Terrible service and terrible food. The morning crew are the only ones that get it right.

The manager was constantly yelling at the employees "this is the last time I tell you" and making the entire restaurant uncomfortable. Terrible manager I felt sorry for the employees. Owners please step in. Would not return although it is a newer and clean restaurant. read more

Had good experiences with this place consistently. It's a McDonald's, so don't expect perfectly clean restrooms or every order to be right every time. But it's in an affluent neighborhood, so the quality is pretty high. The workers are especially friendly and kind. The kids' area is rather large and even includes two iPad-like play station areas. They've consistently gotten my order right, been friendly with my family and me, kept the place pretty clean and expedient. Thumbs up. read more

Fast food should be consistent, fast, and accurate. I can say it was fast. Poor quality and poor accuracy. Not even an apology from management. read more

I don't usually order nuggets but I definitely never will again from this McDonalds. Past few times they've been old left on the warmer.

I swear this McDonalds always doesn't have things in the past we wanted ice cream you can guess the issue with that there have been other issues that I can't exactly remember every one of but today pushed me over the edge right now the grinch meal is out and I understand that everybody wants one but we came and they said we are out like did you guys not get enough I know it's a hot item but come on yall are clearly making bank from this get more everybody everywhere has been begging for adult happy meals and I should've know they would not have enough because this McDonald's is straight trash read more

Not sure why this location always seems to take a while to get through the drive through. I haven't had any issues with my orders though.

Stephanie helped out a bunch ! Better ran for sure now . This location used to be hit or miss but no issues for me

Received this from McDonalds on Friday night, 02-21-25 from the one on Mars Hill Rd via Door Dash. Door Dash offered 15.00 credit, sorry, this is unacceptable for anyone especially my wife! Had she not seen this, it could have been worse! If this is your future practice, I will never be back! read more

Went through the drive thru today and ordered a McFlurry. Logan gave us the best customer service!

Went through their double drive thru lane only to have two cars who came AFTER us be helped before us. Didn't even get a greeting or be with you shortly. Rude. Took my business elsewhere read more

The service from the girl who took my order was great. The food was fresh and accurate. The only problem I have is that even from where I was sitting in the PlayPlace area on the other side of the restaurant, we could hear what I assume is a manager or supervisor yelling from the kitchen. It's very inappropriate, disrespectful, and distracting when trying to eat lunch. She's the only one yelling as there were no other voices that loud. If she is a part do management, she is creating a hostile environment for young workers. Terrible depiction of what a leader should be. read more

Got two Big Mac meals tonight. 8/22/2023 Don't know how McDonald's stays in business for so many years. The hamburger didn't come close to the size of the bun. Covered about 2/3 of the bun if we where lucky. The drinks are terrible. It's like they pour them ahead of time and they sit there with the ice melting. I'm done with Macdonald's . Chick-fil-A was too busy that's the only reason we went there. read more

Their service is terrible. I went through the drive through and ordered a large sprite and a sundae and the drive through attendant was so rude and was easdropping on my conversation. (She responded to us when she knew that we weren't talking to her so I knew she was listening). Her tone was also very low and boring and not uplifting or kind at all. read more

Ordered the classic Big Mac pack. I opened the bag with the two Big Macs boxes in it and both boxes were completely clean and empty (it was clear no food had ever been in them). This was not an accident. Someone clearly thought it was funny. I immediately tried to call the number listed for this location and nobody ever answers. Poor customer service! It doesn't matter how much renovating they do if they are going to continue to provide the same awful service and order fulfillment! read more

This McDonalds is absolutely corrupt with worthless staff. The dine in SPECIFICALLY said that it was closed at 10pm and i tried to enter at 9:45 and they denied me to enter. And their icecream machine is broken EVERY TIME. This place SUCKS! read more

This place is just horrible. Time after time I try to give them a second chance. Not now - enough! After placing my order on the new McDonald's app (pretty nice) I sat for 15mins in a curbside spot for an order that I had to eventually go inside and get myself. The manager could clearly see I was not happy and instead owning up to the screwup, simply confirmed my order and put the blame on the fries was coming. I call BS! Car after car came an went while I sat. The only other vehicle waiting in line, pulled up behind me. He got a bag full of fries before I got my order which is now cold and melted. If it's not the ice cream/frappe machine being out of order it's the horrible service. Do yourself a favor and find another location that cares about their customers. If I could give zero stars I would. read more

Awful awful awful experience. They are always out of something. Tonight it was lettuce and lemon aid. I can't remember an order they got right. The staff is rude and nothing like chick filet. This place is awful. Very poorly managed and awful. This is my last time ever going. I would wait or drive twice as far or twice as long for another establishment. read more

Ordered a Big Mac and small fry at around 4 pm yesterday in the drive thru. Received fresh fries, but the Big Mac was cold, the bun was hard, and the meat was dried out. Like it had been sitting under not so sanitary conditions if it came out that dry. My stomach was very upset last night. Make sure you check your food before leaving their property. read more

Recent management change has transformed this McDonald's location. Hopefully corporate is giving the recognition that is deserved. I've been frequently visiting for breakfast. I don't know if it's a hack or not but I use the McDonald's app on my phone and figure out my order while I'm at home. Then go to the restaurant and park. Before I go into the restaurant, I complete my order thru the app and select whether I'm picking up to go or eat in. I then walk in and double check that my order number is displayed on the screen. Typically I don't wait any longer than 5 minutes or so, even when the drive-thru is busy. I like this method so I can double check my order before either sitting down to eat or take it home. Order accuracy has improved as well. read more

We had a great experience at this McDonalds location this morning. We went inside for a late breakfast. Nice, friendly employees...food was made fresh and was tasty. We also met and chatted with some locals who told us they meet there often. ( We are from Virginia, visiting family here in Acworth). Such a refreshing experience! read more

This is the fastest McDonald's drive through I have seen in ages, especially during rush hour. Great job!

Yesterday I waited for 20 minutes to get a a drink!!!! What is the issue with this McDonald's? Don't leave us hanging! Makes all of us wonder if food safety is a concern if you don't have time to even take the money and end up with the wrong order! read more

It was out of necessity that I visited this location this morning to get 20 sausage biscuits. apparently the people who work there don't like their job and they really don't know anything about customer service. When I asked for 20 sausage biscuits the counter person started yelling for the manager and kept yelling until the manager responded. when told that a customer wanted 20 sausage biscuits the manager became upset and yelled "they will have to wait!!" Now I know why there is a line of cars at the Chick fil A across the street, I will be in that line from now on. read more

I thought maybe the new ownership would improve the service. WRONG. Only unhappy, grumpy, slow people behind the counter. Sure could use some assistance from chic fil a on how to hire and run a restaurant people want to go to. read more

This McDonald's is actually outstanding. I come here everyday, they are nice and efficient. Eat there and find out!

I tried this McDonald's again after not going there for a couple of years and it is right in my neighborhood. This is the worst McDonald's I have been into in the entire metropolitan area? It was a Sunday morning and I just wanted a coffee and the two for five dollar fish sandwiches which McDonald's are been doing a big dealAdvertising this week As the drive-in window was busy I decided to go in and eat and I ordered, the service person didn't know anything about the special, And really didn't listen to me at all is everything I told her she asked me again a second time I finally ordered one fish sandwich and some chicken nuggets and when I waited 20 minutes to get it they serve me a big Mac read more

Stephanie(the big one with the large gap) is the worst manager ever , this restaurant sucks. I had to pull up to the 2nd window because no one answered the speaker AS USUAL at 11:42pm . When someone finally gets to the window the tell me they are closed , mind You they close at 12 am . The employee was very nice and got the manager for an explanation. Her only explanation was "WE ARE CLOSED " and tried to slam the raggedy window .No apologies for the inconvenience or anything and that is NOT the first issue I have had with this manager and the quality of service and foods . Please get it together . People spend their money and expect quality service in return. read more

Omg where do I begin. The staff and service is soooo terrible. As I'm writing this review I've been in the drive through line for about 15 minutes and I'm the fifth car in line. This restaurant is equipped with a bunch of young kids that can't even take orders correctly or quickly. Last time I was here they told me to pull up my car and wait for my food.... 20 minutes later I called the restaurant and the manager apologized because they forgot about my order!!! Wtf!!!! read more

This McDonald's location always leaves me angry. Either they take forever or they get the order wrong or they leave things out. I recently ordered two if the McRibs and they must have been out of the McRib buns. When I got home, the McRibs were in regular hamburger buns. What a mess! I hate to drive past this location near my house and drive a few miles further if we're in the mood for McDonalds, but that's what I plan to do until this location can get their act together. I must admit though, they have a couple of drive thru people I love. Alante' (?) is great. read more

Terrible experience. 30 minutes in drive thru to get home and realize half my order isn't there.

I usually don't post reviews like this, but today was the worst experience at a McDonald's ever. I have to say that most of the ones that are run by the CJ Enterprises do not have it together. We have had similar experiences at the ones on Cedarcrest and Dallas Acworth Highway. While visiting today at Brookstone, my two-year-old son and I had to wait 15 minutes for a happy meal andan order of chicken nuggets inside the restaurant. Every single person who came in had their order wrong, and several people had to get out of their cars and come in because of something that was incorrect about their order. The woman who appeared to be the manager was screaming at everyone and had her two young children they are while she was working. They were running back-and-forth from the play place and screaming at at her while she was working. One of them even put her feet up on the serving area. It was not cleaned afterwards. You guys have got to get this together. Something is seriously wrong for this many McDonald's that you own to be so messed up. I don't know if it is a lack of good quality people to work, or if you guys just have no idea how to train and manage people. read more

Twice in a week we went, same story. Filthy eating area, service minimal, trashy drink service area, no evidence of active management.
