This location seems to ignore people who order inside the restaurant. Then when they finally get to taking your order, they act like you're bugging them at work. They let the food get cold before calling your order number, and usually forget some items. So then you have to wait a long time for them to notice you and make the connection. The drive through is just as bad if not worse. They take so long that I've seen people just give up on ordering and drive out of the line. read more

First off I waited 20 minutes just for 2 Mcchickens and a Cheeseburger, which is the longest I've waited at any McDonalds for those items. I ordered a coke, apple pie, and McGriddle with no meat. The worker even clarifies and asks me "so you want a Sausage McGriddle with no sausage?" I say yes. I pay the sausage McGriddle price, and when I open my sandwich there is literally just the McGriddle buns! No egg and cheese, just two warm pieces of bun wrapped up. Seriously? How do you miss that? An empty sandwich? I understand the drive through line is busy but I would have waited longer for them to put my sandwich together properly. Also the apple pie was undercooked and soggy! Thanks McDonald's! The workers often forget to wear masks when delivering food to your car, and the long wait times are not worth it when you aren't even getting your whole meal. I come to this McDonald's for the cokes. sometimes it's deliciously crisp and fizzy, other times it's a monstrosity. No ice cream, probably will never have ice cream again. Worst experience at this place was the night we went inside because the line was long and there was a school bus full of kids + parents packed into the lobby. We have our name to the cashier and ordered 13 cookies, one cinnamon roll and two drinks. We wait patiently for our order, and when it's ready, the server yells out "THIRTEERN COOKIES!!!!" ...... "THIRTEEN COOKIES AND A CINNAMON ROLL!!!!?" We walk up to the counter in shame, grabbing our items and making our espace while the mass of people watched us leave, probably talking about our ridiculous purchase. No discretion to respect, it's like they intended to humiliate us. They could have said the name we gave. They could have just said cookies or cinnamon roll. They said thirteen cookies AND the cinnamon roll. Embarrassing. Shameful. I feel they gained pleasure from the experience. read more

I forgot that EVERY TIME I stop here in the morning they are exceptionally slow. Today was especially bad. I was in line for a good 10 minutes after ordering, which is absolutely ridiculous. Horrible service. We went through and had a coupon for buy one get one free McMuffins. We told them at the speaker we had one and they quickly and rudely cut us off to say we had to just give it to them at the window. Then when we went to the window and handed it to him and said "I have the coupon". He proceeded to crumple it up and not use it. Then when we brought it up and wanted it at the price of the coupon they became aggressive and dismissive, and promod an item on a second order in the car and said that was the best they could do. The drive through line takes forever no matter what time of day it is. For breakfast it's either the bread is burnt or my custom order isn't fulfilled and I imagine that when it is custom that it's fresher but no sometimes my bagel feels like it's been sitting out and is cold by the time I get to my destination. The drive thru line is generally slow. It's a McDonald's and I understand that happens. However, today, when I went through I wasn't welcomed at all. When I ordered a coffee the woman said, "cream and sugar?" I replied, "both, please" (apparently I didn't understand). The woman abruptly asked, "how many?! I can't read minds..." As for the rest of the crew, they were great (kind and happy). But putting somebody who has trouble with their attitude in the drive thru is a mistake. I got a cup of water, but it turns out the soda fountains don't have water so I had to ask again for a cup of water, and they took 5 minutes to get me a cup from the drive thru window. Shamrock shakes are only available for 4-5 weeks out of the year. Somehow this McDonalds manages to run out of shamrock shake mix every day or the machine is broken. I mean seriously how hard is it to have shamrock shake mix for one month 1 out of 12. Not only was the shamrock shake mix gone but so was the strawberry shake mix, this means you only had 2 of the 4 different shake mixes for me to choose from. I ordered a mcdouble and fries. The total cost was almost double what I normally pay. I ask why and they then tell me that they don't have the mcdouble anymore but didn't tell me when I ordered. Finally I get to the pickup window. The person handed me my bag which clearly didn't have fries in it. I asked him for the fries, and he gave them to me in the tiny bag my sandwich came in.
