My Nephew My nephew…read moreis a pretty amazing mechanic, and human being. I came through town for a visit and decided to stop by Mr. Mac's where he works. I was so impressed with the size of this place! This is a major operation! They have all kinds of mechanics on the floor, and they mean business. It's a very clean automotive store, too. I would definitely take my car or truck here every time. Say hi to my nephew, Shawnee! He's the BEST!!

Really I don't trust this place. They supposedly did a coolant drain and fill on my Toyota. I don't…read morebelieve that they actually did the work. I stayed with my car I walked to the stall where my car was to see what was going on. I did not enter the building and stood outside the building. I was told to go back to the waiting room. It's like they didn't want me to see what was being done or wasn't being done to my car. Doubting that they actually did the work I took my car to another place where I could actually see the work being performed. Never will I ever go back to this place. People beware when a service company takes your car and will not let you see the work being done. I my opinion Mr. Mac's is not to be trusted.

Five stars to Alley's! They, by far, have been the most honest and knowledgeable automotive…read moreprofessionals I have found in the Wichita Falls area. Floyd at Alley's saved me a ton of money on a simple fix with an electrical issue on my pickup truck. Had I went to the Toyota dealership, I would have easily spent a small fortune just to have them run a diagnostics on my truck. Floyd pinpointed the problem in less than five minutes, took care of it immediately and was on my way again! I am 100% SATISFIED and confident on their professionalism. If you are in need of auto repair, you needn't look any further! Thank you Floyd and Alley's!

I got here 30 min before close and they didn't even hesitate to say they would stay and fix it so I could finish my move safely. Car issues are never fun and I'm extremely thankful I chose to drive through Wichita Falls just in case anything happened & bc I knew they had truck stops it would be easier to get gas at with a uhaul. So lucky it happened when I was close enough to WF to turn around and get here before 6 & that I came to this shop because I know many of them would've turned me away until morning & then I'd be missing my best friends graduation in Fayetteville this weekend. Good customer service is hard to come by these days & I HIGHLY recommend this place. They were so understanding and I cannot be more impressed!!!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have brought several fleet vehicles to be serviced here, primarily because they accept Enterprise…read moreFleet Management. Front office staff are amazing and work really hard to accommodate customers. Problem is not having technicians that actually finish a ticket before moving to another ticket. Also, this store seems to have problems with keeping quality technicians. Granted, they have a lot of services they provide, but the technicians take forever to finish a single ticket. It should not take 4 hrs (or longer) to change oil, replace air filters and rotate tires. This kind of waiting is unacceptable. Customers literally wait and watch as their automobiles are taken into the shop, hoods lifted, raised on lifts, tires removed, etc. once the vehicle is placed, the technician seems to disappear and move on to another ticket or task, on another vehicle. Seems they would just finish the assigned ticket, get the vehicle out and move to the next. If there were any other auto service centers that accept Enterprise Fleet Management Cards, I'd go there instead. Rest assured I will check for others and post it. This is ridiculous!

I live in OKC, but if I am ever in Wichita Falls again and need help, this will be the first place I call!
