I've been there -- there is absolutely no way they are sending out burnt beans. The distance between the roaster and their stock is 10 steps max, and because of this they can send out the best coffee beans possible. LOVE the Red Bird Espresso and the Blackbird beans. I'd been meaning to stop by for nearly a year, but always put it off. Glad we finally made it in today!
