This restaurant is plagued by flies! I've been here multiple times in my travels, and while there are always a few flies buzzing around, this time there were literally hundreds! Especially in the windows. So disgusting. I would avoid eating here if I were you. Drive-thru customers probably totally unaware of the issue. read more

Yet another bad experience in what may be the contest winner for the worst McDonalds outside a third world country. They finally started selling Grand Big Macs. Being the glutton for punishment I am, I ordered one at lunch time a few days ago. It was actually good. Then, earlier this week, I was in a big hurry and got one for dinner. Really bad. I had to wait at the third window. I thought "OK, they are making it now and it will be hot and fresh!" But no, the bottom bun was stale while the others were not and the whole sandwich was barely warm. I think I got a frankenstein-Mac - a sandwich reassembled from one or more other failed attempts. I want to start with that they do have the best play ground. BUT its infested with flys. Secondly, my friend and I have tried to use the mobile ap several times and although the store is very much open the ap says its closed and you can not make a mobile order. When my friend asked about it a few weeks ago they were told they would have to make a call because it wasn't done in house then when I asked about it this week I was "we aint do nothing here with that." Great Service super nice location and the fries are the best Food is always good and accurate( I always order things customized- lite sauce, chocolate in my iced coffee ) my friends and I agreed we drive out of the way to go to this location ....... We live very close to this McDonald's on MarHill Rd. I must say they consistently disappoint. It's 7pm and no salads. Got a grilled chicken sandwich and it was like leather I could not even bite thru it. Seems they do not care. read more

I have been to this McDonald's a few times. They never get my order right. As soon as I receive my order I open the bag and compare it with my receipt. I show them that my order is incorrect. They reply to me that they are just having a bad day. I have given up on them after today. I made my order very small and easy. A sausage egg McMuffin and a order of hash browns. I got the hash browns ok but received a Egg and bacon something or other. Didn't even bother to tell them. It would just be a waste of time. I have switched to the McDonald's on Dallas Highway. Forget it, same thing! Must be something in the air, that causes attention deficit syndrome. When are they going to get robot kiosks to place your order? Until then I am not going to McDonald's again. PS the other day I thought there was going to be a riot there. People were so upset! Waiting 30 to 40 minutes for their orders. The drive through had 25 cars in line. The inside had 30 people waiting for their orders. Every one was upset. It doesn't bother me though I just stop going to any restaurant that has poor service and seems to be in chaos. This is a management problem. They need to train their employees how to function in a business situation and deal with problems. Maybe they need to start a McDonald's University? Avoid at all cost!!! This location has been horrible as long as I've lived here (5 years). The orders are usually messed up and the fries cold. You will never visit a slower McDonald's than this one. The drive-thru is extremely slow. It is by far the worst. I only go on Sundays occasionally because Chick fila is closed. No one cares , no organization. I would never let my kids work here, what work ethic would they learn. Hasn't changed in 5 years. The screw ups I could tell you are never ending. The workers in this mcdonalds are rude, dramatic, and loud. If you're thinking about eating inside this restaurant I wouldn't recommend it. Whilst sitting down you can hear all of their drama about fellow employees. Very unprofessional and annoying. read more

This place has nothing but flies. There are flies everywhere. All in the kitchen area and definately in the dining area. The staff was very friendly and so was management when we walked in, but I just couldn't eat here. The drink fountain area was also discusting with an abundance of flies, straw wrappers, spilled drinks and knats. Come on management...Really!! read more

Slowest McDonalds EVER. Only car in drive thru, 5:15 pm. Ordered my son a happy meal. Took over 10 minutes to get out of there. Awful!

20 minutes to get a Happy Meal for a 4 year old. Had to ask to get it after 29 minutes. Not Happy. Awful service today 2/5/17. Wrong orders everywhere. Counter people are clueless. Definitely the worst McDonald's in my area. Every time I go there, there is always a HUGE line and the food is always sub par, today I got there at 10:30 and they were "closed" although the website says 12... The single worse McDonalds I have ever been in! Rude Staff! I bought breakfast there this morning. I ordered the 2 for $3 bacon egg cheese biscuits, and a large Glass of unsweetened Tea. When I got to work I had been charged for 2 Biscuits and only had 1 (One) in the sack, So I had NO Breakfast just Tea. I drank a big drink of Tea only to find out it tasted like Mop Water Smells!!! The Health Department needs to inspect this place and do it often. After lunch I became sick and could not stay out of the restroom and had to leave work early loosing part of my pay because I had to clock out early!!! I went by the restaurant on my way home and they ignored me, I finally got someone to the counter and ask for a Manager. I told the Manager what had happened and how i was shorted on my food order and served Tea that was unfit for human consumption, even giving her the bag and single box i was given this morning, she demanded the receipt so I went to my vehicle to get the receipt when I returned the manager and entire staff ignored Me I finally called out to the Manager who sauntered over slowly I showed her the receipt her response was I won't give you the money back unless you give me the food, I told her I did not have the food and was never given half of it to start with which was ha;f the reason that I was there! She basically ignored me again, so I demanded the manager and district managers number and names which I will call, along with the health department!!!!!!! read more

Just pulled in at 10:50 pm. I realize this McDonalds closes at 11:00 pm but expect to be served until closing time. Three cars in line and none of us were served. Pulled up to the window only to have an employee mouth to me that they were closed. Very disappointing. I see others have posted the same issue on Google. Forget this McDonalds if you want to eat OR have a milkshake! They claim their ice cream machine is "broken." Hmmm, it's been broken every time I go there. I've been told by other fast food places that sometimes employees don't want to clean the ice cream machine and it's easier to say it's broken. Since the drive thru line was NOT moving I went inside. I come here often because it's convenient, but the past few times they have given me stale fries that you know have been sitting for an long while. And today I tried one last time and got two egg mcmuffins and they made me wait 15 mins no apologies and no explanation. I bet this store wastes tea by the gallons. We very much enjoy unsweet iced tea from McDonalds. This particular store gets our "UN"sweet tea order wrong about 50% of the time. Seriously, not an exaggeration. In fact, my wife will not leave the drive thru line until she has tasted the tea because of how often they give us sweet tea rather than unsweet. Today, I stopped there and thought I'd surprise my wife by bringing her an unsweet tea. I ordered it at drive thru...and it showed up on the screen correctly as "UN"sweet tea. When the server handed me the tea I specifically asked "This is the unsweet tea, right?" They responded that is was definitely unsweet. I drove home and gave it to my wife who tasted it and said.."Sweet". Why do they mess this up so often? How hard is it to get the correct tea? Their management should be ashamed and the owner should be kicking ass as they waste huge amounts of tea due to incorrect order filling. read more

I just went through the breakfast drive through. Boiling hot coffee was spilled all over my hand and wrist. It is VERY painful. The girl attendant said I"grabbed the cup wrong" I have been eating Mcdonalds for a long time and this has never happened before! How rude. ouch!
