The place is amazing. It's like a little piece of Colombia in the heart of New Jersey. I recommend it very much. Very kind staff.

Cute place with a wide and very affordable selection of baked goods. I got pan de bono and empanadas, both of which were excellent.

The staff is super friendly but the food we order lacked flavor . I've eaten at a lot of Colombian places and unfortunately this place fell a little short in the flavor department. I ordered the Bandeja Piasa and my husband order beef and onions . Both although decent they could have used more seasonings.

However, I love the ambiance of this place, and already before you go in, there are some tables and parasols outside, and a bright, Colombian flag! Inside, it is a bit small, but I've never seen it super crowded. However, I don't think it would be authentic if it wasn't "intimate" lol. In any case, I have tried the following and everything has been great: Mini Bandeja Paisa, Bandeja Paisa, Filete al Ajillo, all of the bakery items except the churros, and the fruit juices with water). The portions are very generous and I always have leftovers. The lady that I always see there is also very nice (I can't remember her name though). All in all, I really like this place and it reminds me of the places I would at with my family in Popayan. Thank you again for the lovely service!

The restaurant was laid out with tables to the right & left, a coffee/juice bar and a bakery section in the back. Since my Spanish is nil, I believe who was one of the owners helped us choose our meal. Peruvian Beef Stir fry with rice and fries & Pueblo Style fillet of fish (tilapia) I had plantains & black beans as sides. Both were portions for two people & absolutely delicious. I had a tamarind drink and my friend had a Batido Mango (made with milk) The staff were all sweet and helpful. We got to-go bags. The prices were very reasonable for what we got. After we paid the check we were given caramelo flan ~ we said we would never finish it - well we did! Pretty much licked the plate. Can't wait to go back! And since I watch Celtic, premier, euro soccer, have found a new place that opens early! Soccer was playing on the screens while there! Another plus. Definitely check this place out, they have traditional Costa Rican, Peruvian and Salvadoran dishes - just to name a few!!!

So, I went in there not knowing what I wanted and I asked for their recommendation. And of course they recommended Bandeja Paisa. I'm pretty sure you can order it with whatever protein you want, I got it with beef, a thin-sliced piece of steak. I also ordered chicken tacos. I didn't know that there was gonna be so much food. I ate the tacos first - they're big, filling, and made with really fresh ingredients. So delicious, esp with some hot sauce. The Bandeja Paisa is pretty much good for two people. Everything was delicious and well-seasoned. I'll be back

Started out with coconut lemonade and a blood sausage appetizer that came with 2 mini arepas. It was our first time trying blood sausage and we were happy we did! Casing had a nice char and snap to it. Filling was well seasoned and delicious. Arepitas were light, crispy and had a very good sweet corn taste to them. Coconut lemonade was slightly tart which is how I like it and also had a sweet coconut finish to it. I would definitely order it again. For the entree we shared the Parradilla Milina Marinera which came with grilled steak, chicken, pork loin, shrimp and salted fried plantains. We added rice and beans. Grill taste on everything was terrific! Meats were tender and flavorful. Rice and beans were ok. They had free dessert for Mother's Day so my wife ordered chocolate cake which was delicious. It wasn't our first time at Milina and it definitely won't be our last. Servers were very attentive, courteous and accommodating.
