I used the kiosk to order. My order was messed up. Ordered some teriyaki chicken wraps but got a bowl instead. They were nice enough to let me keep bowl and made me a new order for free with extra serving size. Apparently, the item on the kiosk they've never seen before cause it had rice, chicken and broccoli in a wrap. Now they have to take a picture of the kiosk item and send to manager.. hehe. read more

Service is good, food is fine, but I'm giving it 1 star because no matter what, the franchisee has the store telling everyone to pull in front instead of waiting at the window. I've worked fast food so I know it's to avoid the timer on drive thru service and make their numbers look good. However, when there are no other customers, and it's 112 degrees, and you are telling customers to go from the shade of the building and go roast in the direct sun, enjoy your 1 star. Again, employees are always cool, this is based solely on the scumbag franchisee trying to game the drive thru timer. Tip: you can tell them you don't want to wait out front and want to wait at the window. Jack in the box store #7211 we drove to Boulder City from Henderson NV, and we wanted to try this jack-in-the-box, so ordered Grilled chicken sandwich, double Jack burger, and meat lovers burrito for take-out. Service was good. drove back home, I ate this Grilled chicken sandwich. the chicken meat tasted like rubber, and was unChewable. I have never ate that kind rubber-like Grilled chicken sandwich at Jack in the box. Probably chicken meat went through some kind of chemical treatment for extending shelf life. Is it a lazy employee, lack of supervision or lack of training? Pretty good. I used to go to Jack in the Box at least once a week.before they moved out of Illinois. Then in early 90's in LA California when I lived there. Now passing thru Boulder City NV. Great taste, a bit more pricey than in AZ or CA but it's fine as long as I get my fix. read more

I ordered on the mobile app, went through the drive thru for pickup,I didn't wait long which I thought was great ,until I got home with my food,the ultimate cheeseburger i ordered was old,cold, and burnt,the bun was just as bad,old,cold and hard,the onion rings were broken up and cooked way too long,way to hard and they were cold,the " free" wrap was ok,but this seems to happen everytime i go to this jack in the box,I wont be back to this one,Ill go to the one in henderson before i go to the one in the town where I live again! Food is good. But for the past 4 weeks the a/c has been out in the building. It is disgustingly hot inside the restaurant. Even as a customer it is hard to stand in there for more than 10 minutes since its well over 100 degrees inside not sure how the workers can work 8+ hours in that heat all day and night, every employee is miserable because of it. read more

This location will not honor any deals that require the app use , I don't trust this company or any other company with having my credit card on file. After contacting corporate 3 separate occasions and never getting a response i went into the restaurant on Saturday night to order at the counter and could not get the order processed in person because you have to use the app. There are plenty of other places to eat at that are willing to forgo app use so they can stay in business and provide excellent customer service. read more

Came for lunch today and ate inside and had the pleasure of Liza to take my order. what a pleasant young lady. She was very helpful with the menu and very polite. We got our food very quickly had the Mini Tacos which came very Hot and delicious and the new Ribeye Burger was good. Jack in the Box, Boulder City, NV 89005 The letter below has been submitted to the corporate offices. June 22, 2022 I visit this store 4 to 5 times a week. The morning shift staff are second to none. Nearly every time I come for lunch or dinner the food is cold and the orders are usually incorrect. Today, the young lady taking my order didn't know how to take an order or use the POS. The frys I ordered were already sitting out when I arrived and she bagged them immediately after the orders was taken. Every single item that came out was bagged immediately and away from the heat lamp area. She dropped the order of chicken nuggets on the floor and tried to put them into the togo bag, luckily it was caught by another crew member and they did a refire for the nuggets. This was now over 5 minutes into the red on the order screen. I asked for a fresh order of frys due to them sitting out before I even entered the business. With the same ungloved and contaminated hands she picked up the nuggets with, she dug into the bag and told me the frays were still hot. That had to be a complete lie. She rolled her eyes when I asked for a refund. Thank goodness a senior member of the staff whom always gets out the orders perfectly took over and refunded my money. This is a constant problem in this store in the afternoon/evening hours. Except for the few morning staff who often seem to being double shifts, the staff tend to have an attitude problem. The owner of this store needs to ensure staff are properly trained in local health code and proper customer service. I have an extensive culinary back ground and have earned the title of executive chef during my career. This is by far one of the most poorly run restaurants is have come across. Sadly living in a small town, my options for quality service lacks. I have been a supporter of Jack in the Box since I was a very young man back in the 70's when my Mother would buy me a breakfast jack on they way to school. It saddens me to find such a great institution like Jack In the Box no longer holds to the high standards they once did. This has been an ongoing problem for many years. The owner must not care. Its breaks my heart. Unless I receive some kind of confirmation this unacceptable list of issues is being corrected I will not be returning. Jack, I am going to miss you. We needed a place to get a bite of lunch after viewing the Hoover Dam. I looked up a McDonald's and found one on the way back to Vegas BUT spotted this Jack in the Box on the way. I know it's weird but I wanted to go to one ever since I spotted a sign on the first day of our vacation. There are no more of these in Florida that I am aware of nor any when we travel up the coast. We used to go frequently when I was a child and I have vivid memories of a "clown" taking your order when going through the drive-thru...my little brother would throw a conniption and demand to talk to the clown...annoying at the time but so cute in retrospect. :) So yes, this visit was all about nostalgia and I wanted a chili dog as that is what I remember having but apparently my memory is faulty or they no longer have them. I chose a sourdough jack and it was quite tasty. I think the good service we received and the nostalgia made me bump this up to 4 stars. That and the fact that the food at the Hoover Dam is way overpriced so this is a much better bet! read more

They rip you off, able to charge whatever they want, no receipt given. Ordered a sausage biscuit and employee tried to sale their special 2/sausage egg and cheese biscuit for $4.00....I said no, just 1/ sausage biscuit but received a sausage egg and cheese biscuit, gave it back. When I received the sausage biscuit I asked for my change, price difference between the two... no other fast food charges more than a $1.25 - 1.50 for sausage biscuit. Could not argue the cost since they don't give receipts!!! There are no individual pricing on their menu boards for sausage biscuit, plain biscuit, or their hash browns. I needed a quick meal, and I wasn't feeling McDonald's. Man, do I regret it now. I walked in, and the person behind the counter did not seem interested in being there whatsoever. I placed my order, and got my drink, and waited. And waited some more. And finally got my food, which was ice cold. The fries had been sitting for who knows how long, so I decided to go on to the burger. I only made it to two bites. The first bite tasted off, almost as if it was metallic. I thought this was in my head, so I took another bite. And again, that same metallic taste was back, only stronger. We stopped here on our way to Flagstaff from Las Vegas. Honestly wasn't expecting much. The place was a little dingy, but not bad - just a small town fast food place. Also, we don't have Jack In The Box back in Nebraska, so I wasn't sure what it was all about. HOWEVER... when we opened up our bag in the car (we got the meal to-go), it was the most beautiful sandwich I'd ever seen. Seriously. It wasn't sloppily put together. It was like, right-out-of-a-commercial good. I got the Homestyle Ranch Chicken Club and it tasted delicious. The fries were hot, too. The staff was extremely friendly and our food was steamy. Jack in the box is just a chain restaurant with the same food that you can get from location to location. What makes each one different is the service you receive and we received great customer service from this location. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with curly fries on the side. The cashier recommended I try their house sodas and their jalapeno poppers. They were great recommendations and I thoroughly enjoyed them. The food is out quick and hot, which was great because we had a party of about 8 people and everyone paid and ordered individually so to get all those orders correct we were very happy. read more

This is one of the only 24/7 resturaunts in Boulder, I and many others tend to visit it often. The service is great. The food, compared to other Jack in the Boxes is great. For a fast food restaurant, this venue is definitely 5 stars. The coke freestyle machine is great as well. I haven't been on the inside for a while, so I am not sure how clean the seating area is; however, there is a lot of room and restrooms inside. read more

On our way back from visiting the Hoover Dam, we stopped at the Jack In The Box in Boulder City, having never eaten at one before. My husband and I went simple and tried the Jumbo Jack burger with fries. Both were pretty good, maybe slightly better than a Burger King, but not as great as we were expecting. During our visit, they also had special holiday shakes (pumpkin pie and eggnog), which were actually really tasty. Prices are on-pair with other national fast food chains. The employees need to be more attentive to what they are doing. Went through the drive thru and ordered a sourdough Jack and egg rolls. The sandwich was not put together so the burger was on only half of sandwich and the take it apart and reassemble it, I asked for sweet and sour sauce for the eggrolls and when I got to the window asked if I could have extra sauce. When I got home I didn't have not even one sauce in the bag, but I got a lot of packets of taco sauce. Didn't get tacos at all. read more

My fur baby thoroughly enjoys the burger patties from here but I on the other hand prefer the milkshakes and every time I've visited this establishment after midnight the milkshake machine is mysteriously broken until morning??? I don't quite know how the staff predicts that every time it breaks it will be working again by morning but they do and sure enough the few times I've returned in the morning the machine was working again! The food is not horrible, it's jack in the box, it's what you'd expect but they cannot be that busy in the middle of the night to not want to clean the milkshake machine after an order! If your lactose intolerant I'd give it a thumbs up but as for me I am not so that is why it gets a 2.5 star rating from me. read more
