On the agreed upon day, James showed up promptly. He took measurements and showed us options according to what our goals were. We received an estimate the next day as promised. Although we decided to wait on the purchase, the overall impression is that this is a well-run company. The price we received seemed reasonable. When we are ready, we will certainly purchase from this company.

One thing you need to have handy to get an estimate are the measurements of the windows. Good thing my house windows are the same sizes which made the whole process easier. The only thing that was not the same size was the patio door. When I talked with James, he replies very fast and very friendly as well. He does an onsite consultation and gets the exact measurements, but unfortunately, I had to work during the week and no internet at the home yet and then of course all my belongings were still in California. However, he did mail me a package of tint to take a look at and all prices are the same no matter what you choose. I decided not to look anywhere else and just went with this company. The prices were great. I had my windows tinted in California and I paid 3 times as much, but then again I did have more windows too. The installer came the following week and got done within 5-6 hours as I had 13 windows to tint. The thing that made the process fast was everything was precut and ready to go and all I had to do was give them the measurements. I am sure I was probably off a little, but they managed to make the windows perfect. Overall, for great prices, awesome service and excellent feel for the house. Well money spent especially for the Texas heat. I will put in pictures later.

Another one didn't want to come to my house to give an accurate price. Someone else wanted to put tint over the tint that was already there (found out later this would have been an adhesive issue.) I ended up hiring Steve Chambers, Metro Tint Texas. He came to my house. Offered several options. He even recommended one that was not my favorite but was a little less expensive. I went with his recommendation and HE WAS RIGHT. The Night Vision 25 tint is absolutely amazing. It is the perfect amount of shade and allows me to view the lake without any issues. Steve did such a great job on those windows so I hired him again to complete the rest of my house. He's a good, trustworthy man. He knows his business. He cleaned up everything and his price was very reasonable. 5 Stars!!

Kurt and his team were spectacular. I reached out to tinting companies before our new HOME window panes had been installed (my another company) to find out what the process entailed. Kurt was more than prompt in his responses and even advised me on how to handle the warranty for our windows which would be voided when the tint was installed**. He worked with to find a time that would be best for me for estimate and installation. There were zero surprises in estimate to final cost and the instillation was seamless. Kurt was professional, worked quickly and the tint looks wonderful. My husband and I couldn't be happier with the work Kurt did and the way the tint looks. We highly recommend using AmeriTint for your window tinting needs. **when applying tint to windows the window warranty is voided since it is considered "tampering with" the windows. Kurt advised me to get copies of the detailed window warranty to ensure the warranty they offer would cover the window panes. The tint warranty Kurt and AmeriTint offered overrode the now voided warranty.
