the situation and was fired. What a disgusting excuse for a manager. I asked for the manager's name, and he refused to give it to me. I asked for a copy of the receipt, and in response, he took the receipt, wadded it up and threw it in the trash. No one could give me a name or number to reach an area manager, so hopefully, they check the reviews.

I got 2 piece meal , leg and thigh and okra and corn on the cob and no drink. His tenders were dry and hard, he didn't finish eating them. My meat was Very greasy and the breading was hard like it had been under the lights too long. My corn was brown and dried out on one side and kinda mushy on the other side, definitely wasn't fresh. The okra was a little over done but better than the rest. The best part was the rolls. We will not be buying food from them again . I have been sick for 2 days now and all I can taste is that greasy chicken.

Normally a very good restaurant Franchise. This particular location definitely is NOT a good…read morecomparison to many other locations. (And yes I've eaten in Las Vegas @ Subway, Flagstaff, Arizona, Albuquerque NM.) Not 1 of these previously mentioned locations gouge or inflate their prices like Iowa Park does. Prices here (Iowa Park) compared to even 15-20 miles away are crazy. Franchisee doesn't honor advertised promotions. Does NOT have the $4.99 Footlong's that every other Subway I've ever eaten at honor & promote. Even newest Brisket 12" is almost $3-4 more than any other Subway. Even without the $4.99 (Black Forest Ham, Veggie, Spicy Italian & Meatball) these sandwiches are almost $7 each. Prices are way over priced too. Surely it doesn't cost any more to ship to Iowa Park than it does to Wichita Falls, Burkburnett, Vernon Texas & even Lawton OK. The advertised Hubert's Lemonade has pulp in every other restaurant I've dined at in last 2 months. Not Iowa Park. Theirs is from the fountain. I'll give props to employees. Quick, accurate, friendly. Also props to cleanliness too. Sadly only special they did have was the sliders. If not for that special I would not have dined here. Sadly I do NOT recommend this restaurant simply based on price alone.
