Food is hit or miss. Sometimes it's fresh, sometimes it isn't. The sweet tea had an old syrupy taste, hard to explain what it tasted like exactly but it wasn't normal. The lady manager during night shift is rude and makes it seem like you're inconveniencing her by placing an order, as if it's not her job. Workers in her shift remove their name tags so you can't identify them including her. The floor was dirty and the kiosks have smudges on the screens. It felt gross placing an order on them. First, to be some of the positives out of the way, this 24/7 McDonald's contains your customary drive-thru and parking lot. I've ordered McNuggets and meals from here before and can't complain about the food as I've lived to tell about it. There are quite a lot of families from the area that do frequent this location, being that it is located on the corner of a busy street. Inside you will find the familiar booths and tables along with stools and round tables. Across the street from the restaurant will be your standard Burger King to compete (typical!). However, I will have to admit that this McDonald's looks cleaner, nicer and more welcoming than the BK. It's better lit, bigger and there's something about it that attracts me more than to the BK across the street. There IS one major gripe about this McDonald's and it can probably be said for many others, in that the service ABSOLUTELY STINKS. The employees are far from moving at a break neck speed and when greeting customers give the usual "I don't want to be here" face. It's pretty much expected, but I've been to a few McDonalds, albeit not close to this area or in NY, where the employees are much more "cheery". Also, the long lines at times is evidence at how slow the cashiers actually move and take orders. read more

This place is the worst. The service needs a lot of improvement. I ordered to pick up in the drive thru and still had to wait 10 minutes for a big breakfast. The woman manager in the morning needs retraining on customer service and should not fight with customers when there is a problem with the food, the woman who is making the food needs to be trained again on quality control..who puts cheese on the bottom of a platter and stacks everything on top so now I have to scrape the cheese from the plate. Every time I've ordered before they always forget the sauces I ask for (ketchup and BBQ.... not such a difficult thing to remember), so today I specify which sauces I want and even made sure to write in every spot I possibly could to please not forget the sauces and ketchup. Food arrives, and guess what !! NO SAUCES !! A bunch of very picky children no longer wanted to eat their food because there was no ketchup or sauces they asked for. On top of that, they put a piece of rotten lettuce on the McChicken and although I removed it, it made that one spot it was sitting on taste like potting soil. read more

First hand experience: there aren't many places around here for wifi, where you can sit down, have a drink and relax, without any trouble about what you're buying or not buying and without having to ask for wifi passwords. That's why I come here, probably 5 times in the last year, and will continue to come here when down near Coney. I heart this McDonalds. A 3/5 from me is very high for a Mickey D's believe me. I like it because they're friendly despite being in an area where not everyone is, or needs to be. And because their wifi works and they let me hang around and use it.
