I have brought several fleet vehicles to be serviced here, primarily because they accept Enterprise Fleet Management. Front office staff are amazing and work really hard to accommodate customers. Problem is not having technicians that actually finish a ticket before moving to another ticket. Also, this store seems to have problems with keeping quality technicians. Granted, they have a lot of services they provide, but the technicians take forever to finish a single ticket. It should not take 4 hrs (or longer) to change oil, replace air filters and rotate tires. This kind of waiting is unacceptable. Customers literally wait and watch as their automobiles are taken into the shop, hoods lifted, raised on lifts, tires removed, etc. once the vehicle is placed, the technician seems to disappear and move on to another ticket or task, on another vehicle. Seems they would just finish the assigned ticket, get the vehicle out and move to the next. If there were any other auto service centers that accept Enterprise Fleet Management Cards, I'd go there instead. Rest assured I will check for others and post it. This is ridiculous! read more

If you need work on your vehicle that has to do with replacing tires or replacing a light bulb, then I would recommend this place. Other than that these guy's don't seem competent enough for bigger jobs. Maybe turn off the music and focus on the task on hand instead. Absolutely floored by the customer service at this place!!!! First time moving by myself and my alternator went out half way to Dallas from Lubbock!!!!!!!! I got here 30 min before close and they didn't even hesitate to say they would stay and fix it so I could finish my move safely. Car issues are never fun and I'm extremely thankful I chose to drive through Wichita Falls just in case anything happened & bc I knew they had truck stops it would be easier to get gas at with a uhaul. So lucky it happened when I was close enough to WF to turn around and get here before 6 & that I came to this shop because I know many of them would've turned me away until morning & then I'd be missing my best friends graduation in Fayetteville this weekend. This place was not good, first I made an appointment at 2:00pm went over there and their AC tech called in, so I had to drive all the way back home and drop it off Monday! Went Monday got the AC checked, they said all it needs is Freon, our Freon In it and the AC is still not blowing out cold at all!!!!! They were in a rush and just flat out seemed like they didn't have time to discuss anything ! I don't recommend this place to anyone !!!! read more

Scheduled oil change on their website and drove in at my appointed time only to find out that they tried to call me to cancel it. Because of the lack of technicians/mechanics they could not reschedule me for another week. The lady at the counter was friendly and courteous, but they need to fix their website for scheduling appointments, because it is not accurate. read more

The gentleman behind the counter shopped for the best parts prices and he did it quick, got the tune up in 10 minutes, the car ran great and the other garages told me 450 he did for 300, platinum plugs to boot, plugs should last 80,000 miles. No complaints from me. Yet. read more

I got lost in the downtown area looking to get on the highway to head to the base. This Firestone location was already closed, but a light was on and two employees were inside. I knocked on the door. One gentleman came out and I explained I needed directions. He pointed out the way. I so appreciated the kindness and I plan to use this location in the future should I ever need car service. I wish there was a zero star rating. This was an awful experience. On a 7 hr trip home to Oklahoma from West Texas, my husband had a blow out near Burkburnett on his truck. I picked him up with the tire and headed back towards Witchita Falls, he called ahead to see if he get had the tire he needed and was put on hold....the hold literally lasted 10 minutes...we were in the parking lot already by the time he came back on the phone. He apologized and said they were very busy, but they were not. So my husband goes in, they have the tire, he's told them the situation and the man told my husband that they were too busy to change this one tire out for us and wouldn't even be able to do it until tomorrow. Again, they were not busy and it literally was one tire. To top that off, my husband said that instead of working the employees were behind the counter arguing. So, I definitely would NOT recommend them at all. read more

I had considered not even writing a review but after reading some of the other reviews I figured it was necessary. My one time experience was the worst you can imagine. In March of the year I had ordered a round of tires online from Tire Rack.com Tire Rack has a few installers to have tires mounted and Firestone was the closest near me so I was notified that my tires were delivered to Firestone and I called to make an appointment to have tires mounted. The person I spoke with started out by saying " yea your tires are here, I nearly tripped on them when I got here." I got there and it wasn't a long wait but was kinda unimpressed with the way my tires looked. I have Michelin Run Flats and the tires were coated with a glue like substance, but not knowing the procedure for mounting run flats I proceeded home. I have a TPM with inflation reading and had low pressure showing. Had to go back 3 times before they reset the monitor correctly. But still showing low pressure on passenger side. So frustrated I took it to another Firestone business in my town and they discovered that the rim was cracked causing a slow leak and were more than anxious to order a new rim... my car is a Cadillac 2015 and this was the first set of tires I had put on the car. At 47000 miles no tire leaks up to these tires being put on. I called to inform the location that mounted the tires and was told " well we don't know what happened.. but we have safety measures to prevent rim damage on run flats. Bring it in .. but it's not our fault. I decided to not go anywhere near them and had the rim replaced at another tire company. Which the guy there told me the rim was damaged during mounting. Please know what you are having done and ask questions and trust the company doing the work read more

Although a new part broke shortly after installation, Stephanie and the Firestone staff communicated well and demonstrated integrity by taking responsibility fixing the situation promptly with no extra cost to me. They even got me a rental car while mine was in the shop. Stuff happens, but I'm thankful to see a business that puts their customers first.
