It about a minute... literally, my order was ready. Our was just an English muffin and coffee but none the less it came out with little to no wait. My iced caramel coffee tasted good... rivaling the known coffee joints. My English muffin was toasted, buttered and came with a side of jelly. Tried ordering for my little boy and I but was denied the meal by your worker in drive thru. He said 'Da card no work'. Looks to me like the order went thru and is pending a charge on my card. Got a digital receipt and pick # but no food. In a world full of fast food, I'll drive a little farther to get something other than McD's. That little man that's a "manager" is absolutely rude. I went in to complain because stupid didn't give me a receipt and my order was wrong. I came to this McDonald's on my motorcycle. I ordered two mcdoubles (which he typed in as double cheese burgers) with no cheese, mustard, or pickles, a large fry, and ten nuggets. The girl taking my order couldn't understand me because of my helmet muffling my voice and asked me to come to the window. I told her everything at the window as she repeated it to her shift manager who was typing it in. Ive had problems with this manager in the past screwing up my order at another location on hillsboro blvd. He was quite rude then too but at least gave me my missing food that time. This time I came back in my girlfriends car because I originally went there on my motorcycle on the way to her house and when I got there the first words out of his mouth was "I triple bagged it like u asked and gave you all your food" but he didn't and I only asked for it double bagged which was done so obviously his memory is a little off and whether he remembers if he did or didnt give me all my food can definitely be questioned looking at it from a third party perspective. When I pulled up to the window he then proceeded to tell me I wasn't the person who had ordered the food even though I had indeed ordered that food and could show the charge on my card. I also put the food inside of my jacket so that I could make it to my girlfriends house and didnt check the food because it was already bagged up. When I got to her house the 10 piece nugget was missing I tried calling the store twice and no one answered. So after I ate my two burgers we drove to the store where I was told I did not purchase it. What can I say? Mickey Ds in the USA will not carry the veggie burgers that make them great quick stops in Europe and India- why, I just cannot fathom. Service is friendly, and this location is updated, has an indoor playground for kids and a party room, and everything looks very clean. I pulled in the drive thru around 12:30am on march 15. I understand it's late so I was trying to make it quick. I ordered two double cheeseburgers and a large fry. I got told to pull to the second window so I did. The gentleman at the window said a price to me which I thought was 11.07 turned to be 1.07. He took my phone because I was using Apple Pay which I thought was weird but whatever. I checked my phone to see what the price was and saw it said $1.07. I tried to get his attention and when I told him I also wanted two double cheeseburgers he got exasperated and started shaking his head. Saying that he told me a price and I agreed and that I should have known it was wrong, the car in front of me (nobody was in front of me when I pulled through) ordered a large fry. He then explained he would charge me again -$1 for what he already charged and took my phone again. He went to get my food and kept saying I should have known the price that he told me. I told him it was equal blame as he was the one who took my order and he condescendingly kept telling me to have a great night. I never got a receipt for either transaction I'm also assuming that he's a manager. I just don't understand how he took my order and still got it wrong. Again equal blame I should have realized he said $1.07. But don't try to put the blame all on me. The "car in front of me" has nothing to do with me. They could have ordered everything on the menu twice and it wouldn't have had any effect on me. A very rude experience but hey at least I got fresh fries right? I went to this McDonalds after giving birth down the street bc I was starving! I got there with all my cravings ready to get some of my favorite McDonalds fast food when it turned out not to be so much of fast food. There were 2 full drive through with 2 long lines, which I understood, but it took 30 minutes to just pay for my food. I was frustrated n starving. I got to the window finally only to be greeted with a smile and apologetic man, who I think was a manager. I never got his name BUT he had explained that all of his staff called out and he was the only one working. I peeked my head in and he was doing it all! Grabbing food, taking orders, doing drinks and takin payments! my frustration had left n pity had suck in. I felt so sorry, my heart hurt. Worst experience at any Mcdonald's I have ever been at. I arrived at the establishment for a pick-up order for Door Dash, When arriving at the Pick -up counter, there were 2 people being helped before me, zero acknowledgement. After 10 mins, the people before and person who helped them left, So naturally I Said excuse me, 5 Times, a cashier saw me ,made eye contact and continues to ignore me, I then said Hello?? and excuse me I'm here for door dash, only for the "manager" who stayed by the fryer to yell to me "they're making it " 10 mins pass, I try to ask how much longer it might be , only to be ignored again and waved me off and told "they're making it!!!" loudly, I then went to the cashier to ask for the managers name, only for the cashier to walk away and say the mangers there, she finally spoke me and said "what do you need my name for?" I said I would like to make a complaint, she then told me "if you want my name you can come back here and get it !I am completely astonished at how i was treated and why I couldn't receive any form of customer service, constant ignoring, aggression, instigating. I only go there for coffee. today the lady put the wrong size lid on my large coffee. The lid did not cover the whole top so the lady forced it on creating a huge crack in it. I did not notice this till I went back to my car and piping hot coffee poured all over my hand and lap. And now that they don't have the screen outside to see what you ordered and the cashier entered in incorrectly it's a crapshoot. I ordered on the application because they were doing construction and last time I went they only were accepting orders in store only and the drive they was closed due to construction. I arrived and noticed that only the drive they was open so I went to the drive thru. I explained my situation to the manager. She proceeded to tell me she wouldn't be able to give me a refund. The system will automatically return my money the next day. I was okay with the answer and I just ordered my food again. When I got to the window I joked with the manager about if the funds weren't returned in 24 hours I'm going to come see her personally. I also asked if I can get a free fry since in the app my free fry discount disappeared because it used it for the order I did through the app. I paid for my meal and thought nothing of it. I got my food and I was going to eat a fry on my way home before I got home in the car while they were hot, like I'm sure most people do. When I put the fry in my mouth there was a nice blob of spit waiting for me. I was so disgusted I almost threw up immediately. I proceeded to go back to the store to get a refund and when I returned the manager made me feel like it was my fault and I was imagining thing because her employees would never do anything like that while I have the lady in the window behind her shaking her head mouthing to me that the manager was lying.
