I stopped here yesterday. I rarely eat at McDonalds but every now and again there's nothing like a Big Mac. I had been running around doing errands and decided a Big Mac was just the thing for a late lunch. I could not believe the sandwich I got. The bun was so dry it was crunch to bite, the hamburger was so. Old the cheese didn't even melt. Whoever made this should have been ashamed. I went right back through the drive through and returned it. The young lady at the window was not used to returned sandwiches and she truly didn't know what to do. Should I remake the sandwich, yes I think that might be a good idea. The second was not but the bun was fresh..... one of the burgers was just a half...... ‍. I do not understand the management of this business for they have not shown respect for the customers. read more

Just went in the drive thru since nothing else is open at 11:30 pm. I had a bad experience before but hunger won. Was a bad decision... ordering was easy as was paying but this is the second time an item of my order was missing. We pulled over because we now check the bag before driving away. I walked back to tell them my item was missing and the girl just ignored me. Went again a few minutes later and seemed like she was getting it. Finally we gave up because not going to cry over a couple dollar loss. But horrible customer service and this is clearly a pattern. read more

Do NOT confuse this place as being "fast food". Since the drive through was wrapped around to the entrance, we decided to go in. No employees out front, of course, all ordering done on the screens. The only times we saw employees were when they were running out to deliver orders to all the drive through customers who were waiting in parking spots. Despite there only being two other customers waiting inside, it took about 20 minutes to get a tepid order. Ate here while passing through, the burgers were inedible. Dried out and overcooked meat, stale buns, cold fries, and an eye roll from the manager who I asked for some ketchup, like I was busting the bank asking for another condiment packet. Very unwelcoming, probably the worst McD's I've ever been to. Glad my regular restaurant near home is so much better. read more

Way to screw up an order...how does a plain hamburger, 2 McChickens, and a Large fries become a Large Fries and 2 double cheeseburger special orders and a regular hamburger with all the condiments? Had us pull up and wait for 15 minutes for a single drink, went in to ask if it was ready and the lady was very rude and gave me a lot of attitude. Then when they brought out my drink they just handed it over and didn't say sorry for the wait or have a nice day. Terrible costumer service and a terrible wait. It does not take 15 minutes to bring out ONE drink. Do not recommend this McDonald's. read more

Y'know how every town has one McDonald's that is so awful and frustrating that you feel like you've been abused and ripped off every time you go? This is the king of those places. This time, I ordered using using the app and said I'd pick it up inside to avoid the drive thru. Immediately went to the door and it was locked. 8:48pm. (Closes at 10pm, yeah... I don't know why, it's just the true facts). Since I've paid and I can't cancel it, I'm now a captive to the drive-thru. It took 35 minutes to wait in the drive thru (trust me, avoid this drive thru). Our order was low-qual, I know it's rarely perfect but this time the fries and the beef and the sauce were all the same warm-mush temperature and consistency. I'd have returned it if there were a way to do it without sitting in the drive thru for 35 minutes. I sat in the drive thru staring at yhe MAMABEAR license plate for so long thinking about how I never would would done this if I knew the door was locked that I actually decided to write an actual review for a fast food place. The good McDonald's in town is on Hogan Rd. Save yourself the frustration and time and drive two minutes up the Interstate. read more

This restaurant does not abide by the hours they are supposed to be open even when it's a mobile order placed ahead of time. We were there at 12:01 a.m. the hours were supposed to be until 12:59 a.m. and they told us that they would not serve our order that they were closed and we would be refunded within 30 to 45 minutes for our order. I would not recommend this place if they can't stand by what they advertise for hours. They don't deserve my business and if they are going to be the one place that is open later than all of the others in the area they should stand by those hours. I'm sure I'm not the only unhappy customer since their drive thru had many cars in it as we were leaving. read more

McDonald's is a staple of fast food, they're consistent and the food is always delicious, my experience was good, it would have been great if the staff had been on par with the food quality. We arrived for breakfast around 10am, and promptly ordered our food, whilst reviewing our order and noticed that there was an error, when we brought it up the employee proceeded to rudely explain that she was fixing a mistake that was made, making us feel like it was our fault for the screw-up. When we pulled up to pay, we not only got the same bad attitude from the same employee, but from a manager as well. We're regulars at this location, so we were shocked at the treatment we received. Fortunately, that's where the bad experiences ended, we got our food quickly and ran home to eat. The food was absolutely delicious by McDonald's standards, it may not look especially appetizing, but the taste more than makes up for the presentation. The hashbrowns were hot, crispy, and delicious, while my Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Biscuits were very tasty even though they looked sloppy. My girlfriend ordered the Big Breakfast with Hotcakes and said it was perfect. Overall, the food was great, and the quality is always constant. The service could have been better, but it's the first time this has ever happened, so I'll chalk it up to some of the employees having a bad day, however it's still unacceptable and will affect my final rating. This used to be a pretty good place for customer service, but has apparently gone significantly downhill if today was any indication. After we waited for a few minutes at the register for someone to take our order, an incredibly rude cashier staff came over and stood in front of it, without saying a single word, no hello, no sorry for the wait, not even a smile. Then when we were done absolutely nothing again, beyond "your order will be ready soon". The people who had been there before us got a "here is the rest of your order, sorry for the wait, hope you have a wonderful day" but when our order was up, again no smile, no have a nice day, nothing in the way of customer service including no napkins in the to go bag, despite the fact she put some on the tray of the dine in people in front of us. Let me reiterate, this complete lack of service was so out of line with what we had experienced previously from this location. So much so that I asked to speak with the manager, who apologized for the situation once I explained we weren't annoyed by the wait, it was the lunch rush, but by the complete lack of customer service. I don't know if the girl at the register just had a really tough moment, or doesn't like the way myself or my partner looked as she was nice to both the people waiting before us, and the older couple behind us in line, but that service just ruined my experience enough I ended up just tossing my food after a few bites. The manager did say she would speak to the cashier girl about it, so hopefully no one else has to experience that kind of... lack of customer service. Just be sure to check you got napkins before you leave. Edit: We also apparently didn't get a receipt, I had thought my boyfriend had it or that it was in the bag and so did not realize this until now. So I would also recommend checking you have your receipt as well as having napkins. read more

This place shouldn't even bother being open...started with having to mobile order from the lobby because no one would take my order...they then continue to wait 20 minutes before starting the order...they somehow manage to lose the only order and give me the wrong one...once I receive my order everything is undercooked and not eatable...the manager then decides to close the lobby because they cannot handle doing both side of the restaurant. This place is a joke and I would not recommend to anyone. Go to another McDonald's location. read more
