What an absolute hidden gem in Bozeman…read more My husband and I stopped in while traveling through and genuinely had such a wonderful experience. He ordered a dirty chai, and I had a cortado with honey, and both were incredible. They roast their own beans right there, and you can truly taste the care and craftsmanship that goes into every cup. I come from a pretty extensive coffee background myself, so I really appreciate when coffee is done well, and this place genuinely stood out to me. So much so that I left with another cup to go AND a bag of their beans to take home with me! But what made this place especially memorable was the atmosphere and the people. It was peaceful, welcoming, and felt like the kind of place you're lucky to stumble upon. The owner and the other employee were incredibly kind, genuine, and personable. You can tell they truly love what they do, and that this isn't just coffee to them. It's a craft, and everything was made with such excellence and intention. To the people behind this shop, keep doing what you're doing. The work you put into this place matters, and I hope you know the impact you can have on people through something as simple as a great cup of coffee and a genuine conversation. One cup at a time, one conversation at a time. We will absolutely be recommending this place to anyone coming through Bozeman, and I sincerely hope we get the chance to come back someday. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

I wanted to like this place, but the coffee is awful. The…read moreespresso tastes sour, borderline rancid, and nothing like espresso should taste. It is honestly shocking that a coffee shop can serve something this bad and act like it is normal. Since when did people decide espresso is supposed to taste like a spoiled science experiment instead of actual espresso? Good espresso should be rich, balanced, smooth, and have some depth. This tastes like badly pulled shots made from garbage beans, or both. Every sip has that sharp, rotten edge that makes you immediately regret spending money on it. The frustrating part is the shop itself has potential. The atmosphere is decent, but none of that matters when the actual coffee tastes this bad. If your entire business is built around coffee, the coffee cannot be the worst thing about the place. I would not go back.

We came specifically for the breakfast tacos and so I got the Gud Gud Taco. Absolutely delicious! The griddled cheese covers the chorizo underneath and you have the creamy avocado and egg on top. If I lived here then I'd be getting this on a daily basis. There were some salsa options that they have when you order and so we split both the red sauce and the green chili salsa. The green chili was as advertised where it's just chopped green chilis with very little liquid, so having that plus the more liquidy red salsa was a good combo. The red salsa admittedy was a bit basic in flavor, so next time I'd opt for maybe the tomatillo salsa. But in any case, I'd recommend getting two salsas to pair.
