I bought a $7 coffee and got here to see a sign on the door saying the coffee shop was closed today at 4, i got here at 4:30 which is supposed to be an hour and a half before closing. I have no idea how i'm supposed to get my money back. Also side note, the photos on the app/website are most definitely AI. We happened upon this place while we were out and about on our adventures, and ended up coming back here a couple more times while in town! We never got to try their warm food as they were having issues with their prep equipment. But their drinks were great! When my oldest saw she could make herself a dirty Dr. Pepper here, it was game over! She was so excited and said it was as good as Swig! She kept asking to come back here as a result lol! I tried their Citrus Cream Brilliance and it was pretty good. Another visit I tried the French toast latte and that was incredible. My youngest tried their blueberry matcha and said it was really good. We tried several of their baked goods and enjoyed those as well. We only went through the drive thru, but service was always very quick, and incredibly friendly. Would have loved to have tried their actual food. Next time for sure! read more

I absolutely loved this coffee shop! I was visiting for my wedding, and it made me so happy to find such a yummy matcha spot. My favorite flavors were the toasted marshmallow and lavender -- both were so good and unique! I also loved that they gave a free chocolate chip cookie with the order, which was such a sweet touch. Everything we tried was delicious. The atmosphere was super cozy, and I really appreciated the Christian-centered decor on the walls. The staff were very kind and efficient. There's plenty of seating, and it's such a nice quiet place to work, relax, or hang out with family and friends over coffee. I can't wait to come back next time I'm visiting! read more

Nice employees but they consistently serve terrible food/drinks. I understand mistakes but after going here 5+ times it's clear this is the norm. Every drink is watered down and food is always cold in the middle. They've been receiving tons of negative feedback and instead of working on these issues, they have their employees/friends write fake 5 star reviews on Google. What a shame. read more

I am incredibly appalled by this coffee shop. Yesterday, I placed my order online through the app for Mazevo and unbeknownst to me, the store was closed yet still took my payment. Despite it saying it was open online, as well as the app, the shop in reality closed at 4. Which I learned once I ARRIVED to pick up my order. I would like my money back immediately because it's bad enough to pay for a $7 coffee in this economy but to not even receive what I spent money on was ridiculous. I have been to Mazevo a bunch of times. The coffee is generally good and the service is decent. I've owned restaurants for 15 years and one of my biggest pet peeves is customer service. I walked in this morning to grab my morning coffee. Standing at the center island was one staff member with her back to me counting tip money. She looked at me twice and never said hello or good morning. And then several other staff members walked by me as if I was not there. In this moment, I'm not necessarily looking to have my order taken. What's important in this interaction is acknowledgment. Telling the customer hey we're a little busy. We'll be right with you. None of that occurred. I stood there for a full minute. I finally walked out and tried a new coffee place a mile down the road. Best coffee shop in Montana. Coffee is amazing and you can tell it's good quality. Everything is flavored perfectly also nothing is too sweet or too bitter. I had the coffee cake and egg bites and both were spectacular. Probably the best coffee cake I've ever had. Also this place is Christian owned and you can tell by with how kind everyone is in here. Every image on their menu is a blatant lie, the food on the menu is massive and what you get is maybe a third of it. I understand its a coffee place but its at the point where you could probably sue. All the coffee is medium roast, and if you order something that has whip cream on the menu you legit won't get it...which is just literally false advertising. I absolutely love this place and visit often! The baristas are always so friendly, and the service is quick and efficient. The coffee is hands-down my favorite in all of Bozeman--well worth the short drive. The food is equally amazing, and I highly recommend the Chicken Mozzarella Sandwich. As a bonus, they often have adorable free stickers at the counter. I can't recommend this spot enough! My favorite coffee shop in Bozeman!! I love their purple chai latte and hazelnut chai latte. I had some family in town from Seattle, so naturally with being surrounded by the best coffee and tea, they're a bit picky and they loved Mazevo! They enjoyed the London Fog and the honey maple latte. They have great food options and coming here to study is a great option. There are couches inside, free WiFi, and plenty of seating space. The last 5 visits I've had it took 20 - 30 minutes in the drive through to get my one drink, and with that they got my order wrong every time. The last time I visited to get my coffee, I arrived at 8:40am decided to go in to see if it would be quicker, Nope! I got my Coffee at 9:10am with only two other people ahead of me. They need more training, Step up the quality of everyone's time especially with the Drive Through. People are in a rush to get to work and this is not a timely manner for drive through. Great location. I live super close, so I was excited to have a sit down coffee option near my house. Went through the drive thru and ordered a black coffee and a vanilla latte. When we received them, my husband went to drink his black coffee and it was lukewarm. The coffee was worse than gas station coffee. I then tried my vanilla latte and it tasted like frothy hot milk.
