I just got home after spending 45 minutes waiting because my son's order was made wrong--twice. It was finally corrected the third time, and I do appreciate that. However, what stood out was the lack of communication and customer service throughout the process. I understand being busy--I work in customer service--but that doesn't excuse not acknowledging delays or checking in with customers. A simple apology or update would have gone a long way. I left feeling frustrated, and I didn't even end up eating my food. My kids did, but the overall experience missed the mark. Just sharing this because it could have easily been a much better interaction with a little more care and communication. read more

Whoever fixed my food is an immature, 2 brain cell misfiring @$$. I ordered two fish sandwiches no tartar sauce. I received 2 sandwiches with extra tartar. The employee didn't take into consideration I could have been allergic to an ingredient. If I didn't have to work. I would have drove through. This location has gotten things wrong in the past but I chucked it up to its McDonald's not. 5 star restaurant. But lesson learned. I will not come to that location again. read more

I really feel like they need to shut this location down & if not...they need to fire some staff members because they lack customer service & sense of urgency. It don't make sense. A few days ago, the line was so long that I had to go inside. So, I go inside & was just standing at the register because there was nobody taking orders. However, it took for me to speak up for someone to take my order and all I got was a large fry. As I'm waiting, two more customers came in and this young lady was in there with a baby just walking around in the kitchen playing...and she worked there (UNPROFESSIONAL). Cause why tf is there a baby in the kitchen smh what a way to represent McDonalds. Those two customers were waiting too until I said something about speaking to management. And they finally took their order smh. The biggest issue was the customer service, no sense of urgency, & the fact that a baby was in the kitchen. Then, I go there tonight to get a large and medium fry for me and my sister. I get to the drive thru and the worker informed me that they're only taking mobile orders. Ok, that's fine but don't y'all think y'all should put a sign near the drive thru so customers don't have to wait. What if a customer was waiting in line for 30 minutes and doesn't have the app, then what? You wasted their time. You have to be considerate and they weren't. Then after ordering on the mobile app, I had to wait at the last window because my order wasn't ready and when it was ready...the lady brought me my food & I asked for a sweet & sour sauce. She gon say 36¢ like bihhh do it come out of ya check. First, y'all can't take my order thru the drive thru then y'all got me waiting forever for some damn fries, & then I gotta pay 36¢ for a sauce smh. I asked for the simplest meal, a mcChicken sandwich and a coke. No lettuce on the sandwich. That confused her she said it only comes with pickles. I've ordered enough mcchickens over the years to know they come with lettuce but whatever i said yea no pickles. I was in a bit of a hurry, thus fast food and a simple order. They gave me something called a mccrispy for 5$ wasnt good at all. And my coke. The soda is the best thing at mcds, facts. Yalls service and food is a joke. With so many McDonald's in the security Woodlawn area, this location isn't as busy as it used to be. However it is near a mall and busy highway exit. Went through the drive thru. The speaker was clear which made it easy for me to understand the associate. I only ordered fries and a sweet tea so it wasn't anything too complicated. The only thing that prevented me from giving them 5 stars was that I had to honk the horn a couple of times and ask for Napkins once the window closed since there weren't any in the bag. My fries were fresh and hot with the perfect amount of salt and my sweet tea was perfectly brewed without being too sugary. read more

This is the most unprofessional location I've ever been too. I pull up to the drive thru and order a large caramel frappe, We pay and everything is fine until we pull up to the next window and immediately the lady says can you pull up to a 3rd window, so i pull up again to wait on my frappe and 20 mins goes by and nobody comes out with my frappe then i see two other people who pulled up and had been waiting also along with another person waiting inside, so the people decided to go in and see what was going on they came after me and received their frappe before me!! I asked the guy who came out what was the long wait he said they are being dumb so i went in and i told the lady hello i been waiting for 20 mins and nobody brought my order outside and she just looked at me and then started making it & didn't even apologize for the wait or anything!!! Place is very clean but they are rushing your order and made mistakes during drive-in. Can't correct your order because they closed your order so we had to go indoor to correct it. We requested sausage sandwiches and we received bacon sandwiches instead. They need to slow down and wait on us instead pushing us forward like cows up to the train. Just left their drive through-ordered a chocolate shake and M&M McFlurry. Pulled around at window#1, cashier was pleasant. Pulled up to pick up items, cashier was also pleasant, but young lady who made my McFlurry made an Oreo one, instead of M&M. I sent it back, and the young lady rolled her eyes. She came back with a HALF of cup of ice cream and dumped a boat load of M&M! I sent it back again, and asked for more ice cream. As I looked at the young lady from the window, she rolls her eyes again, and says "That's all we give out for a McFlurry". Meanwhile, I had more ice cream in the Oreo McFlurry she made in error. I took my order and proceeded to call the store and ask for a manager, a young man that answered I heard him try and hand the phone off to a female saying..."Here act like you are the manager" This location has too many high school kids playing around and not taking their job seriously. read more

I normally make my breakfast but on 11/5/18, I was in a hurry and left home without my breakfast so I decided to stop by this place, BIG MISTAKE! The drive-thru line was so long so I decided to go in. Stood in line to order, I was the only one, and after 5 minutes and being ignored, I decided to use the self order kiosk then proceeded to wait on my food. 10-12 minutes, no food and I'm already late for work. The clueless manager couldn't figure out a simple Uber Eats order. People behind me decided to walk up to counter to demand their food. The workers there are slow, clueless and rude. Basically, they don't CARE! I finally got my food after 19 minutes and the food was lukewarm, I had to throw it away. I wonder how they keep their jobs. The manager (total waste of DNA) was busy chatting with his friends who came in, the people behind the counter were working leisurely. Go to Chik Fila and it's totally different! DO NOT GO HERE. THEY'RE THEIVES. The "manager" refused to take our order because my friend (who is a little slow) had said "thank you beloved" We were told that nobody from that location would take our order and there's another McDonald's down the street . We even informed her that we would be calling corporate and still nothing, sorry we waited there for five minutes while the line was backing up and she still would not take our order or let us be taken care of by somebody else; highly unprofessional for a "manager," which I'm also starting to doubt. I've worked customer service and retail, I get it, however there is a way to conduct yourself, especially while in uniform. I do believe thatvmany codes were broken in McDonald's handbook because of this. Nothing rude was said until she really decided she wanted to be a bitch about things . So we left, change positions in the car and I went there & redid the order. Everything was fine, we paid, (no receipt, of course) we go to get our food and that's when all hell broke loose . She gave us our food however proceeded to tell us that they were out of Tea even though when we ordered the tea literally a minute ago it was OK then and now suddenly, they're out of Tea ( or any type of juice , only soda) We asked her since we could wait, for her to make a fresh batch . She really told us "no they're about to close in 15 minutes." Our non-soda drinker was finally bullied into getting a Fanta soda . We asked what her name was, & and her whole demeanor suddenly changed. She shut and locked the window, wouldn't give us our soda, THAT WE PAID FOR!) so we start beeping and beeping, waiting for her to give us our drink that we had ordered and paid for. She then says we're calling the police they can give you your soda. She literally called police because we asked for her name. I'm pretty sure as a customer service/working with the public employee when asked, you have to give your name (We were not rude, we were just very upset how she would not give us our soda that we had paid for and was only LITERALLY right there) I told her (through the closed doors) that the police have actual jobs like solving murders to solve and that serving soda is HER job . She must've not liked that (its the truth though‍) and started to be petty by dumping our paid for Fanta down the sink, in direct front of us, and continued saying "the police will be on their way shortly to assist you." Never in my life have I experienced such terrible care of customer service and from a manager, it is absolutely disgusting. This woman has no business being a manager, if she really is. She did have the black and white stripe shirt on though... She refused to give her name, we got a picture of her though, atleast before she started covering her face. After waiting a while because obviously the police aren't going to come to serve a soda, I just decided to leave and call corporate in the morning . Hopefully she loses her job because if she really is the manager, & is able to stay, well she needs a lot of retraining and then start at the bottom all over again. Customer service, appropriateness, & professional skills were ALL SEVERELY lacking. If I could give zero stars I would. I'm just hoping corporate takes the correct steps and fixes this. The worst customer service I've ever had. Seriously, I never complain, . I went through the drive-through and ordered some Happy Meals for boys. Cashier was fine. I asked the staff which one had what inside - she just looked at me. When they opened it up there were girl's toys in all of them. I asked her if they had any boy's toys - a blank look.. I couldn't tell if it was a yes?/no?.... so weird. I asked twice and still nothing. No, I'm sorry, or let me double check.... nothing. And, when I pulled away - wrong sauce for the nuggets in the Meal - it's like they just threw anything in there. Oh and then tried to call and talk to the manager and no one answered. Somebody didn't fully think through the updated self order kiosks. It's bad enough that there was only one register open with a very inexperienced worker but the 4 (count em 4) kiosks were placed so people ordering on them would block access to both the order and pick up counter. So people trying to use the kiosks were being interrupted by people pushing through, sometimes rudely other times politely but still interrupting their order process. My first time with these kiosks (yeah I got tired of waiting in line to place my order for 2 coffees) and their size made them intimidating. Most order kiosks I have seen in other establishments are normal computer screen (18-24") size. These were 30 inches wide and about 36-40 inches tall. Categories will take a bit to get used to but adjustments to each order and steps to complete were a bit much for me. I probably will go elsewhere (there's a BK across the street) unless they make changes. Oh, and it took over 10 minutes for them to process my order of 2 medium coffees and 3 chocolate chip cookies. worst ! worst ! and worst! went to drive thru at 10pm and order food for us. messed up my order so instead of getting plain hot and spicey mcchicken sandwiches i got regular Mcchicken so i was told to pull up the vehicle in window no 3. waited for more than 10 minutes and did not get the sandwiches. so I went inside and asked and lady told me the sandwiches might be getting cooked or prepared? she told me still gonna take time. so i decided to cancel my whole order. I gave all food back to her and said that I want refund. She was so energetic to give refund without asking me the reason of being upset; got refund and ask the lady herself and she said she is the manager. she seemed late to leave the place. when i asked her name she did not feel important to give name and walked away.
