I came to this McDonald's to pick up an Uber eats order on 10/22/25 about 2 pm. I go to the pickup counter and workers kept walking by not helping me. I ended up saying excuse me to one of the male workers and mentioned I had an uber eats order to pick up and he said he will check on it and then came out 2 seconds later and didn't say anything to me. I figured maybe he forgot and I just continued waiting. Then the manager i believe it was, kept staring me up and down with a dirty look every time she saw me. I continue waiting, and 30 minutes go by and the order still isn't out. The manager came to the pick up counter and started doing something so I mentioned that I've been waiting a little over 30 minutes now for the order and she looks at me, gives me a nasty look and says "it will be out when it's ready" with an attitude and gross tone of voice. Mind you, it was literally a happy meal with a drink that I was picking up. It does NOT take over 30 minutes to make that... I ended up just cancelling the order and leaving because I'm not going to continue waiting for another 30 minutes for that order and receive a disgusting attitude. That place needs a new manager that's actually professional. I even saw her being rude to almost every other customer as well. I see why this place has a bad reputation. read more

Literally the worst McDonald's in town, service is poor, so slow and orders are 9 times out of 10 -- WRONG. They will make you and 5 other cars wait for orders in the drive thru waiting spots after giving you your drink or your ice cream that will melt in the 15 minutes they make you sit there waiting. 1. Drive thru machine is shattered yet they still let people go through that lane only for them to have to order without seeing the menu. 2. I ordered McMuffins for my entire family which are supposed to come with round egg. They took my order and my money without telling me that they used folded egg instead. I found out on my way back home so had to make a detour so I can get my refund. When I arrived the manager said they did that because they didn't have any round egg available at the time. This could have been avoided if they told me this when I ordered so I could have either changed my order or canceled it. This experience was frustrating and left me feeling like they do not care about quality of service. Only about taking money from patrons. read more

This McDonalds sucks. It's called FAST food not slow food. The literally take your order and make you park in the pick up zones until your food is ready. All 8 pick up spots are all parked with people waiting for their food. read more

Customer Service always awesome , food depends on the time you go . If you go at slow time fries are cold an hard . If you go when they busy fries nice an hot . Another fun fact , if they are slammed they don't properly make your burger. Today it was my McChicken, it had mayo on the bread . Their in a hurry trying get your food to you fast as they can . Their coke is a must , McDonald's sodas just taste different than other places. An $1 for any size soda , can't go wrong. Out of all the McDonald's this location is my favorite one . Walked in place was very clean. But also seemed like no one was working. Had to wait a few minutes for someone to come from behind the wall to take my order. Had to wait for someone to come out again when I had a question about my order. There was two self-serve touch pad order kiosks and a sign at the register saying one can order from table with the app. I stopped there because the sign on the freeway said easy on easy off. That is really not the case. The main problem was the impression that there was no one working and that I was imposing on whatever they were doing in the back. I didnt like the Service they gave to us Because they didnt gave us Forks, Napkins, and all that we need for Pancakes. We only got McFlurrys and soda but I had to review because the bathrooms were SO CLEAN!!! Smelled good, not a drop of toilet paper on the ground. The inside of the restaurant was clean, too! They were fast at getting through the drive through, too. Nice enough staff. No complaints here! read more

Very disappointed with my drive-through experience. There was difficulties placing my order and using a mobile deal. On top of that after realizing they deleted more items than stated I let them know and instead of fixing it they just said to go through the drive-through again.
