Fuck this McDonald's fucking doesn't know what plane means I can't eat this I hate this I spent 14 dollars for this and is half assing shit

this is actually the worst mcdonald's ever. they don't understand anything you say. we asked for the two cheeseburger meal, homegirl literally put in two single cheeseburgers. atleast she got the two quarter pounders right. they actually messed up our order so bad. and we had to get the manager to help and she was just as slow. why do we not understand what a meal is...the manager also told the cashier she was doing a great job, WHY ARE WE LYING. i swear people just hire anybody. also the food is SO bad. my cheeseburgers looked like pancakes and they were crusty..? they tasted really old and they looked just as old. the fries were barely even cooked. they also tasted like socks. it's not even clean in there either. there just stuff everywhere. also the kiosks don't even work. don't go to this mcdonald's read more

Worst mcds I've ever been too. They screw up the simplest orders . They will Friday at you and I ask you what you had or what you're waiting on and still 10 minutes later you don't have your food. McDonald's has a great system, but when you don't follow the rules, nothing works properly. This is a perfect example here in Ayden. They even had my paper ticket up and it was on the screen facing the lobby and messed it up twice. It was a cheeseburger that's it. Someone came in with screwed up. This McDonald's has really changed in the last six months they used to be terrible. Now everybody is friendly, they work together, the restaurant is immaculate, the food is good and the service is excellent. It is the best McDonald's now in the area. read more

Came here for breakfast and this location is terrible. They don't accept coupons on the app and the lines are long. The customer service is sub-par and rude. The food handler would have orders ready and not call out numbers unless you ask and then she would get annoyed by it. I guess people are mind readers to know their order is ready. This location shares a spot with a gas station so expect a wait. My egg McMuffin is sub-par and cold..also how hard is it to put the cheese and egg between two pieces of bread? Long wait time. Ordered breakfast at 10am still waiting now over 45 minutes. All workers look clueless with no sense of urgency. The manager blamed it on her staff being poorly trained. Absolutely worst McDonalds I have ever been too. There is about 15 people still waiting on their food that ordered before me. read more

Rude help and when you complain, they of course act like you are the problem. After poor service (by the manager it turns out) at the order window, she wouldn't talk to me, wouldn't give her name, and called the police when I kept asking. Not a good look for McDonald's. read more

The Fish sandwich is a joke. It's so small it's a SHAME Plus they give you a HALF SLICE of cheese. Fish Sandwich, Large Fries and a Large Drink. $9.50. Screw Ronald McDonald. These franchises should be ashamed to screw people over this bad. And some rude ass people. read more

Jada was wonderful! She went out of her way to ask how we were doing with a smile on her face, and made sure we had everything we needed before we left. We went a little before they closed, too, so it was late. I'm sure it's been a long day for the staff that worked this evening, and they were lovely. Our food was yummy and ice cream was working. Every time I'm at this McDonald's it gets worse. This time every drink was wrong, no sauces for nuggets, half filled French fries, waited 20+ minutes to order, and then waited another 10 minutes for the food to come out. I'll drive the extra miles to Winterville before I go back to Ayden. read more

I went through the drive thru last night and I told the person "one moment please" and then maybe 2 minutes later they asked me again and I said that again. They obviously got mad when I said it again. So when I was ready to order they got really upset and decided to add extra food to my order that I didn't want and didn't even know I paid for until I got my receipt. I was really upset because they was rude and then decided to do that like you are taking my own money with food I didn't even order. Never again when I go there unless I truly have too. read more

I wish i could give negative stars! I visited Ayden North Carolina for a family matter. Hungry and not being from there, this place was the closest to where i was. My 3 children and I go through the drivethru and order our food, the cashiers were not bad, however, when i got to my familys home to sit down and eat with my children, i found the food the worse ever from McDonalds. My chicken sandwich looked fine, until i bit into it, the poultry was so old it was transparent. I was shocked! How could they serve this and think it is ok. What made me even more mad is that i drove all the way back to find that the place had closed! Never going there again! read more
