OMG, I have never had a chicken sandwich with such a large piece of chicken on it(Crispy Chicken Sandwich)! Very good sandwich, didn't finish my fries there was so much sandwich. Chips and salsa were great. So for the downside, I hope in future Chili's changes the bowl that the house salad comes in. I ended up with more salad on table than in stomach. Some of lettuce piece were somewhat large. Don't get me wrong, I ate it, and it was good, but ended up spilling most on table do to such a small bowl. The service was outstanding. Waitress kept glasses filled. Kept chips filled. Restaurant looked to be clean and expected patrons. read more

Had the Pleasure of going to Lunch with a Dear friend.she suggested Chilis. Chiles did not disappoint. The food was fast hot and delicious. The Manager David was out on the floor making sure all was going well. He Checked to see how the food was asked me about my family. You can almost never expect this type of service any more. Ayesha is a great server! Chili's helped facilitate the dinner of our school group on a Friday night, 42 of us at 8:30pm. They were really great! They made the space for us because we called ahead and made our reservations. We so appreciate their cooperation and service. Drinks never ran dry. Chips were served bottomless, over and over again. She fed our hungry group. And there were other servers too. Overall, I was very pleased with their efficiency in getting our group served! read more

Chili's - Queso Explosion Salad - Bars Near Me - Wichita Falls, Texas

We went on Mother's Day and sat in the bar area. We kept getting bumped into as if we were in the way so that takes a star away. Also, they don't carry pepperjack cheese wtf! Which would be delicious on that new giant bacon guacamole chicken sandwich rather than Swiss. That's all the negatives, but the positives: server was on point and kept up with my water consumption. We ordered the chips appetizer with the 3 dips (salsa, guacamole and skillet queso) we ate the chips fast and it was mostly crumbs but we did get more chips. I got the new QP (quarter pounder burger) which was amazing- no complaints. My daughter fell in love with honey chicken crispers. For a holiday the food was fast and service great. Always a staple. read more

Great food , service was great and the waitstaff was great , got my favorite meal , the smash burger with frys and diet coke, I love this place read more

Hopefully management reads this and answers my question what is the difference between the QP burger and the old timer on the three for me menu I ordered an old timer today told them no cheese, but I was still charged cheese. It's the same hamburger but you charge two dollars more for the old timer not real happy about being overcharged today either and also you're too damn cheap with that salsa. Get one little bitty container of salsa for that big bag of chips, it's not near enough. read more

Absolutely amazing experience and fantastic manager. Has a little order issue and was taken care of with so much care and patience. Truly who ever that lady was did amazingly and she will do everything to show you that! read more

Great menu that delivered as described. Staff was friendly and accommodating to a large group with members who needed special seating due to health. We were a group of 20 and needed several separate checks. There were no messed up orders and everyone enjoyed their meal. Great menu that delivered as described. Management is grest!!! Shelby is the best bartender!!!! Good atmosphere. Good food!

We always forget about Chili's The food was great. The bacon avocado chicken sandwich is huge! It was really good too. And service was spot on. Our drinks were never empty. read more

Cold food straight from the kitchen. Soggy fries. Everything was just kinda blah. Normal wait time. They were a little busy when we went, so you've got to cut them some slack for that i guess. Thats why its a 2 star review instead of 1. Wait staff was good. Food sub par, bland, cold. read more

It has been awhile since I visited Chilli's and unfortunately the wait was a bit longer than normal. The waitress Kate was amazing however, I dont think there was enough staff present for the number of Pateons that showed up. This did cause a delay in service food was good but the El Nino Margarita had to much ice as it was 90% ice looking at the cup and maybe just 10% alcohol and that's after it was drank. read more

Walked in ask hostess if I can sit at bar he said yes. 8 or 10 mins later no bar tender I ask hostess if someone was working he said yes. I sit there 5 more mins. Still no bar tender! I look around everyone at bar maybe 4 people, all hand empty drinks. One. guy eating. Restaurant was not even half full ! Waitress going in and out of kitchen but no one waiting on Bar. So I stand up look around again. And walk out. I do t Jo if this was a bad night for employees calling in sick or not. No one said a word so I walked out. Have a nice experience tonight! Courtney was our waitress, and didn't disappoint, she took care of all the tables around the bar area. We decided to be that couple, and play word trivia together on the kiosk. If she saw we were playing, she did not interrupt our game, but watched our drinks from afar. When she noticed they were low then she would ask. I recommend her and this place. -Beer was cold & good read more

Ate there with the family tonight. I ordered the ribeye, rare. What I got was a piece of meat with the texture of beef jerky and none of the taste. They said they would take care of it, which turned out to be a refund on my plate. That's good since I only had one bite. But at least I got to leave hungry after watching my family enjoy their meal. Who else likes leaving a restaurant and going straight to a fast food drive through on the way home? If you do, this is the place to take the family. I hadn't been there for some time and I won't be going back anytime soon. read more

They always have excellent food. Love sitting outside when it's nice. Highly recommend cheddar's.

Manager Brittany is amazing! We wanted a menu item that isn't available for delivery by Uber Eats, Door Dash, or Chili's online because of Chili's quality standards. But she listened, made suggestions, and came up with a solution that was perfect! We were pleased and everything was great! Thank you, Brittany!! read more

We came to Chili's after church. We were seated pretty quickly, but the table was sticky.... Eeek. The hostess was nice. Our waitress was nice I ordered one flavored tea and she returned with an totally different flavor which I was not a fan of. She said they were out of what I wanted and she could get me something new. Most people ask you your preference if a choice is missing instead of picking for you, but i just wanted to eat. I picked a sampler with bone in wings, egg rolls with beans and corn ( I was not a fan) and my sliders were the best thing on the plate. My wings came to the table cold, so I was not happy about that. My son said his food was okay and my husband said his burger was just alright. My husband requested a refill, he was drinking tonic water and the waitress returned with a sprit. What was happening I here !?! My husband didn't say anything about his drink, it was such a lackluster experience we just wanted to leave. I gave the second star only because the manager came and replaced my wings with fresh ones. While sitting there for quite awhile you could here the waiter near us apologizing to three different tables for some reason or another. I do not recommend this place at all and may try a different Chili's in a different city but it was too many errors to spend cash at this one. read more

The bartender was my waiter and it was awful service. Didn't offer any refills on my drink or come to check up at a good time. I left a $2 tip. They want you to sit in the bar area, even with kids, cause they don't want to give good service despite having all those girls sitting around wiping tables that are collecting dust. I wish i could get my money back. The waiter made sure to check his computer as soon as i made a payment since the payment was done over the remote payment cpu. People think that tips are required regardless if the service sucked! I usually leave a 30% tip minimum! read more

Sat at bar for 20 min I did at least get a drink never saw bartender after finally one came behind the bar I said can I get my bill I would have eaten 20 min. Ago and she just looked at me and said ok Wonder if she will even realize why I didn't leave a tip read more

Nice server. She apologized for the food. That's all the positives. The food was slow. The food was greasy. It was way too greasy to eat. Menu is typical of most chain restaurants. There were napkins, receipts, and other debris on the floor. read more

Had plenty of room to seat us but tried to make us wait for ??? whatever reason so we literally sat ourselves. The tables were so close to eachother I could hear every word the people next to me were saying. I don't even think the tables were three feet apart. Covid safe much? Not to mention none of the staff had masks on. Soda drinks were either super watered down or tasted like straight sugar syrup. Even all the alcohol you could drink could not make the food taste better. Don't even go to the bathroom because you'll lose your appetite before you eat or throw it up after. read more

2.5 stars Our first impulse when picking out where to eat is not to pick a chain restaurant, like Chili's. But in a place like Wichita Falls, you are often left without much in terms of choices outside of chain restaurant. Now that that's out of the way, I've eaten here twice in the past year. The most recent time was last night where I got the full rack of ribs. Usually in my weak old age, a full rack of ribs is more than enough to keep me satisfied but for some reason last night, I didn't feel satisfied. Maybe it's because my friend ordered a ribeye steak and it came out like, the size of a chicken egg. I felt bad for her so I gave her two ribs. Why is a ribeye steak the size of an egg?? In any world? The service was serviceable and like the ac was on so strong that I was freezing and found it hard to stick around and talk after the food was finished. Maybe that's their goal. They do have those nifty little pay screen machines at every table so you hardly have to interact with waitstaff at all. read more

Food and service are good, but the place needs some sprucing. There are ripped seats in the booths, and I don't really want to know what those specks are on the window and ledge. They put plastic between booths that have an unappetizing film. All of this is easily fixed with some paint and some upholstery and TLC. read more

Had never been to a bad chili's until today. I travel for a living so I've been to a number of their restaurants. Ordered the California flat bread and some other things to go. I was surprised when I opened the to go box. It looked like some frozen aisle flat bread. Ordered wings, they did not include the ranch that was ordered with it. Such a disappointment. Will not return to chili's in Wichita falls read more

Had the 3 for $10. Special. Had the 6oz Sirloin, house salad, coleslaw, loaded mash potatoes and unsweetened ice tea. Had the steak cooked medium, bowl of coleslaw adequate, and loaded mashed potatoes definitely loaded with bacon and melted cheese. Unsweetened ice tea in a large mug with lemon wedges with numerous refills and even offered a to-go tea! The 3 for $10 is a fabulous deal compared to Applebee's. Will return frequently to "treat" myself. read more

We had a great waitress she went over and beyond. Food was amazing also. Wait time was really fast

After going to 2 other restaurants where service was so bad I left without ordering, I ended up here. I was immediately greeted and had my drink order taken. Food order was taken not soon after. Food arrived quickly. I ordered the shrimp and steak fajitas. Shrimp were hot and good. Steak was cold. Tortillas were cold and stale. Just wasn't going to be my night for dining out, but at least the server was quick and friendly. read more

My family and I were some of the first to jump back out there and get back to Chili's...one of our all time favorites! The food was good for the most part and server was very accommodating. However...with all the "Covid19 restrictions in place and signs proudly announcing that everything was constantly being cleaned and sanitized this was far from the truth! The reality of it was that there was little if any cleaning going on in between customers as tables emptied out for the next group. It all seemed to be a big farce with little to no concern for the consumers. To top it all off the same dirty walls with old crayola markings and streaks of dirty food laden fingers from long ago were still intact. Shame on you Chili's!!! You're gonna have to do better than this!! Thanks for saving me some hard earned $$! Your former fan from way back. read more

The service was not very good. We had to wait for 30 minutes when there was open tables (Wasn't that busy). Then waited another 20 minutes before someone came to our table to take our order for drinks. The food came out the same time the appetizers and our drinks did. (30 minutes later). My food tasted decent for chilis but the waiter just basically tossed the food on the table not saying anything. The kids pizza was microwaved and cold and the steak was over cooked. Most likely not going back there. read more
