The restroom was out of order, the tables were not well stocked with napkins, straws, or condiments and it was a bit absurd to receive plastic cutlery. The burger was average at best and incorrectly made and had to be sent back. The onion rings and fries, etc. were clearly food service products and practically flavorless. Overall, the food was mediocre and the environment and attentiveness of service remedial. This place is very Raising Cane's adjacent EXCEPT their chicken actually has flavor, they have different sides, they have dessert, and their sauces are so good. They have ranch, Korean bbq, honey bbq, and several others. Chicken: good, especially with the good ranch dressing they have. I have yet to get one of those gristley pieces so that's also a plus. Sauces: I'm obsessed with good restaurants ranch and they have great ranch. Definitely make sure that you check for all of your sauces before you leave or when you get your order because they do tend to mix them up a lot. Also, never order the gravy. The gravy tastes like absolutely nothing. Bread: not as good as raising Cane's, but still pretty good. It's regular toast instead of the thicker, round bread, but I still like it. Potato salad: the potatoes are a little bit al dente, and they make it with ranch, but I like it a little bit, especially since it has the bacon in it. It's not good good, but it's a nice side alternative to fries. Mac and cheese: creamy style, and a little bit bland. More on the white side ... as in made with white cheese lol I usually place the order through the app, but I will say that it's annoying having to pay a service fee. Overall, however, I've had good experience experiences at this place so far.
