*No Free Refills* Just ate inside and went to the counter for a drink refill, only to be told this location doesn't offer refills because of their automated system they'd have to issue a new cup and drink. I was told the Woodland location does refills, but this one "just doesn't." I pointed out that other locations with the same setup still manage to offer refills, including ones in Vancouver. The employee apologized, but said it's simply this location's policy. Honestly, pretty disappointing. This is a nice, newer restaurant, but not offering something as basic as a refill feels cheap. Woodland and Ridgefield are about the same distance for me, so I'll be choosing Woodland from now on. If you're traveling on I-5, Woodland is only about 10 minutes away and Vancouver has plenty of options too. Might be worth skipping this stop. Unless you want In-N-Out! read more

Stopped in here after seeing the enormous line for the also-new In N Out close by. Was greeted by a nice friendly man and ordered on the kiosk. He told us this location has been opened for only 2 weeks. Had the McRib meal. Another in my party had the Hot & Spicy McChicken and a Ranch Snack Wrap. Food was cooked to order (I think) as the food was hot and tasted fresh. Everything is new and clean here. Good food for the convenience and price. Give it a try read more

First time trying this location as it was late and the In N Out next door had already closed. Ordered a double cheeseburger, fries, and a drink. Fries and drink were fine, but the cheeseburger had cold patties and unmelted cheese that appeared to have been sitting out drying for hours. Just Awful, couldn't eat it. I thought Taco Bell and Chipotle were bad but this McDonald's has taken the lead. I've never been in a drive-through that is slower than this. I pre-ordered the food on the app and I still sit in the drive-through for nearly 15 minutes. Just talking to the staff I realize that nothing they do is with any sense of urgency or speed. Don't usually leave reviews but this location has been a problem. Generally it's always super slow and they employees can be rude, lots of young teenagers working. But the biggest issue was my order today. I ordered a Big Mac through door dash with NO LETTUCE which right now is precautionary due to the Cyclospora outbreak. Now is a particularly good time to follow customizations like this. Instead they leave off cheese? Makes no sense. I know it can be hard making a lot of orders and different customers asking for different customizations. But management should really make sure during an outbreak that employees are on top of it. read more

I joined Yelp just so I could leave this review. Never once has my order been correct. I've left multiple reviews, but tonight was the worst. I was waiting for the remainder of my order which the gal confirmed I still needed, and then left, and clocked out?? The next person who came to the window had no idea my order so I had to show her my receipt. I sat there, btw, for about seven minutes before she came. Mind you this is a Saturday night with a line of people behind me. They got me my drink. It was wrong. Btw, this is definitely a management issue. This place is an absolute joke. They have made my food wrong every single time. Today they made it wrong, I drove home and saw it, called and went back in for it to be replaced. Got home. It was wrong again. Manager on the phone said I gave the order wrong (which I didnt) and it was my fault. And told me I was wrong and there was no mustard on it. Sat in the drive through for over 25 minutes waiting for 3 breakfast sandwiches and 2 hash browns! No explanation, just ignored me and everyone else waiting. I finally pulled around and went inside where a manager explained they were waiting on eggs?? It's McDonald's at breakfast time!! And why didn't anyone alert the customers waiting?
