Ultimately the staff made this a spot for me going forward. Just want to point 2 things out: 1. The manger never stopped moving while keeping a positive attitude and making sure his team was doing well. 2. And this is the most important feedback. Bishop is excellent and made this stop amazing by going above and beyond. So as I was staying the night was grabbing some food and notice the jalapeno & pepperoni rolls display sign. Intrigued, I walked up to the lady at the food counter and inquired about them, basically got a confused looked and was told no (hence most of the staff comment). Continued to purchase what other items I had when Bishop walked up and asked how much time I had. Told him I was in for the night, he the proceeded to go make 2 fresh rolls, and then bring them to me. This ack from him was just amazing and I'm glad because he made them delicious. Bishop truly thank you, you made my night with that kindness.

We also got this location's above and beyond customer service and clean restrooms - something not all gas stations have! Wishing I got the name of the exceptionally kind man working at the front! All we showed up for was a simple large soda from the soda machine, and he took great care of us. We felt absolutley cared for and left with a smile! He was maybe late 20s early 30s, heavier set with short red hair and a beard. Thankyou for the clean bathrooms and above and beyond customer service Sonoco. What would normally be a quick in and out experience, turned out to be a positive and memorable one.

My experience with the Shell in Iowa Park was on the return trip from out west. I tend to stop at larger stations when I am with my kids and this place looked to be the largest and most well maintained. The bathrooms were clean, the staff was incredibly friendly and the store was well stocked. They had plenty of windshield washer fluid which is a precious commodity for travelers along this route. In addition to fluid for sale, there were buckets filled with actually cleaner and squeegees at each pump. Happy fueling!
