There was barely a line, but some of the employees were going soooooo slowly. There was one in particular who acted like she absolutely did not want to do her job. They had the option on the screen to give a tip at the end, which I do not remember them doing before, and it was kind of comical asking as it was bad service at a fast casual restaurant. The tables were also so dirty. I did still enjoy my chicken bowl, however. I really like the flavours, and it was a good portion size for $10.66.
