If you're headed there as a destination like we were, be aware that parking was really difficult. If you're a pedestrian from downtown, it'll be great! Staff was pretty friendly, atmosphere clean and industrial. My husband's black coffee was good. The espresso flavor of my cappuccino was tasty, but the foam wasn't microfoam and was pretty disappointing. read more

Ghost Town Coffee Roasters - Breve capuccino - Coffee Roasteries Near Me - Bozeman, Montana

Good coffee, charming little coffee shop in downtown Bozeman. Very busy on a Sunday morning but our drinks still came out reasonably fast. They had tons of skeleton themed merch. We got: Bee Sting with Lavender - my favorite 10/10, most balanced Salted Maple Latte - 9/10 least sweet of the 3 we tried Dirty Earl - 6/10 a little too spiced for me, and the sweetest of the 3. read more

We got the Americano, sausage Sando, and veggie burrito. Everything came out quickly. Food was good, seems like it's homemade and brought in to be reheated. Americano was really good and they even let me pour my own amount of milk in. read more

Very friendly and helpful staff. Drinks were tasty and a few fun signature choices that were worth the try. I should have asked for the dirty earl recipe. Pastries were fresh and homemade. Quiet spot that was the perfect start to our morning. read more

Just okay. Try to support local coffee shops when traveling and ghost town had great reviews. Ordered a Flat white and it was weak and lukewarm. read more

This is a cute coffee shop in downtown Bozeman! It's fun to get coffee and then walk over to Peet's hill for a nice 3 mile walk. I had a golden milk that was delicious and revitalizing. They have a huge variety of drink options and a few food options as well. I'd love to see more vegetarian/vegan breakfast options but there is oatmeal! read more

A very fun aesthetic. Interesting photo decor of actual Ghost towns in Montana. Their banana bread latte is incredible. I got it 2 different days. An iced and it hot. I usually prefer iced but the hot was actually better for it in my opinion. The service was quick! Workers were very friendly. read more

So cute inside. Ok coffee. Rude staff. My husband, cousin, and I were visiting from California for a wedding and had time to kill before our check-in time at our Airbnb. So unfortunately we had 2 suitcases with us, and when we walked in we went to put the suitcases at an open table before deciding what to order. As we walked by, the barista at the register was taking an order and loudly scoffed and made a comment to the other customer "I don't know what's happening, like are they moving in??" In a condescending tone. We then went and ordered our drinks, and I told her that I heard what she said. She didn't acknowledge it, and continued to take our order. Our drinks were ok, the Bee sting did not have much honey flavor. The maple one was AMAZING. Pour over tasted watered down. Idk, as someone visiting it was a very weird and unwelcoming vibe. I attached a pic of our bags for reference to what she was upset about I guess. read more

I was visiting Montana and found this coffee shop hoping to get some coffee to fuel my downtown Bozeman adventure. Walked in and could see that the barista was working on somebody's order. She looked up and we made eye contact, but she did not say anything like hello or I'll be with you shortly. I looked at the menu and decided upon a pumpkin spice iced latte. I'm not really a pumpkin spice girl, but I thought I'd give it a try since all of the beautiful colors in Bozeman inspired me. The coffee was OK. It could've used more ice. It seemed more in the middle between hot and cold, which made it seem a little off. Also could've used a little bit more pumpkin flavoring. My son got an iced Matcha with almond milk which was also OK. Not sure if I'm just used to the ceremonial Matcha that I find a lot here in California, but it had this aftertaste that made it unpleasant. read more

My vanilla iced latte was flavored perfectly and was such a good post-hike reward. This is also a wonderful place to go if you want a change of scenery when WFH or getting school work done because there is plenty of seating and has good vibes! read more

Really great space to work with lots of seating in the cafe itself, as well as the building lobby. The building lobby is quiet compared to the cafe so it's good if you have to take a call in more silence. WiFi is strong enough to take Zoom calls w/ camera on!! As more of a tea drinker, I was pleasantly surprised that they had multiple chai options on the menu! My friends said the food options were good as well. read more

Excellent cappuccinos and pastries, especially the biscuits. A very comfortable place to relax or work. Help is friendly and knowledgeable. A regular for us when we visited Bozeman for the week. Lucky find. read more

Super cute spot with great coffee! We got a cold brew and a mocha - both very good. The cold brew coffee was flavorful and bold, the mocha was sweet and creamy. The logo and decor was cool, we ended up purchasing a sticker and hat! Would definitely recommend! read more

I visited this cafe on a short work trip. Their drip coffee is excellent but the latte I had made with the StoneHouse espresso might be the best latte I've ever had! Service was friendly and fast. The cafe itself is comfortable and cool. I'll definitely be back. Thanks Ghost Town! read more

Has to be on my list of top five best coffees I have had! They really just have amazing roast and great baristas. The coffee was perfect in every way. I got a latte and it was perfectly creamy. Loved it all. The cafe itself is so charming. The local artwork and little nuances in the light fixtures etc. Love it! read more

We were in the mood to try something new and saw that they had some interesting items on the menu, so we went for it. I originally wanted the Chai, but it's not made in-house, it's from a box. They do have the option to steep a tea bag, but I didn't want to chance it. Instead, we ordered the Knit Sweater and Maple Boubon. =Knit Sweater= Good idea with nice flavor but it was bitter. I gave it a little stir and the cinnamon masked up the bitterness a bit, but it was a little hard to enjoy given the after taste. I'm curious the beans they use for their espresso. =Maple Bourbon= I left this review up to hubby because I do not do bourbon. He gives is a 4/5 for taste notes and strength of coffee. The only change he'd make is on the sweetness. Just a hint more sweetness but I think that part all comes down to preference. We also ordered a breakfast burrito-bacon, egg, cheese, potato. It was flavorful and the the potatoes were cooked perfectly. We saw very little pieces of bacon, which was a let down. Overall, really nice workers and it's nice to see regulars in the there. read more

They have really good coffee, and have pour overs in their menu (and the staff doesn't look at you weird when you ask for one). The environment was perfect for my wife and I to sit and read and work a little while we were on vacation. We even bought some beans and have been using them at our AirBnb. Highly recommend. read more

Ghost Town Coffee Roasters - a cup of coffee on a table - Coffee Roasteries Near Me - Bozeman, Montana

Ghost Town is a great little spot right off of Bozeman's main street. They have plenty of space, great drinks, and even offer some food options. I personally enjoy this space more than the first location, but both offer great spaces/drinks to get work done. Strictly coffee speaking, I like some other shops in town more (Treeline and Rockford), but this location offers plenty of seating in a town where it's sometimes hard to find a place to get things done. read more

Ahhh I was so excited to try this place because of the reviews. But, I am a sucker for good customer service and I wasn't please with the gentleman helping us here. I've worked a barista job and half of it is being enthusiastic, selling your product, and recommending drinks! That was not going down here. We asked, he had little to no words to say to us to help. We also didn't get greeted as we walked it and it was just dead silent... awkward. Anyways- coffee was good at least. read more

The coffee was great and the service was relatively quick! Easy to pop in on a road trip.

Probably the best flavored roasts in town! I haven't found a coffee I didn't like at Ghost Town. A plus...they have GF sweets!

Fantastic coffee spot for a delightful cup of brew. This location recently opened (September 2020) and it looks the part. Interior is modern industrial with sunny, yellow flourishes to balance the sleek design. There is lots of seating available including great bar seating at the windows, plus some outdoor chairs. The menu is abundant with lots of options for casual coffee drinkers and aficionados. I love the Joy brew here. It is a lighter roast with succinct tropical undertones. read more

I dropped our son off at college 4 years ago and had the good fortune of having Ghost Town coffee in a local restaurant. Have traveled all over and this was the best coffee I've ever had. 4 years later I'm still ordering all of my coffee from ghost town to my home in CT and have turned others onto it. Best coffee and excellent customer service! read more

Coffee is great and baristas are friendly. Love to try small coffee shops when I travel and this was a good find.
