We went to McDonald's in Boulder City NV at 10pm. It seems the night cook doesn't really care to be working. It definitely shows in the food we bought tonight! Two quarter pounder with cheese, both raw in the middle, one was on the bun in about 9 pieces. It actually looks like they played hockey with it and pieced it back together on the bun! This isn't the first time our food wasn't made good, and I've noticed its always the same female cooking! My only hope is that corporate steps in and straightens things up! The ladies restroom had no soap or paper towels for washing your hands which their employees are supposed to be doing on break. Also one toilet was clogged with toilet paper and trash was all over the floor. Upon leaving I stopped to inform personnel and they hardly gave me a look. Terrible. read more

Not sure what's going on here. The play ground area was a staple in the BC area for us and friends to gather, especially because we all have small kids who could use the play center. Well this McDs has remodeled the entire restaurant, now the huge area that housed the big play center only approximately 1/4 of the area is used for a play center, and is much more crowded even with the same amount of children. My wife, a friend and their 2 kids, another friend and their one kid along with our 4 kids were extremely let down today at this establishment. I will say the store is very modern now and up to date, however the floors are still not clean, I feel they have some lessons to learn in the house keeping area. The men's room here has never been good, it has always had a foul smell, is never stocked with paper towels, mirror and door always filthy, and paper shreds are consistently on the floor. It looks better than it did in years past, but still is filthy. Not sure that I will ever return. I might be done here for good. read more

The gentleman taking the orders at the window was great, ,But, the French fries were $5.00! I ordered 2 sandwiches and French fries . There was no way I was going to pay $5.00 for French fries. The last time we ordered any food from the drive thru here we had a large breakfast order (always missing hash browns no matter how many times you come here) and we noticed how we seemed to have overpaid significantly. Also noted was that when he handed back our debit card he didn't give us a receipt. So last night there was only one car at the drive thru so we pulled in on a Friday which typically means special low pricing on a Fillet of fish sandwich and tested this. We ordered 1 fish sandwich, 1 McRib and 2 small orders of French fries. He repeated the order back to me at the window and called a total due of $21.09. I handed him my debit card hardly able to keep my mouth shut and watched as he ran the card, handed it back to me once again without a receipt. Now, first of all, how do you reach that inflated total for these 4 items & why aren't they giving receipts? So, what's the scam here folks, is the drive thru guy pocketing money as he overcharges you or is the franchisee/owner charging insanely inflated prices? Lastly, you can call the number provided for this place on Yelp until it rings to a stopping point and they never, ever answer the phone. If I were you reading this I'd keep on going to another place here in BC for your fast food because this place is screwing people every which way they can. read more

Stopped here with the grand kids to do the play place. It was a clean location, the play area is large with good seating. Bathrooms are a little strange but usable. We ordered some ice creams and drinks after playing for a while. They were made fine. The kids had a bit of fun in the desert heat inside. read more

Make sure you double check your order and your receipt. This McDonald's is way more expensive than the McDonald's in Henderson and Las Vegas. We had our order repeated five times and they still gave us the wrong order and overcharged us on some items. We ordered one breakfast combo with orange juice and they still charged the juice additionally, not as a combo. A breakfast combo was around $8. Our receipt made no sense at all. Unfortunately, we had just passed through Boulder City and were unable to go back to dispute the charges. The bill was over $40 for three breakfasts. Never thought I would be compelled to write a review for a McD because of good things I noticed. First off, service is awesome. More specifically a worker named Marcus. He rocks! He is very friendly, helpful, and a very hard worker. He greets everyone coming and going with a smile. I've never met a more exemplary employee. There was a situation that occurred during my visit that I was very impressed with the way it was handled. There was a man who appeared to be homeless that sat himself in the back corner of the dining area where he was saying very rude things to another patron. The manager immediately handled the situation is a very professional, discreet manner that did not further escalate the man. He actually calmed him some before escorting him out. Bravo! The decor here is unlike any McD I've been to. Very chic and modern. Looks newly renovated or very well maintained. Wouldn't have thought I was at a McD by the look of the bathroom which is very clean and well maintained. There was a chandelier hanging over the area you place your orders which I thought was cute. As far as McDs go, this one is top notch. Hence the 5 star rating. I compare restaurants against other restaurants in their class. Comparing fastfood to fine dining is comparing apples to oranges. Absolute worst McDonald's I've ever been to. When you ask for fresh food, it comes cold and hard, when you complain, they do nothing about it. When you don't ask for fresh food, it comes cold and hard. They cook their food hours before hand and serve you up old meals. I hate to contradict anyone, but this McDonald's IS NOT your typical McDonald's. If your only using the Drive Thru as your barometer, then YES! It probably is your typical McDonald's. This store was a flagship store. When you look around, you will see bronze statues all around the store, the inside is unlike any McDonald's. The play area is different than other McDonald's.
