One of the better McDonald's I've been to food is always fresh when I eat here and Sarah is a great employee that is very helpful!

The most unorganized McDonald's I have ever been to the kiosk were not working. The store was pretty packed and I swear there was only maybe three people working service was good. The young lady was very friendly but it took us a good 20 to 25 minutes to receive our food and there was a lot of people that were actually waiting longer than us drive-through was packed so we decided to go inside thinking it would be faster. It was not the food came out and it was not the best. I ordered a big Mac and it barely had anything in it. The fries were undercooked and not great. It just is an awful store management needs to do something to either hire more people or get the kiosk working because it's unacceptable. There was one gentleman running around like a chicken without his head trying to deliver people's food. I understand people's frustration. It's supposed to be a fast food place in and out, and it took a very long time for subpar food. read more

I've never had a big issue here.. most workers are kids working part-time making some extra cash! Mistakes are bound to happen!!! With that being said.... The amount of entitled out-of-shape Karens is mind boggling!!!! As I was waiting for my order, this big Karen walks in and orders 4- sausage biscuits, since the deal on them is 2 for $4 .... Unfortunately for her, Mcdonald's ran out of biscuits for breakfast. The kid at the counter tried her best to make her happy, the Karen shout at her. "what else can you get me then"??. The kid told her they have McGriddles with sausage, egg & cheese.. Karen response" that's fine, I'll take 4 of those" When the kid told Karen total was $25, she blew a gasket!!! She wanted 4 McGriddle for $8 bucks!!!!, when each McGriddle is $6 each. She got furious and yelled at the kid "give me your manager's number" !!! The kid told her there was no Direct Line for the manager, but she could call the store and ask for the manager on duty. She also said "if you would like to speak to a manager now, I can go get her for you"" Karen yells "I don't want to speak to her, I wanna to call and leave a bad review"!! as she stormed out!!! Pulling into the drive thru, the lady taking the order was really rude and dismissive of our needs. She needs to be way more considerate of her customer service. The menu to order was seriously damaged either by an accident, a bad run-in with a customer, or through sun damage. We ordered two Big Breakfasts with Hot Cakes. The wait was pretty long for a breakfast order. We went inside only to find out they were only waiting on the hash browns. They offered no compensation for their otherwise lackluster performance. Management seems to be pretty undisciplined and chaotic at this McDonalds. Food was thankfully satisfactory (no strawberry sauce unfortunately) although service needs massive improvements. If i could rate this less than a one star i would. This is by far the worst McDonalds ever. The wait time is terrible and there front counter employees need alot more training. The store is filthy and the food is sloppy in how they present. If your looking for mcdonalds dont go there. Drive thru is also bad. They ignore there customers and make people feel like they are bugging. Overall, this McDonald's they're highly unorganized lousy service drive-through helpers are disrespectful. When I just wanted to order a regular coffee, I had to repeat my order four times to this girl through the speaker on the drive-through. And then when I approached her on it, how exhausting that is she started math enough so I drove off too when I pulled up to get my coffee they already put creamer in my coffee and I didn't ask for that highly unorganized. I was complaining to her about tired, repeating my order four times in the manager was standing right there and she just looked at me with her mouth hung open. I ordered a #2 breakfast with a pineapple mango smoothie. I was told it would cost me $11.84 and I should pull up to the window. At the first window, I paid $11.84 with my credit card and pulled up to the next window. The young lady at the final window told me their smoothie machine is down and asked what I wanted to replace it with. I said to cancel my original order and change it to the 2 sausage McMuffin special instead. She left me, returned with the bag having 2 sandwiches. I asked how to change my $11.84 charge to the $6 cost for the 2-sandwich deal. She said it could not me changed and to have a nice day. Really, no one said the machine was down while ordering or paying. Why do I have to pay double due to your issues? This is literally theft/robbery and I won't be back! When I contacted guest service all I was offered was the item I previously paid for and I had to drive back way out of my way to get it . Worse place to bring your kids very unsanitary restrooms were really dirty , tables are dirty not whipped at all kiosk was the only thing working . Took them literally over 30 min to bring our order . Overall this place is really bad the health department should look into this place and managers should be more concerned about job. You literally can't go wrong with McDonald's. The line is always long but there food is always hot. It's convenient when I need to grab for for all the kids on a late night or just for lunch. This McDonald's used to have really impressive speed of service. I have noticed that lately (the last several months or so) it has become laughably slow, even at 5:30 in the morning, and the workers display no sense of urgency whatsoever. Why am I being parked at 5:30? There is no excuse.
