THE WORST! Honestly had a really bad experience at this McDonald's. I ordered through the app and when I got there, my food was already sitting there with my name on it, but they still refused to give it to me because there was no table number. Even though I showed my receipt and everything, the staff were rude and kept telling me to "fix it yourself" instead of helping. At one point they even took my tray away from me and ignored me when I tried to ask what to do. It got so frustrating that I actually had to call the police just to sort it out, which is crazy over a food order. I've never dealt with customer service like this before. I paid, my food was ready, my name was on it, and I still couldn't get it without all this drama. Definitely not going back to this location. read more

I've never hated a McDonald's more than this one in Bridgewater. If this is what the future of McDonald's looks like, I'm honestly done being a customer anywhere. At first glance, the place looks nice, but then you realize there isn't a single thing on the customer side that's self-serve. I can't pump my own ketchup. I can't grab salt. I can't even get my own fu**ing napkins. I have to walk up to the counter and wait in line just to ask for napkins. That's just absolutely f***ing ridiculous. I came to the drive thru for a mobile order I placed, it was for 2x 6 piece happy meals, 1 with double fries and 1 with apple slices and a 10 piece nuggets, and added a double quarter pounder with cheese and bacon sandwich to the order at the window, and was sent to wait in a curbside spot, which made sense since I added to the order. they brought me my food a few minutes later, and the order was all messed up. They didn't provide the toy that was requested in the app, a hello kitty toy, instead they gave some cards, I don't know about you, but if you tell your 4 year old and 7 year old they are getting a toy and instead got some cards, it's not a good situation... I asked about this, he said this is all they had left. Then I noticed they didn't give me the right number of sauces for the nuggets we ordered, they gave me 3 sauces. I ordered more, they said I have to pay for them. I said it's in my order you should supply what was ordered they said no. I asked for ketchup for the fries, they said they were out... I leave upset and get home to realize my 4 yo daughter who ordered double fries got literally 4 French fries and apple slices... My burger that was ordered with bacon, had no bacon. This whole experience was a nightmare for me and the family. Very disappointed. read more

Tuesday 7/15 around 6pm. Just went to this total crap shoot of a McDonald's. Employee at the drive through was very nice. But when you purchase a large fries, shouldn't the large box container be a large and not a small?? God forbid if we checked the bag before the employee brought it out to the car, and said the large fries was missing over 50% of the fries and asked for another. They would have probably spit on them inside before bringing them back (or picked them up off the floor and filled a new container for me). Why McDonalds can't compete anymore. Haven't had McDonald's in a few years and won't ever again. Never again!!! read more

I went to this newly remodeled McDonald's today and was disappointed. I didn't order from the new kiosk and when I gave my order to the cashier, she pretty much rolled her eyes at me. I will not back here again. As a matter of fact I am contacting corporate concerning this McDonald's. I only went to get a drink and study. The seating area was fairly clean. I think the floor needed a little more attention but that is being a little picky. My issue is the staff. I was a little upset about the tone the cashiers had and the language that they spoke. I asked the manager how she would feel if she was on my side of the counter. Her response to me was I have to talk to the manager. Now why would she have to talk to the general manager about her thoughts and feelings. I never received any type of apology from the manager or any other member of the staff. Just walked in to try the new Deluxe chicken sandwich meal. Good lord don't even waste your money! The sandwich was covered in yellow shreds of I believe Lettuce? 2 small tomato slices and I think mayo. The sandwich was overcooked and bland as cardboard. Favorite Yogurt ice-cream stop after a trip to Costco or Home Depot. Great location. Managers are very nice. Once a manager, re-served a cone (on her own) when the swirls did not sit correctly. If you order a drink from a drive thru, would you mind if your drink was only 75% filled? Do you think it's unreasonable to ask that your drink be filled to the top? Well at this Bridgewater Promenade McDonald's location they believe this is an unreasonable request and they will get rude and nasty if you ask that your drink be filled. When I was handed 2 medium drinks filled only 75%, I asked that they be filled to the top and the drive through person copped a major attitude and in a rude, demeaning and utterly unprofessional/dismissive manner they emphatically shouted, "THE DRINK MACHINE FILLS IT! WE CAN'T CONTROL HOW MUCH IT FILLS! " and "WE CANNOT FILL IT TO THE TOP!" I asked for the drinks to be filled and they refused because they have no control over how much the drink machine fills the cup. I understand that a busy drive thru needs equipment to get cars moving through quickly and that the drink machine produces that extra inch or two of foam at the top that they never bother to top off, but if the customer asks that it be topped off, he or she should not be treated with scorn, rudeness and derision. The manager had the same rude attitude, I couldn't believe it honestly, having never been so rudely treated in my life at any restaurant. The manager was as bad as the cashier. When I insisted that if I order a MEDIUM SODA, I kind of expect to get a MEDIUM SODA. Just like when you go to subway and order a FOOT LONG SUB you expect to get a FOOT LONG SUB, not an eleven inch sub. (Subway was called out on this a number of years and it turned into a major public relations fiasco that they were only making 11 inch foot long subs). I actually had to explain this concept to the manager and that they shouldn't react with rudeness when a customer asks for what they pay for. A medium drink filled 75% is more akin to being a small soda .... I didn't pay for a small soda. So in summary, a customer should be entitled to get what they pay for (how can you argue this?) and they should not be treated rudely when this is pointed out and it is asked that it be fixed. If you buy a drink at the drive thru here check how much it's actually filled. If you ask them to fill a drink to the top expect to be treated rudely. If you order a 6 piece chicken nuggets, and only get 4 nuggets, by their reasoning this is OK because they can't control the food making process (Yes this is totally absurd, but totally the same concept, I guess the machines have taken over ... apparently HAL from 2001 A Space Odyssey makes your food here, don't cross him!!!). I personally will never go here again, as there are plenty of other places that won't treat you horribly. read more

I been going to this MC Donalds for about 7 years and all the employees were very sweet until you go about 5:45 in the morning and they is an older lady that works over night in the drive thru window who has a nasty attitude. She doesn't speak and she is rude and won't even get the orders right. I have complained about her to others and they say the same thing. She rolls her eyes and her customer service skills are in the basement. I usually let stuff go but I'm tired of going there and having to deal with her nasty attitude. read more
