Standard McDonald's food with no problems. I usually don't use this particular store because it is so hard to get in and out of. But often have to shop at the nearby Menards and will sometimes stop for fries on the way home. I ordered through the McDonald's app and my order was filled quickly, so no complaints about the service. I went through the drive thru today and ordered 2 five dollar McDouble meals ,large fries ,and an apple pie a hot mustard sauce for one and a sweet and sour for the other. After paying at the first window I looked at the receipt and it has 2 up charges for the drinks . I asked why and he said I don't know I didn't take your order someone upfront did ,you need to ask up there . When I got to the second window I asked for the manager. I asked her why I was up charged twice for just med drinks which I never mentioned on size she said it's because we have untrained teenagers on the weekends. Today my 20 year old daughter went to get a family of 4 some breakfast through the drive thru and was treated so bad she didn't even end up ordering herself food. Customer service was great, the inside was clean. Once I got my food, I checked the bag and saw everything was there, so I was like "Perfect." I visit this particular location all too often on my way home from Omaha. .I like the all day breakfast items and when available the McRib sandwich despite them not being as great as when it was first introduced. They have a constant promotion called McPick 2 which should not be ignored. The current version is two of the select items for $3.00. All day Breakfast item Sausage and Egg McMuffin is one of the options at a price close to the price of just one. Also if you have a cell phone, they have an app with built in coupons. The app auto-updates weekly in many cases. Among those coupons is Buy one / get one free for any sandwich. Buy one / get one for the breakfast menu or free hashbrowns with purchase of a breakfast item. read more

I stopped in here for lunch today with my 5 and 7 year old grand-daughters. Cory waited on us. He interrupted me 3 times while trying to order. My granddaughters recognized his rudeness. If they had not been with me I would have told him to stop talking and let me finish and he would obtain all the information he needed. It was not a matter of being busy but one of being ignorant of the social graces of life. There was no one else in line. I find it interesting they advertise 15 dollars an hour and employees still want more. To get more you usually have to give more. This guy should be warned then let go. I had to take the hubby to the airport and on the way home stopped here...because it's a 24 hour McDonalds....it was about 445am. No outside lights on, but I see a car in drive thru so I proceed to pull into drive thru also...both of us wait for about 2 minutes....and leave...no service. Don't advertise 24 hour service if you dont. I also have a very BIG problem with this place not lowering flag to half mast on 9/11. What is up.with that?? We go through the drive-thru fairly often out of convenience, and there's something missing about half the time--usually a yogurt parfait. Of course we never notice until we get homework e and it's too late. Sometimes I wonder what they'd say if I showed up one day and demanded all my missing parfaits (half joking). There's almost always a big line for the drive-thru and apparently you have to ask for sauce for chicken nuggets, because they won't ask you or give you any otherwise. read more

Usually this McDonalds is one of the better ones, but tonight my experience wasn't up to par. Going through the drive thru at around 1240am on a Friday was not a good idea. The order of Nuggets were like rubber and the fries were cold. On top of that the drink was very warm because they ran out of ice. Not sure how you can run out of ice, and expect someone to drink warm pop, the large cup wasn't even full. Ronald would not be very happy. read more

I use to work at this McDonald's a few years ago before they did the whole "redo" of the franchise so I already had low expectations due to the fact that I use to have a hand in making their sh*t. Well to think I wouldn't be shown up!! My special lady friend and I stopped for 2 small Mcflurries!! We left without 2 small Mcflurries!! We pulled into a backed up drive thru, which I could expect from a late night McDonalds, but after a couple minutes of staring at a menu and getting nothing I started to call to the voice box. After a few "Hello?" went unanswered I decided to give it a sec. All the while cars were leaving the line angry and heading somewhere else. I considered it as my patience ran thin. An eventual "We will b with you in a moment sir" rang through so I hung on for a bit. Then another car pulls up to the other voice box and gets his order taken immediately...now I'm pissed. I back up and pull through to the other voice box and sure enough I got my order taken. I let them know some dingus on the other one told me to hold on and I've been waiting for awhile. So I tell this broad my order and we get in the eternal waiting line. Now I have this to wait through. I so myself aging as I waiting in this line and pretty soon I started to get bitter again. But pretty soon your God told me I didn't need to be here when the storm that was raging killed the power to everything including this McDonald's. Taking that as a que to leave, we did and decided to get our Ice cream from the a better place...the meth addled Wal-mart in Bellevue...and sadly it was a step up. read more

I like the idea of two drive through lanes...but, not when the drive through worker cannot keep track of the people coming through. I pulled up, the person over the speaker said to please hold on for a moment. I said ok. There was no one behind me at the time. After about two minutes, a truck pulls through the other drive through lane and immediately gets helped. I do not like to be skipped. The girl's excuse was "we are having problems with our orders at the moment." What does that have to do with first come first served? I was very disappointed in my trip to McDonalds this weekend. I arrived after their Breakfast hours were done, however I thought that McDonalds locations have a small All Day breakfast menu. I realized when I got there that this location did not. They did however have a sausage and egg biscuit on their $3 menu. I asked if they would please substitute the sausage for a slice of cheese and was told that they would not. As a vegetarian I was hoping to do this to have a sandwich to eat. I looked up vegetarian options at McDonalds and saw that they only have breakfast items or a salad without the chicken. Since I was driving down the road I was unable to eat a salad and did not have any other options for a main dish at McDonalds. As a vegetarian I understand that beggars can not be choosers. However I would hope that in today's world that there would be at least one option for a vegetarian or that they would be willing to make a substitution, like changing the sausage out for a slice of cheese. I ended up having to leave and go to Burger King where I was able to get an impossible burger. read more

Stopped in for lunch. Was watching food preparer while waiting for food. Not noticing anybody was looking - he dropped a burger on the floor, picked it up, re-wrapped it and tossed it with finished burgers. Spoke up immediately to counter staff to 'stop that burger'... but too late, they put it in *my* bag. NO WAY! Had to complain to get lunch remade since now it was mixed with others. Absolutely disgusting bathrooms!!! They were a nasty mess. It looked like the toliets hadnt been cleaned in days, dirty paper towels on the floor. As a 31 year resident of Bellevue I was disappointed. I just started hanging out at this McDonalds. I mostly go here for the free wifi but being that it's during the night shift; that usually means nothing good. Too much Riff Raff has overtaken Bellevue, so no surprise I overheard a non black customer using the N-word while rapping a lame freestyle in front his also non black friends or family which included children. Clearly he didn't mind me since I'm the only black person sitting 10 feet away. SMH. As for the employees they take too long in waiting on you and are met with zero words. Never a "How may I help you?". The customer service skills are non existent. The food presentation has been okay except for a recent order where my fries were dumped out in my bag as if they had been thrown in.
