Michael is the best employee I have ever experienced at any McDonalds. This establishment is so lucky to have him. His manager should be thankful he works there instead of continuously berating him in front of the entire restaurant. Treat your employees with respect. I try to be understanding, really I do. However, if I clearly state , TWICE, that I do not want cheese on my filet-o-fish, the people that work there should be paying attention. They were polite, I will give them that, but they're lucky that I don't have a food allergy or sensitivity that might cause a deadly reaction. Really? A five star review for McDonalds? Yes. This McDonald's gets 5 stars. First off, let me be clear that it's just a McDonalds and by me giving 5 stars is not my way of trying to say it's comparable to fine dining. They get 5 stars because this is hands down the best fast food place around...maybe the best I've ever been to. The service is awesome. Their staff out services employees of pretty much every other Kenmore restaurant that charges multiple times more for their food and has staff that works for tips. Plus, I'll give them credit for providing great service in Spanish as wells as English. Not that I really care, but I've been to enough places where the people barely speak English. Not the case here. I hope they get paid well (although I doubt it) because I think most of their staff are pretty much better employees than anywhere else that offers entry level work. The food, cleanliness, location, whatever are all on par with what you expect from a McDonalds (maybe not great, but very consistent). read more

This is absolutely the slowest McDonalds ever. They don't make cars pull into a spot to wait if their food isn't ready and we have literally been in the drive through for over 10 minutes without moving... At. All. What. The. Heck. (Common practice, sadly close to our house, sadly my teenager loves McDonald's). read more

The food is no better or worse than your typical McDonald's, and their dollar menu isn't as good as some of the other McD's in the area (no $1 large soft drinks here); but they're almost always quite polite (at least at breakfast), and that counts for something. read more

Absolutely worst place in all of the eastside. Will sell breakfast all day long but refused to sell me a big mac at 1030. If you're not going to sell other food that early than don't show it on the menus that early. Seems pretty dumb. Plus the employees are incredibly rude and my other food was cold. Cesar is the worst manager I have ever encountered no customer service no respect and no common sense I'm not sure he is even qualified to make a basket of fries he provided the worst customer service this morning keeping him as a manager is a sure way to keep customers away. I ordered an egg white delight meal with no ham and I get a sausage muffin with ketchup as I park to go inside so I can have my order corrected and the "manager" looks at my order looks at my recipient and with an attitude he asked me what's the problem with your order? So I had to explain the obvious to him . He still didn't comprehend what I was saying so I asked for a refund which he didn't seem to happy about as he tossed my change on the counter and waked away...... So I STRONGLY SUGGEST driving down S. on Bothell Everett Hwy to the McD's b4 405 on ramp. If you want to sit down and enjoy waking to some decent food&GREAT service! I recently received a mouth full of accusations from my making a mess&being yelled at while on the toilet? Never have been treated so bad until I came out & the Mngr. Then insinuated I was doing drugs in bathroom(no way with my medical condition would be doing that even if I wanted!) So I picked up someone else garbage to try&let them know that isn't who I am! To NO AVAIL as their staff early morning must think no one understands Spanish talk about me&my dying mother? If not for a young man, Mikhail I will never go back or to any McD's where they tell u to get out of the bathroom cause it has to be done Now? Stopped by on my way home for a Pico Guacamole Gilled Chicken Sandwich, through the drive up window.Customer service, friendly. Got home set down at the table much to my surprise I had a plan hamburger, nothing on the bun. I went into the kitchen to doctor it up some. If there are ANY options with your meal, they will give you the wrong thing, every time. Please understand, this is not a one-time thing that happened to me; they have not in the last year delivered me an item that had exactly what I asked for. For example; tonight I ordered a Swiss Mushroom Melt on an artisan bun. What I was given was a nearly ice-cold mushroom melt on sesame bun, with added lettuce and bacon, which I did not ask for. The last time I ordered this same sandwich, they gave me a Pico de Gallo burger, which I sent back, only to be given ANOTHER PICO SANDWICH. It took THREE TRIES for them to get even CLOSE to the right sandwich. This is not an employee having a bad day. This is a franchise restaurant where the management has ceased training employees, and I have watched over the last four years as the quality at this restaurant has hit rock bottom, bounced a few times, and settled in a dirty corner, never to return.
