Worst McDonald experience EVER! Twice I've gone through the drive thru and both times they ignored my service while being in the drive-thru. So inconvenient when your in a rush and all you want is a quick bite and no one is answering you through the machine. Basically came here to echo what other reviewers have said: it's a regular McDonalds but the wait times are ridiculous. I found myself hungry at 2am on a Monday morning and this place was pretty much the only thing open. I pulled into the drive through and placed my order for a chicken sandwich and began to wait..and wait...and wait. There were about four cars in front of me and no movement whatsoever except for when someone decided to cut their losses and drive away. After about 20 minutes, yes, 20, I decided I wasn't hungry anymore and left as well. I shouldn't have to wait a third of an hour at 2am for fast food, that's ridiculous. read more

Stopped at this McDonalds late the other night around 1 am. and had to deal with a rude, nasty woman who took the order at the drive thru. While waiting for my order I asked her if this location stayed open all night , she ignored me, ok,thinking that she hadn't heard me I asked her again, she turned around and walked away closing the window. When my order was finally ready she stood with it in her hand while she spoke to a co worker and took a couple of more orders from the drive thru, and finally decided grace me with her presence and give me my food. Walked in 1AM with a bunch of my friends. The floor was wet and there was NO wet floor sign. We all slipped and one of my friends got a concussion. When I went up to order, the cashier gave me a nasty attitude even after my beloved friend was recovering from a concussion. I ordered a 20 piece chicken nuggets. I was very disappointed to open the box and find 21 chicken nuggets (I counted 3 times). I complained about this and received a new order which now had 19 chicken nuggets. I ordered a meal via the McDonalds app. When I arrived to pick up my food AFTER I already paid for it, the insanely rude drive thru woman tells me, "We don't have double quarter pounders because the grill is off, so... I don't know how you're going to get that." First of all if you don't have what I ordered, don't tell me you don't know how I'm going to get it, offer me an alternative! (And secondly, if the grill is off, how are you offering me a Big Mac when I asked for an alternative???!?). Lastly, drop the nasty attitude, because I didn't do anything to you. I just wanted to give zero star for cashiers working at this location. They are in very bad attitudes. They are unwilling to come over to take your orders. They won't greet you. They can't take orders correctly. All they do is just looking at either the screen or their coworkers saying how stupid are the customers. They don't care if the customers having difficulties or questions of how to make the orders. They are not supportive. When they took the wrong order, they refused to correct it. All they can do is making comments on the customers' language even the customer just stood in front of them and laughing to repeat the customer's not "standard" English?? My girlfriend and I went to the Drive Thru at 12:24AM and we could already tell that the girl who was taking our order was unprofessional due to her attitude. After she gave us our food when we pulled up to the window, she was walking away while I was trying to speak to her. Right after she gave us our food, she rolled her eyes at us and then just shut the window right away in our faces. I've never delt with such rude and disrespectful customer service in my life! I always hate going here. One time, I went through the drive through for lunch, and I ordered a chicken sandwich with a milk. I don't like soda, and I was in the mood for milk. Anyway, the lady said I had to get a soda with my meal because it was an adult meal. I got into a fight with her and told her that I just want milk, I don't have to get soda. So I dropped it, and I said I wanted fries and cookies. The lady said I have to pull over to the back and get the cookies and fries. And I thought that was ridiculous. So I got the food, and went to the back, where I had to wait 10 minutes for the lady to come out with cold fries, and she forgot the cookies. I just grabbed the fries and left. This is a standardized fast food chain, and I have to say that quality is consistent with other locations I visited. What sets this place apart is the service, which is usually either indifference towards me or just a look of disgust or annoyance and attitude in dealing with me. I have not had this treatment in some other locations. I have also seen them treating some customers better, who may be either friends or frequent customers. What also disappoints me is that this is the closest one near me. I would only go here now if McDonald's have some special promotion. Also Burger King is right across the street, just go there for a burger and fries craving. read more

everyone here is so rude and have an attitude problems. I went there with my daughter to grab something to eat, and i used my AMEX on my first order, the clerk accepted it. Then i went back to order more food and i gave them the AMEX card again, she told me that they don't accept AMEX card, so why did the first clerk accepted my card and the other doesn't. Absolutely disgusting attitude and not just from the worker on the telecom in the drive through BUT the manager. Me and my family were in the drive through when we came up to the telecom and made our order we mistakenly said we were done and when we went to tell the employee that we made a mistake and wanted to finish our order she was not happy. She treated us as if our service had no significance to them and she had the audacity to ignore us as we were calling out to the telecom to try to find out what to do. She eventually answered after a couple of minutes of us standing by the telecom saying to come to the front window and speak to her manager. Once we spook to her manager we received the same attitude and service. A managers job is to handle the situation and reprimand a employee if acting inappropriately however in this case we received none of that but a unprofessional and unfitted manager telling us to pay and get back on line to order once again. We respectively followed her demand and received horrible service once again with our order being somewhat incorrect. Overall I would never recommend this McDonalds to anyone and whoever is in charge of the manger I advise that she be fired. It was at 3:30 on a Sunday January 5, 2019. Horrible service!!! We ordered for take out big mac meal, bacon clubhouse qtr, 20 mcnuggets and double qtr pounder cheese. As soon as we got home and opened the bag there was no bigmac meal and instead of double i got just quater pounder cheese . Also we asked a few BBQ souces and honey mustard, but eventually got sweet and sour sauces. I called to the number on the receipt but no one picked up the phone...
