Had good experiences with this place consistently. It's a McDonald's, so don't expect perfectly clean restrooms or every order to be right every time. But it's in an affluent neighborhood, so the quality is pretty high. The workers are especially friendly and kind. The kids' area is rather large and even includes two iPad-like play station areas. They've consistently gotten my order right, been friendly with my family and me, kept the place pretty clean and expedient. Thumbs up. read more

The service from the girl who took my order was great. The food was fresh and accurate. The only problem I have is that even from where I was sitting in the PlayPlace area on the other side of the restaurant, we could hear what I assume is a manager or supervisor yelling from the kitchen. It's very inappropriate, disrespectful, and distracting when trying to eat lunch. She's the only one yelling as there were no other voices that loud. Got two Big Mac meals tonight. 8/22/2023 Don't know how McDonald's stays in business for so many years. The hamburger didn't come close to the size of the bun. This place is just horrible. Time after time I try to give them a second chance. Not now - enough! After placing my order on the new McDonald's app (pretty nice) I sat for 15mins in a curbside spot for an order that I had to eventually go inside and get myself. The manager could clearly see I was not happy and instead owning up to the screwup, simply confirmed my order and put the blame on the fries was coming. I call BS! Ordered a Big Mac and small fry at around 4 pm yesterday in the drive thru. Received fresh fries, but the Big Mac was cold, the bun was hard, and the meat was dried out. Recent management change has transformed this McDonald's location. Hopefully corporate is giving the recognition that is deserved. I've been frequently visiting for breakfast. I don't know if it's a hack or not but I use the McDonald's app on my phone and figure out my order while I'm at home. Then go to the restaurant and park. Before I go into the restaurant, I complete my order thru the app and select whether I'm picking up to go or eat in. I then walk in and double check that my order number is displayed on the screen. Typically I don't wait any longer than 5 minutes or so, even when the drive-thru is busy. I like this method so I can double check my order before either sitting down to eat or take it home. Order accuracy has improved as well. read more

We had a great experience at this McDonalds location this morning. We went inside for a late breakfast. Nice, friendly employees...food was made fresh and was tasty. It was out of necessity that I visited this location this morning to get 20 sausage biscuits. apparently the people who work there don't like their job and they really don't know anything about customer service. When I asked for 20 sausage biscuits the counter person started yelling for the manager and kept yelling until the manager responded. when told that a customer wanted 20 sausage biscuits the manager became upset and yelled "they will have to wait!!" This McDonald's location always leaves me angry. Either they take forever or they get the order wrong or they leave things out. I recently ordered two if the McRibs and they must have been out of the McRib buns. When I got home, the McRibs were in regular hamburger buns. What a mess! I usually don't post reviews like this, but today was the worst experience at a McDonald's ever. I have to say that most of the ones that are run by the CJ Enterprises do not have it together. We have had similar experiences at the ones on Cedarcrest and Dallas Acworth Highway. While visiting today at Brookstone, my two-year-old son and I had to wait 15 minutes for a happy meal andan order of chicken nuggets inside the restaurant. Every single person who came in had their order wrong, and several people had to get out of their cars and come in because of something that was incorrect about their order. The woman who appeared to be the manager was screaming at everyone and had her two young children they are while she was working. They were running back-and-forth from the play place and screaming at at her while she was working. One of them even put her feet up on the serving area. It was not cleaned afterwards. You guys have got to get this together. Something is seriously wrong for this many McDonald's that you own to be so messed up. I don't know if it is a lack of good quality people to work, or if you guys just have no idea how to train and manage people. read more

What else can I say that hasn't already been said. There isn't much around here in the form of late night treats. And McDonald's Mcflurries or shakes are perfect for late night cravings. But this McDonalds consistently has a "down" machine. I would say a customer would have a 20% chance of actually getting ice cream if you go in after 8pm, especially if you are drive through. I say call them on out on their bluff go inside and make them show you the machine doesn't work. Usually I leave upset and just pick up ice cream at the store or something but I was upset enough this time because now the store even says "Ice Cream is Back" on the McDonalds sign outside,yet they still have me that "machine down" excuse. So we came in here to eat and order pancakes and we were eating inside the restaurant and they were literally served to us frozen solid frozen so we go back up and tell them and they said will bring them out to you so we're waiting and waiting and they come out to us and the outside perimeter are hot but they're inside sinner are frozen so we go back up again third time now they're like burnt and they stink and there wasn't that many people in the actual restaurant there was no customers the employees were down to like nothing it was in the middle of the afternoon and I was devastated That they would serve something like this to a child and then they didn't offer to reimburse us they didn't offer anything they didn't even apologize which was just dumbfounding to say the least read more
