Weird to rate a fast food but I would give this McDonald's a 4.5 star. After long days on the road, McDonald's is usually pretty much the same across the board. Same food, same service. Well, the person working the drive through was extra nice & friendly. We were not expecting it so it caught us off guard. We went 12/30/25 at 5:03 pm. He even recommended more food, which we ended up ordering. The only thing...the fries were a bit on the salty side. Thank you for the friendly face after a long day on the road. read more

Since the service at the Belgrade, McDonald's has been so horrendous, and my boys wanted McDonald's, I tried this location. We ordered three items and three drinks. The three drinks were one Fanta and two Hi-Cs. When our food came out, a man named "Ben "handed us our order. I asked him which was Hi-C, and which was Fanta. He just smiled at me and noted his head up and down. I said no, which is Fanta and which is Hi-C? He kept smiling at me and staring. It was creepy. He ran inside came right back handed me another orange drink, and I asked him if it was Fanta or Hi-C. He just smiled stupidly and walked away. I understand good help is hard to find, but if you have someone who can't even process a thought or a statement, perhaps you should move to the next person on the list. read more

The manager took my order and was pleasant. My food came out quickly and correctly. Everything I would hope for in a trip to McDonald's.

Food was fast & hot. Staff were kind. My oldest son forgot to grab his cup and they didn't fuss when we went up to ask for a cup.

This is mostly to correct the imbalance of the stupidest review I've ever seen where some girl called to ask the price of ketchup and left one star. My trip to this McDonalds was what it should be. Ordered on app, walked downtown the street to pick it up and hot fries and a great triple cheeseburger we're sitting there waiting on me when I arrived. Thanks!!! read more

The manager should not have made a discriminating and socially prejudice comment toward me as I was rolling towards the door to leave the restaurant, he said (" You and all your homeless people around here are like cockroachs. And we need to call pest control so you'll stay away from our businesses. I am currently homeless, as well as a disabled veteran. Management as well as the McDonald's corporation must have to have and enforce a zero tolerance policies and procedures dealing with these kinds of incidents. And you can't managers for employees making comments like that in their place of business, or toward a customer.Those comments and attitudes don't belong in any business whether it's the department store gas station restaurant or convenience store. I was extensively and expressly and severely offended and angered by this managers demeaning, belittling, insulting, and dehumanizing, callus prejudicial and discriminatory remarks. No one should make remart like this about anyone's social, economic, or residential status or position irrigardless And I believe this manager should be removed from his current position at this location. read more

Lobby was closed due to COVID-19 so we went to drive thru. Only one menu board by drive thru so you may not know what you are ordering until you are at the intercom. Ordered 2 meals. One with a small Dr Pepper. Person taking the order said only medium or large are available on the number menu but I didn't want a medium. He then said I'll enter it as a medium but we'll make it a small. Now I've been drinking Dr Pepper for many years and I know how it should taste. This was way too watered down so they don't even check their mixes plus I had to pay for a larger drink than I wanted. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese but no onions. I cannot eat them. Guess what my burger had. Onions. I suppose the order taker was more concerned about my small soda, that tasted terrible, than my food. Also I got medium fries, with a small soda. At least the fries were hot, even the one my wife spilled into the floor of our vehicle because we had to eat in our car. They have improved their ability to fully cook the beef, finally. Pretty sure that now, all McDonald's restaurants are a last choice for us when it comes to fast food. read more

This place is right by my work and if you get the app there are some pretty good deals for a quick snack. I try not to do Mickey D's for whole lunches much anymore. Service is fast and friendly and the place is always clean. read more

Stopped by with our two grandkids for a snack before heading home. The service was OK, but not great. The restaurant was clean and the food was what we expected. The kids enjoyed the Playland. We might go back, but it will not be our first choice. Nice try, but no cigar. read more

Me and my sister went here for lunch because we were staying at a hotel next to it We were looking at the menu and added the prices together on a calculator so we knew we had enough and we did When we went to order our price went way up We had to take off the bigger part of our lunch so we could afford to eat We were sad because we were hungry When we got back to our room we started eating and me sister looked at the receipt and realized That they charged us alot more then what we usually paid for the fries and the price was way different then they advertised it for We go there every day and were regulars And were KIDS!!!! they treated us way worse then we expected If I had a choice I wont never eat there again read more

February 19, 2012 Sunday - breakfast 7:15 AM 2 adults Atmosphere - N/A (drive thru) Food - 4 stars Service - 3 stars Background - Driving across country from Reno NV to Minot ND. This is our third McDonald's in two days. Hopefully this is the last one as I won't be driving between the two cities for a few months. Atmosphere - Drive thru so I will not rate them on this section as I could only see the drive up window. Food Appetizer - None. Main Course - I order the sausage egg mcmuffin with cheese. It was fine until I got to the end of it, the English muffin was burnt and dried on both the top and bottom piece. What a way to finish your meal. Dessert - None. Service - Friendly and fast and based on the parking lot I think we are the only ones here. So when you make the wrong breakfast sandwich and you are already ten miles away there is not much you can do. The sausage egg cheese biscuit meal that was order and was on the receipt came as a bacon egg cheese biscuit. Well done on the two large McCafe coffees being made quickly and accurately. The coffee was hot and tasty on the 7 degree morning. Future - Probably as they are the only fast food restaurant in an area of about 6 to 8 hotels and right off the Interstate. as far as I know mc Donalds serves breakfast until 11 I ordered at exactly 10:54, and even asked if it was too late for breakfast and was told by the guy on the drive thru intercom that breakfast still went for another few minutes. then I waited in line not moving for 5 minutes I paid at the first window and it was all okay, moved to the second window and the lady threw the bag at me and said breakfast stops at 11, at this point it was 11:02, and I ordered a mc griddle and they gave me a McMuffin read more

So usually I'm a very understanding customer, I have worked in nothing but customer service jobs, and I understand mistakes happen, however EVERY single time i go to this location and order a quarter pounder with bacon and no pickles, they always, without a fail give me pickles OR don't give me bacon. Every single time. I have worked at this location before, it was my very first job and I understand fast food is difficult to work in. But I just want a quarter pounder with bacon and no pickles just one time would be fabulous. Other than that they are great, and I usually don't have any other issues. read more
