I in the drive-through and ordered the meal. Which I was standing informed that they are sold out. You would think with all the technology going on today they could have something like that put on the screen where it says sold out. so I then ordered a number one with a Sprite size and a number two medium size with a root beer. I pulled around to the window. The in the window was extremely friendly made my experience feel really warm and welcome. Then I got to the window where they hand out your food, the young man handed me my drinks chatted with me for a moment and then asked me to pull up to the stop line. I do not have a receipt did not get one. I ordered my food at 11:50am. The person handed me my food at 12:07pm. no we are sorry about your weight. I asked why it took 15 minutes no response. I just hope the chipped nail polish on this young man's fingers didn't end up in my . If these people are bringing out food and touching it, and they have nail polish or stuff on their fingers. They should be wearing gloves or not wear the polish at all. Are we not professional anymore. After I my I called the restaurant. I didn't get so sorry we apologize nothing I got excuses as to why it took long to come out. And then they insult me by throwing a free apple pie in my bag, that's gonna make everything better. I counted 10 cars after I was parked that got their orders after me. I couldn't listen to the so I hung up. The only good thing about that location was extremely friendly and kind person who took my order and cashed me out and the other person at the second window. We waited for 20 minutes for our food that wasn't even that big of an order. It consisted of a nugget kids meal, a deluxe chicken sandwich meal which was missing the toppings, a 10 piece nugget, a cheeseburger with additional onions and lettuce, and a couple of drinks. The employee sounded like it was a big deal and stated that it would take a lot more time to add the extra onions and lettuce to it, once we got home, there was less onions then what a cheeseburger should have and barely any lettuce. The workers there have a terrible attitude and when they don't feel like making a McFlurry they just say the ice cream machine is broken. This McDonald's has the worst staff ever. I have never been to a McDonald's with workers as rude and lazy as this location. A large group of people showed up and started ordering different variations of ice cream, and after a couple of orders were placed, they workers claimed the the ice cream machines were broken (as if we've never heard that from lazy workers before). What was ironic was that every single type of ice cream was wiped from the menu, when every single item was available 2 minutes before. After this happened, the staff avoided the people at the front desk, would not get their manager, and did not give the people who placed orders their refunds. walked into this mcdonald's with a large group of people wanting ice cream/mcflurries. as soon as my 15+ group walked in, the staff shut down the ice cream machines so we couldn't order. some of us had ordered too and the workers were avoiding us as much as possible, taking forever to give us our refunds. overall, awful service and wouldn't recommend coming here at all, let alone with a group of people because they will not want to serve you, even by making things out of stock so you can't order. unbelievable. read more

The Biddeford McDonalds is one of the worst I've ever been to. Routinely. FOR YEARS. There is almost always something wrong with the order. Today was the last straw. We ordered breakfast on the app at 10:15 am. When we got there we waited in line and got to the drive through order speaker at 10:32. We gave our order numbers but was told that we were "two minutes after breakfast". We explained that we ordered BEFORE 10:30 and were in the parking lot! They said "Our systems change at 10:30". Upon questioning they said they had no ability to deduct our charge. The employee was snippy and acted like WE were the ones who didn't do our jobs. I'll drive to Saco from now on. read more

"not good" = horrid experience, dealing with incompetent, ignorant, and disrespectful staff. when a large group of people, including myself, entered this location, we were neglected in all capacities. there was no one to be found at the register, so we were forced to order on the kiosk in the lobby. once multiple people had placed their orders (paying grandiose amounts of money), their orders were made incomplete because they DECIDED that the ice cream machine no longer worked. which for code means that their laziness had gotten the best of them, so we must suffer. then there was a lack of urgency to get refunds back to the people who placed their order already. this is the worst experience ive ever had to endure, I will be traumatized and unable to trust a McDonald's again. read more

MUST REED!!! EMPLOYEES ARE CLOSING WHENEVER THEY WANT!! There was a young guy working here late at night for a while I'd say a month or two and he was wicked chill and nice and always got order right. After he left the new employees have ruined this place. I usually go to this McDonald's because they are supposed to be open 247 and I work late nights so I'll go late and I mean like early morning 2-3am and the employees almost always are rude and have an attitude and seem miserable why don't you just quit rather than treating people that are sucking it up and working and not acting miserable poorly. Another bad thing the late night/ early morning staff does here is closes early like they run the show I'm always wondering where is there boss they are a 247 McDonald's and they will close at 11-12 sometimes and I've even seen them close for one hour just to smoke a joint out front and open back up. The other night they got my order wrong and than closed when I went back through the drive through and I watched the girl working the second window yell were fucking done and throw her headset on the floor I argued with her to correct my order or give my money back and she wouldn't do either because she said they were closed. I think this McDonald's would do much better if they hired more positive people. read more

I just went in to pick up a DoorDash order and I stood there for at least five minutes and at least 4 employees just looked at me without asking if I needed help and once I politely spoke up the blonde girl that was working snapped at me and told me that I'm "just gonna have to wait" and the heavyset girl turned around and looked at me and was like "can I help you" in a snide tone and I said yes I'm here to pick up a DoorDash and I would like to place an order for myself because I wanted something to drink, well the heavyset employee told me that I wasn't allowed anything because I'm working for DoorDash and I said since when and she said "it's always been like that" in an extremely rude tone. Well out of all the places I've DoorDashed not once have I been told that, including at that location! I will never go back to that store again since the employees are extremely ignorant and rude!!! If this place is going to continue to treat dashers that way then they're gonna lose a lot of money! Ordered online, pressed pickup in store, and the doors were locked. Once I got to the drive though, it took a long time for them to get to me. I have been meaning to write this review but between work and other things have not exactly had the time. About two weeks ago I went through the drive through with a mobile order. My order was very simple a double cheeseburger only ketchup and a triple cheeseburger with only ketchup and extra pickle and a large sweet tea. When I got my food it WASNT my food it was a kids meal with 2 plain cheeseburgers. I went in to get my actual order they gave me a large fry and ANOTHER large sweet tea. I've gotten breakfast sandwiches here on a few occasions, once was a hilarious morning after a great night at BelTek with my younger brother Dan E (check out his reviews in the Harrisburg, PA area.) The other time I had such a darnn hankering for a McGriddle I actually got two. Sue me. The Biddeford Macdonald's has a nice, upgraded facility, unfortunately that doesn't help what happens inside. We visited a few days ago to get coffee & breakfast sandwiches. The drive-thru lines were really long so we decided to go inside. We went in wearing our masks. There were a few people ahead of us, so we stayed back to maintain social distancing, but because the dining room is closed off with large plastic sheets, it becomes difficult when there are more than 4-5 people ordering or waiting to pick up food. There was a young couple ahead of us and altho there are signs in the door informing customers that face coverings are required, the guy wasn't wearing one & did nothing to try to cover his mouth & nose. As we waited for our order, a woman came in not wearing a face covering and walked through where we were standing mumbling that she wasn't staying & didn't need a mask. Lastly, an employee came into the restaurant and went straight to the kitchen ( where the food is prepared) without wearing a mask...after a few minutes, he came to the front and had put on a mask. The worst tho was an employee in the back preparing food with no mask. He was wearing a mic, so he might have been taking orders or may have been communicating with the person taking orders, but IMO that doesn't matter. He should have been wearing a mask. Safe to say I won't be visiting this Macdonald's any time soon. read more
