Ordered through app for drive thru pick up . Waited and no one answered. Walked in to show my order . When I got my order I drove home and when I opened It , my Big Mac was missing and the Coca Cola tasted like Coke Zero . I only received the sandwich from redeeming my points . I'm partially at fault for not checking my order before I left but they should be on point since this was my main order which was a Big Mac value meal . read more

Terrible service -- waited over 30 minutes I've given this McDonald's multiple chances, but I'm done. Today I waited more than 30 minutes for my order. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time -- long waits have become the norm here. To make it worse, they often forget part of my order. The staff is extremely slow and doesn't seem to care. Very disappointing experience. read more

McDonald's - Burgers Near Me - Brooklyn, New York

Steer clear of the Mcdonalds on Coney island ave & Ave U. The owner has decided to just take your business and toss you outside! For about 2 years now they have refused to repair the AC system and so they keep the dining area closed and roped off! Since dining area is closed they dont allow you to use bathrooms either! Give your business to another establish that earns it. Dont spend your $$$ here! read more

the past few summers have been horrid in this McDonalds. NEVER FIXES THEIR AC PROBLEM!!! it's disgustingly hot and it makes me feel bad for the workers having to bear with this NY heat in the kitchen. I just went and i was easily agitated because of how hot it was. there was a sign saying "because of weather dining area is closed." its not the weather, its yall not fixing the AC issue. Do Better. read more

worst mcdonalds ever! they always get the orders wrong it could be empty and you still wait so long for your order. yet they have time to play around i see them the manager there does nothing! the tables are filthy and the kiosk you use to order quicker is filthy you have to use handsanatizer after you can actually see thick slime on the glass like they never clean it im not goong there no more! read more

This place is amazing the food is great but didn't give 5 stars because it's messy there too some tables not clean but the food is good

Fast food? More like slow food. Seriously, what in the actual fuck, could they be doing in there. Waiting 20 minutes just for 2 ice cream cones. I don't care that there are a lot of people, 20 minutes for 2 cones are fucking crazy. Also, the tables aren't the most sanitary either. read more

Imma stop going here, it's very bad, cold food and it wasn't busy. Pay for sauces?? I didn't even get any. read more

This place is a joke, McDonald's is a business that has been in operation since 1940, you would think there standards that have been established would be executed flawlessly. Now my order of their signature combo meal (Big Mac Fries and a Coke), a chicken sandwich, additional fries and beverage for a total of 30$ plus, was crafted horrendously. I could have had this meal prepped by any bum on the street and it would have smacked, but no, the incompetent employees here at this location can't follow THE STANDARDS. My Big Mac was cold, grotesque and old. My chicken sandwich tasted like absolute shit, fries soggy and cold, my drink was warm with no ice. This is basic stuff that YOU ARE KNOWN FOR, get it together your McDonalds it's not hard. I'll be seeing that red head burger eating girl from now own... read more

Food is hit or miss. Sometimes it's fresh, sometimes it isn't. The sweet tea had an old syrupy taste, hard to explain what it tasted like exactly but it wasn't normal. The lady manager during night shift is rude and makes it seem like you're inconveniencing her by placing an order, as if it's not her job. Workers in her shift remove their name tags so you can't identify them including her. The floor was dirty and the kiosks have smudges on the screens. It felt gross placing an order on them. I'd only eat here if it's your last resort since they are open 24/7. If you have other options, pick the other option. read more

Terrible customer service. Food is cold. Fries are soggy. The cash register stopped working and they are aggressively acting like we have some card that stopped their system. Manager touches the garbage can, food, and register with the same gloves on her hand. Corporate needs to check the cameras on this place. Bring back the Burger King that used to be across the street. read more

I placed a mobile order for a large fries before arriving at this location. I waited for over 20 minutes for it. People who ordered at the kiosk or at the cashier got their order before I did. The staff is slow and they don't wear the masks. The food was cold and definitely not worth the wait. read more

My lord.. ok it's Mcdonald's we're not expecting no 5 star meal or service. HOWEVER. This particular location always misses. The nuggets are never fresh and always taste like they've been sitting out for days. Stale, cold and hard. Fries same exact thing. The mc chicken, don't get me started . I've never tasted anything from here that tasted fresh at all. I unfortunately live in the neighborhood so kind of stuck with this one. But if you have a choice to go to a different one, take it and run away. run very very far away. read more

Good and help are great best McDonald's that I have been to they are very helpful food is good

Absolutely horrible!! Went through drive through and waited so long and there were 2 cars in front of me when I got my meal which was a 10 pc McNugget meal fries were cold and the nuggets were rubbery. Don't recommend read more

Of all the McDonald's near my house; this is the one that is open 24hours and has the best fries in my opinion. Customer Service is terrible here but the french fries are pipping hot and delish. I only come here for the fries... although I feel that it's only late night when I'm craving fries that it taste amazing here. There were many times that I had terrible service but I can always count on the fries being fresh, hot and perfectly salted. read more

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to, and I never complain about McDonald's. The service at store #4210 is by far the worst and the slowest. I've never waited 20 minutes to get my food. I ordered at the kiosk and after that, it was myself and 15 other people waiting long as hell for our food. This is very much unacceptable. One customer said this is everyday. There's no one at the register taking any orders. I'm never coming back here. read more

I like the food and the speed.Even though there was a lot of people. The service was kind of slow tho.The ambience was very crowded but still good. read more

First, to be some of the positives out of the way, this 24/7 McDonald's contains your customary drive-thru and parking lot. I've ordered McNuggets and meals from here before and can't complain about the food as I've lived to tell about it. There are quite a lot of families from the area that do frequent this location, being that it is located on the corner of a busy street. Inside you will find the familiar booths and tables along with stools and round tables. Across the street from the restaurant will be your standard Burger King to compete (typical!). However, I will have to admit that this McDonald's looks cleaner, nicer and more welcoming than the BK. It's better lit, bigger and there's something about it that attracts me more than to the BK across the street. There IS one major gripe about this McDonald's and it can probably be said for many others, in that the service ABSOLUTELY STINKS. The employees are far from moving at a break neck speed and when greeting customers give the usual "I don't want to be here" face. It's pretty much expected, but I've been to a few McDonalds, albeit not close to this area or in NY, where the employees are much more "cheery". Also, the long lines at times is evidence at how slow the cashiers actually move and take orders. read more

This mcdonald is s**k. Taking forever to prepare the food!!!!!!!!! Bad service! The owner must be very cheap! Short staff all the times.

Just finished with my order. Food is good, it doesnt look like burgers where waiting on the shelf for a long time. Its fresh and nice. Thank you! read more

McDonald's - 2 big burgers - Burgers Near Me - Brooklyn, New York

This place is the worst. The service needs a lot of improvement. I ordered to pick up in the drive thru and still had to wait 10 minutes for a big breakfast. The woman manager in the morning needs retraining on customer service and should not fight with customers when there is a problem with the food, the woman who is making the food needs to be trained again on quality control..who puts cheese on the bottom of a platter and stacks everything on top so now I have to scrape the cheese from the plate. This mcdonald is forever getting orders wrong and missing items, and when you bring it up to their attention, they give you attitude. Whoever is hiring/training this falls on you, customers are your livelihood, and one day we will stop, and you'll regret treating us like we don't matter. read more

This review is solely for the employees at this specific location and not for the company itself or for Uber eats. Ordered from uber eats. Every time I've ordered before they always forget the sauces I ask for (ketchup and BBQ.... not such a difficult thing to remember), so today I specify which sauces I want and even made sure to write in every spot I possibly could to please not forget the sauces and ketchup. Food arrives, and guess what !! NO SAUCES !! A bunch of very picky children no longer wanted to eat their food because there was no ketchup or sauces they asked for. On top of that, they put a piece of rotten lettuce on the McChicken and although I removed it, it made that one spot it was sitting on taste like potting soil. read more

I went there and the Young lady in the drive thru window was Superb I never get the service she gave from any other restaurant drive thru... there's always something missing or wrong with the order, or they're not pleasant... This girl got everything down packed. Very good job young lady. I never post about drive thru service. I had to with this one. read more

Worse customer service. Order is never right, always something is missing and when you point it them they would be aggressive about it. I wish they get exact same service anywhere they go. They mixed my order and when I said I ordered large coke, lady at the drive through was super annoyed and got coke with some bubbles on it. Didn't even risk to drink it. read more

You don't Mack on Donalds. For example if you Mack on Donald Sutherland, can you imagine how creepy that would be? Just imagine the sex life! He's not Kiefer, you know. First hand experience: there aren't many places around here for wifi, where you can sit down, have a drink and relax, without any trouble about what you're buying or not buying and without having to ask for wifi passwords. That's why I come here, probably 5 times in the last year, and will continue to come here when down near Coney. I heart this McDonalds. A 3/5 from me is very high for a Mickey D's believe me. I like it because they're friendly despite being in an area where not everyone is, or needs to be. And because their wifi works and they let me hang around and use it. As for the products, well they're typical McDonalds stuff, you know what to expect. read more

I'm fine with this place. It's close to one of the places I work to go for a quick bite with a friend and the drive-thru workers are usually nice when I go. The service sucked. From drive through to walk in, they cashier always have an attitude. If they Don't like their jobs I would suggest that they should quit. What is the point of not happy serving customer if you work in the hospitality industry. And if you order more 4 items, they will always forgot one of the item in your to go bag. Always check at the counter before you leave, otherwise when you go back later and tell them that they forgot something in your bag, they will denial even though you have the receipt to prove it. I would never come back here again. read more

Literally THE WORST McDick's in the world! And I thought the crapfest one by Broad and Snyder in South Philly was the worst until I been to this one. Been here twice. I won't come back anymore. If you enjoy over cooked apple pies and kids hamburger buns, then be my guest and give them a try. I recently went to the drive thru and got a kid's meal for my daughter. We discovered her burger was overdone. Luckily, she didn't eat it and got it specifically for the toy. I'd rather go to the closed BK across the street and eat the remnants of an old Whopper on the floor than anything the call "food" from this place. read more
