It was alright. Pros: -The Taco Bell looked very clean. -You don't actually have to talk to a human if you don't want to. Cons: -it would be nice if you could actually order from a human if you don't want to use the machines... -parking lot is very tight. -the people working there don't even look at you when you walk in... and because of this... we watched someone walk in with a cup from a different restaurant, get soda, and leave. They are frequently closing early like they did this evening. The doors were locked and the system still was accepting orders. The girl at the door said to cancel it in the app because they were closing for the night at 8pm. The only problem, the store had completed my order saying that it was received, which made it not possible to cancel. Do we lost out on our order that we paid for. The store also has professionalism issues amongst their staff. We witness employees yelling and cursing at each other.
