The food was not good! Another patron sitting near us hopped out of her booth and said a bug crawled under her table. The Diet Coke didn't taste right either. Felt nauseous for the rest of the evening. My husband went to the restroom and said it was filthy. Paper towels everywhere. The Amarillo location is much better. read more

Came here with my church family after service. As expected it was crazy busy . We got a table pretty quickly. And we sat there for a little bit waiting for the waitress to turn around and get the drink order. She finally got our drinks and we ordered our food. Found out that I had to wait about an hour or two hours just to get chocolate cake , because they ran out of some ingredients so I decided not to buy it. They also do not have Military discount. I ordered a raspberry iced tea and ended up getting a raspberry lemonade that was extremely sweet. We kept getting food sporadically and one of our members didn't get her food almost until we were half time about to head out and it was just fried shrimp. The lemons look like they were spoiled that I requested on the side so I did not touch them. All of our food came out at totally different times. The fried apple pie with ice cream was about seven dollars, which is not that bad and it was all right not too shabby. I got chicken tenders and so that my nieces, and they cook the chicken way too hard. It will definitely scratch your roof of your mouth and your gums. I understand that people like crispy chicken as do I but there has to come a point when you over Batter or something to make it almost impossible to eat. The nacho cheese was very thick and yummy. The waitress spilt my ranch that goes with my chicken tenders on my plate. I'll bring in my food and apparently did not look. It was cool. I can see why this place has so many bad reviews. I ordered pork chops and they were served undercooked. The waiter did not check up on anything for 40 minutes. So i just send the money back and asked for a refund. No apology or offering anything. Crappy service read more

Just sat in the waiting area for 20 minutes for a party of 8 and were told we wouldn't be sat until the busser got there for their shift. Basically the host didn't want to clean off tables to seat us, so we left. Won't be coming back. read more

We had a wonderful server. He was on top of every single need. Our drinks were topped off. The food came out within 10 minutes of being ordered. It was hot and delicious. I ordered the fish. The service was terrible, along with the food. When we walked in there was maybe 5 other families all under 5 people. I thought it would be a fast seating situation, but to my surprise it was not. We stood in the waiting/lobby part of the restaurant and it took them about 10-15 minutes to seat us. I brushed it off and thought maybe there was some more important things in the back going on. When we sat down I ordered my food, and we asked for rolls (which are free). My food came out after about 25 minutes. Once again I let it slide because it wasn't a big deal, but when the food finally arrived it was cold. Like it had been sitting on the counter for about 10-12 minutes, but to make matters worse it was RAW. The rolls never even came, and yet they charged us for them. (They are suppose to be free, and if we asked for them we should've received them.) I have never been in more disbelief. All in all, don't go there. read more

We had a fantastic family lunch today! Mekayla was our server and deserves a huge shoutout!!!! She made my strawberry tea perfect, not too sweet, and had a kind presence. I ordered the vegetable plate with broccoli, sweet carrots, green beans and fries. Everything was seasoned just right, the carrots added a hint of sweetness to my plate and the green beans tasted homemade. My husband ordered Buffalo chicken wrapper which isn't spicy and it came with grilled chicken. The ranch that came with his plate was amazing. I recommend paying this location a visit! read more

The food was fresh, hot and delicious! Love their croissants! My wife ordered the chicken pot pie that she absolutely loved. I ordered a cheese burger and fries. That was very good. We had iced tea that was very good as well. Everything tasted fresh, I loved the burger being cooked on an open flame. Tasted amazing! Vegetables on the burger were fresh. Fries fine done to perfection. Restaurant was clean and restrooms were clean. As customers left the staff was very vigilant in cleaning the tables. Our waitress was very sweet. She kept us updated on the progress of our order and she kept our drinks full. Came by often to see if we needed anything. I recommend Cheddar's as it was reasonably priced, staff were attentive, clean establishment, great tasting food. read more

In town working and I just wanted some food to take back to my hotel and relax. I ordered and paid online. Curbside is still available. I got there before the time slot I was given. I was just going to wait before checking in but they came out to see what I was there for and started my order earlier than expected which was great! I got the chicken fried steak and it was huge. I wasn't a fan of the gravy but it was on the side so it was cool. The green beans was bland but still ok. The broccoli cheese rice was good no complaints. I got cheesecake to go and it was a highlight for me. I was able to get a frozen alcohol drink to go. That was bomb! So anyway service was good. Portion size was good. I really enjoy Cheddars food for the taste and volume, but I will not order beer unless they have frozen glasses. I'm not going to spend $15 for a couple of beers that are slightly cool - I like my beer frosty cold and evidently they do not own enough glasses to keep a supply in the freezer. last time I was there they were not very busy and the bar tender was washing glasses and immediately filling them. if you're going to operate a bar - do it right. read more

Going to leave went to bathroom if I would have seen before ate I would have left bathroom was disgusting also has leak in wall water coming from under wall in bathroom. Still waiting for our dood, but my wife's experience with this facility began with a very smelly and dirty restroom visit. It almost made her throw up, which is unique as she has changed diapers and cleaned up vomit from the kids when they were younger without any problems. Let's hope the food management is better than cleaning the restrooms. .... Ok, food came out, and.... redemption time. Food tasted good, nice portion size. So still giving three stars. Read four stars if you use the bathroom at home before coming to the restaurant. read more

I have eaten at this restaurant 6 months ago and really enjoyed it that's why I returned. I was so disappointed at this visit this time my mashed potatoes was not cooked it had big hard chunks of potatoes and the gravy had no flavor it was very bland I tried putting salt and pepper on it that didn't help. The broccoli was over cooked. Now for the steak I can give them credit for that it was very good. The carrot cake was very tasty I enjoyed that. I ordered a strawberry lemonade I would not recommend that either it was terrible it taste like they put a glass of water with some strawberries in a glass I left it I couldn't drink it. Everyone in our party was very disappointed also. I bragged so much about this restaurant then when we walked in ordered and received our food I was embarrassed I kept telling everyone this is a home cooked food and I have a very nice tip . When I left I did let the manager know how I felt I explained I was very disappointed she said oh you should of told us oh no I don't send my food back to the kitchen I explain I just Yelp you so other customers can see my reviews I'm very true with my reviews and I always ask my whole party how their food is. read more

Delicious! We used to go here all of the time and we live pretty far away. Tonight we left the Casino and it was after 9pm looking at the website Cheddars was open until 11pm so we hesitantly decided to go. We were pleasantly surprised how good it was after a couple bad experiences we never planned on coming back but tonight reminded us of what we used to love. We sat at the high tops in the bar area and the service was amazing we ordered the steak and shrimp and the salmon. Right away we received our salads and we were informed they were out of tomatoes but the salads were still good I swear they used to have eggs but it was still good. Then we were asked who ordered the salmon and informed they were out of baked potatoes and had to make a side substitution I informed them that the steak and shrimp had a baked potato to so she went to check. They bought back both entrees almost immediately and we did get one potato which was great and the substitute side was awesome as well. The food was piping hot and everything was way better than we expected. I hope it wasn't a fluke cause we will definitely start going back frequently if everything is as good as it was tonight! read more

Seems if you're scheduling people, you'd have a couple come in earlier instead of them all coming in at the same time. And then the one that showed up on time is overwhelmed because they get all the tables. Like most places now, it's hard to get items normally available. However, this restaurant claims to be scratch made food. So when I ordered honey hot chicken tenders, I was told they were "out of that". Me and my fiancé visited this location for our 4 year anniversary tonight and I was not disappointed in the slightest the herb roasted chicken was more then flavorful with a Smokey crunchy finish on the skin yet a beautifully balance of juicy tinder meat on the inside perfectly seasoned not to bland but not to over powering I later had the carrot cake and as someone who has managed a bakery before I was extremely surprised it was moist and lacked nothing in flavor overall I was in awe with the whole culinary experience and I've worked in food my entire life aside from that the atmosphere wasn't to bad but there was a lot going on kind of noisy don't recommend if looking for a quite ambiance overall 9.7-10 for me will definitely be back read more

This may have been the worst meal and service I have ever had. Long day on the road, no high hopes, just wanted something quick and not fast food. My wife ordered a salmon salad rare with no pasta. Of course it the salmon comes cooked to death well and pasta in the salad as well. It is clearly just salad straight out of a bag, crusty brown bits included! I ordered chicken tenders tossed in buffalo with Cole Slaw, how do you screw that up? It comes plain with ranch and green beans straight out of a can. Waitress, no where to be found, finally appears says ohh yeah they were supposed to have buffalo? In short, Shitty food and Shitty service! As busy as thet parking lot looked it wasn't as bad inside there was a minimal wait and we were seated at a table on the East side of the building. Once seated we were greeted by Madison who I'll say was a very good waitress in terms of hospitality and knowledgeable on the meals. I asked for the White Fish and was ablre to substitute our the Swai for Tilapia with broccoli. Madison ensured that she kept all drinks full and plenty of napkins on the table with 2 small kids under 3 (Essential). I would come back especially with the lighter meals they offer and traffic for a Sunday. read more
