this review is based strictly on service cause lets be real...its mcdonalds so all the food is the same. This place cannot seem to get my order right.. EVER. From forgetting straws for drinks, sauces for nuggets and forgetting food. Its not like im ordering a ton of food either. Just for myself, my husband and our son. Just because you are the only fast food/driver through restaurant in lakeland hills doesnt mean you can provide crappy service. I would rather drive down the hill to downtown auburn or go to bonney lake then go to this mcdonalds. People are rude and your order is never right. I went through here this morning just to get a sausage mcmuffin with egg. I placed my order at 7:58 am according to my receipt, and received my order in my hand at 8:07 am. I was the only car in the drive thru at that time. A wait like this at the drive thru baffles me, as it defeats the point of a drive thru, especially when I was the only car. Once I got to work and opened up my sandwich, it looked disgusting. The egg looked like someone had smashed it up and then threw it in there. I will post a picture for you all to see. This is the second time that they got my order wrong! As you walk into this place you already know how unorganized they are and short handed. Which still is unacceptable to serve customer with bad service. How do you serve a customer that order a strawberry milkshake but on the bottom of the cup is mint? I'm sure someone saw that the cup was green on bottom but still place the strawberry shake into the same Cup? Who ever did that shouldn't work there. Who know what that person is doing. Sanitary is the safety for people. Small mistakes like this could cause problems but put people at sake. Dealing with food is a safety and rules are followed and procedures. I ordered a mushroom Swiss burger and the customer asked if I could get something else cause it's gonna be a 10 minute wait? First they forget to put my burger in my bag and I had to walk back to ask for it. Then the customer ask me if I could order something else? Wow! I had to wait there 10 minutes still to get my order which if that was the case I could of got my mushroom Swiss burger and to top it off the drive thru guy didn't even give me my receipt! This McDonald's location is by far the worst location I've ever been to. We live only a few blocks away so we go here when were in a pinch and need a quick bite, so we've gone here at least a dozen times. Every time we do, they mix up our order or completely get it wrong. Wrong sizes, wrong sandwiches, wrong drinks, etc. The the employees clearly have not been trained properly to handle orders and keep them accurate. Also, you're almost always guaranteed to have to wait for your food. Very disappointed in this location. read more

Every time I go here something goes wrong. Last time they were out of small fry bags so they made me sit and wait while they went to storage to look for them. I waited so long I thought they forgot about me. I went inside to get the fries because the rest of my families food was getting cold. My worst experience ever at a McDonalds. I stopped at this Mcdonalds on Wednesday night at about 7:30pm. I was the only person in the dinning room. I went to the counter to order a Double Cheese Burger, small fries and 2 Oatmeal Cookies. I asked the Cashier if they had Oatmeal cookies which he replied yes we do. I completed my order and proceeded to go sit down. Thats when I noticed all the garbage on the floor. I then head one female employee burp really loud and all the staff including the two "Manager's" laugh at it. Then I heard all the employee's in the back laughing about how I order Oatmeal Cookies and they had to bake some because they were out. The employee's thought this was hilarious and they could not stop laughing and saying "better get that Lady her special cookies". What is that suppose to mean?!? I then went up to the counter to get my food, My fries we cold, and my burger was half off the bun. After looking around at the state and conditions of this McDonalds I proceeded to walk over to the garbage can and throw my food out. I also talked to the "manager" who helped me and let him know how unprofessional it is to have employees laughing at a customer and burping. I also told him I dont want the cookies now because I dont know what the employees did to them. Why was it soooo funny that I order Oatmeal Cookies? He could not answer my question. I let him know I was not happy with my experience and that I would be writing a review. I would give 0 stars if I could and I will not be returning to that McDonalds EVER. The Owner needs to talk to his employee's about be professional at work. If you can't take your job serious then you shouldn't be working. There are lots of people out there who need jobs and could do better. I love how when you admit that you eat at McDonald's people look at you like you're into beagle porn. "Oh, I'm too good to eat at McDonald's..." Yet McD's has sold billions of burgers and you're super-tubby. I'm no mathematician, but I think you're all liars... Now this particular location: seems like there are 14 year-olds working the counter and 18 year-olds managing the work product - but it's a winning recipe. These are nice, clean, friendly staff who are usually smiling and always seem to give at least 2 sh#ts about your dining experience. Eat McD's without worrying about biting into a "Cop Burger". I did a lot of my Bar Prep study sitting in this McD's with a laptop hooked into WiFi, trying to get some peace and quiet away from my big-headed children. Worst McDonald's Ever!!! If I could rate them a zero or below I would! They didn't even offer a refund after all of the mistakes! I went there yesterday to order a simple McDouble no onions through drive through. It started there. I was kind to them... they repeated it back to me but on screen it said no pickles and I told her that it's supposed to be no onions not no pickles even when she repeated the no onions. She apologized I said that's no big deal. I pulled up to first window she reappeared back my order and I said correct paid for it and it was correct on my receipt. Then when I got to the second window my order was already ready. As I pulled away to leave something told me to check the burger.... Well it had the onions on it. And at this point I was a bit annoyed so I reversed because there was nobody else in the drive thru. I told her that my burger wasn't supposed to have onions and it has the onions. I have it back to her. It even had the label on the burger.... she asked me to pull around. Stupid. If you ask me. We waited 5 minutes for a remake and guess what it was still WRONG!!!! This time it was plain!!! I checked it to see. I had to walk in this time and explain this is the third time that y'all are having to make my burger! How hard is it for y'all not to just put no onions on a McDouble?!?!? Then they were not understanding what I did or didn't want on it. It took like 3 minutes of going back and forth I told them I want the pickles no onions! I had to explain how the first 2 times you got my order wrong! They didn't even apologize or even offer anything because of their mistakes on a single one order menu item.
