The service at this location is ALWAYS below par. The staff are not professional and sometimes rude. The order is sometimes correct but usually not. The last visit there, I was told that I could not receive any sauce for my order until I went around the drive thru again. My cherry Pepsi was clear and had no taste. It was easy to see that the light was on the machine for 3 different drinks including the cherry Pepsi. Also received 50 napkins in my bag. I had the window slammed on me when I questioned why I had to go around the drive thru to order sauce! Terrible terrible environment with a clear lack of leadership. read more

Taco Bell - No lack of napkins but they won't give you sauce! - Tacos Near Me - Ridgefield, Washington

This is the third time I've gotten food from this location and it's missing essential ingredients. Today I ordered a Crunchwrap and it was literally just a tortilla filled with lettuce and tomatoes, completely missing the beef and taco shells etc. In the past I've ordered a beefy five layer burrito and instead received a very poorly made rice and bean burrito that fell apart as soon as I opened it. Not to mention the cost difference between these two is quite significant. I've wasted so much money on basically inedible food from this location. read more

Worst service I've ever dealt with! I never leave bad reviews but WOW, TERRIBLE. Literally no one in the drive thru or inside. I ordered on the computer and waited 20 mins to receive my order of 4 tacos. I went to the counter just to make sure they got my order and not a single worker would help me. Looked at me several times and just stood around counting sauce packets. I will never come to this Taco Bell again. I wish I had the option to leave no stars read more

This store was nothing but horrible, ive been to taco bell and this is this was by far my worst experience ! Manager looked like a kid and was not fitted to run this establishment, seriously dont come here read more

THE WORST TACO BELL IN EXISTENCE! The drive thought line is awfully slow and 99% of the time your order is wrong. Staff is short and un-inviting. read more

We ordered over a hundred dollars worth of food for our family, and not one item was missing or incorrect. Melissa, Riley, Leah, and EVERYONE else did an amazing job keeping track of everything in our order while also taking other orders at the same time. They were all great sports about the whole thing! read more

Always check your food here. It's always wrong. I despise sour cream, and two times in a row for some reason a basic bean burrito has sour cream added to it. Mistakes happen but it seems to be more of a trend at this location. read more

Our last visit here (and I do mean our"last") was at 2:50 pm on 5/24/2022. We chose to eat in the lobby. Granted that the employees were pleasant, and the food was good & served quickly, but the lobby was a hot mess. The only two napkins in sight were on the floor along with a half dozen drink lids, taco sauce packets, and a generous scattering of cheese and tomato bits. It looked as if the drink fountain had a splash or so of every drink poured that day, all tables and booths except one were badly in need of cleaning, and that single "sort of clean" table had three chairs out of four that had to be brushed off before use. We realize that staff shortages, or staff AWOLs, were most likely the reason for this disarray, but it'll be a cold day in Ridgefield before we stop by again to see if this Taco Bell location is actually prepared to open for business. read more

Absolutely the worst Taco Bell ever! Never have they ever got our order correct. The staff is rude and not apologetic... it's really embarrassing just how bad this location is... read more

They always close early and are out of items all the time. poor customer service. Avoid this Taco Bell!!!

THE WORST TACO BELL. Always, always out of something. In line now , and this time it's eggs. So can't get breakfast.

This is the worst run Taco Bell I've ever seen. Service is none existent. My first and now my last visit were both a disaster. My first time visit saw the shift manager not staff anyone to fill the mobile and walk in orders. It took about an hour to get my food after multiple inquiries as to what the barrier was. The service did improve over the next year at this location and I got over that first impression until yesterday. Yesterday I placed a mobile order and waited for over an hour. Eventually the shift manager told me that they didnt have my order, that they wouldn't refund my order, and that I was on my own to get my refund for corporate. What? I even showed them the email confirming my order at this location. It didn't matter. I have now reach out to Taco Bell several times through the app and have heard nothing. Great business model. If anyone at Taco Bell wants to read this my order number is 967815. Im still waiting on either my food ir a refund. read more

Spent an hour in this drive through. The kids at the window acted like this was completely normal. This taco bell location never fails to disappoint. They need to hire some actual responsible and hardworking employees. read more

This is not fast food and your order is likely to be wrong or cold. Call management you may get $5 coupon for a cold messed up $30 order. Ohhh and may not want to park as the drive though will block you in. read more

I have never experienced a more incompetently run Taco Bell in my life. I have literally sat in this drive thru for 40 MINUTES!!! No that's not a typo. Another time they left out 6 burritos. 6!!! This manager should actually be ashamed. I would give zero stars and I never leave bad reviews. Ridiculous. The only reason they're in business is because they're one of the only fast food options in Ridgefield. read more

Well...this location is a fairly new establishment. It got 2 good reviews, but with the 2 negative reviews, I had to try to help these guys. My family gets food here on average 3x/month. We've received decent customer service n food. I can't remember them getting our orders wrong. Before dining area closed due to covid, they kept it pretty clean. Ppl just need to remember it's TACO BELL, not taco time, nor red Robin's ayce fries. It's all good if u consider the cost of it all. It's also usually new to workforce, young staff. Give them a break. Cut them some slack. Rather than griping n trolling, maybe communicate in a positive, helpful manner? We all need constructive criticism at some point. HELP them to IMPROVE. All in all, I'm very thankful for this business close to home where I can grab n go when in a hurry. read more

Horrible experience! Drive thru gave me someone else's order, went inside and got instant attitude from an entitled teenage female worker. They remade the order and I asked them to verify with me the order was complete and correct. She flips out how dare I question her abilities "that's your order, now leave". Not willing to accept her word for it, I asked another worker to check it. He checks it and found an error and tries to fix it, meanwhile the female has gone to the parking lot and is telling my daughter to come get "her dad" cause they are about to call the cops. By the time they come inside the order appears to be fixed and we leave ... Get home and find they forgot 2 items and substituted another item. 2 three taco combos a couple drinks and a value item for $31!? Outrageous and to be threatened to have the police come out... "I've been 86'd"? Traumatize my teenage daughter and younger son by demanding she comes get me? This is the new generation of entitled brats that lack respect, empathy and an attitude of service. read more

The staff were rude and bot willing to help order. Will never return to Amy taco bell again.

I came here at 940 to order food and they said their system was down.. and was told everyone in front was getting free food, but the customers were handing over their card and getting a receipt back. Seems pretty shitty to try to close early when there was still 20 minutes to order, DIDNT seem like the machines were at all down, if the orders were being processed before. Also came back to try to get my order done correctly, from what i had gotten last week that was not what i ordered. Definitely won't be coming here again. read more

This Taco Bell had the worst drive thru line ever. You'll wait 30-45 minutes in line easily. What's the point in calling yourself "Fast Food" read more

I appreciate the customer service I receive in the drive thru from Avery. She is always so kind and smiley. She makes sure our order (which is most times quite large) is correct before we drive away. Thank you so much! read more

I have a child that can't have dairy, the Ridgefield location has put cheese and sour cream on his food every time we've ordered there. Over 5 times since they opened. Thats what bothers me the most. They actually mess up the majority of the order. I live within 2 minutes and I now drive to the Woodland location and have no issues. read more

I would leave zero stars if I could. Bad customer service, always mess up our orders and always out of sauce. I have ordered a cheese quesadilla twice now that had barley any sauce or cheese. They close down all the time because they can't keep staff. read more

Worst Taco Bell EVER! Got home and are missing half my order. 15 minute drive. I called them to ask them to reverse the charge on my card since I didn't receive the items and the "closing manager" Tyler, said he was not willing to help me unless I drove the 15 minutes back. He then said I was being demanding by asking for a refund and hung up on me. Get it together Taco Bell. It's not hard to get an order with 4 things in it, correct. Train your people and especially the so-called manager. Zero customer service skills! I also was given 53 packets of sauce, none of which I asked for and 2 giant stacks of napkins! Maybe this was to hide the fact that they didn't give me half my order! read more

I've never had a problem with this Taco Bell until today. They usually fill it up more with food. This is ridiculous

Staff can't get your order right to save their life. I've been overcharged. I haven't received the food I've ordered. The business hours are rarely correct. I have never given a review. But the service tonight was horrible. I ordered my meal and 4 nacho fries and when he gave it to me, the bag was ripped. Spilled all over my lap in the drive thru. This one always disappoints, every time. Each time I try to give it another chance I regret big time. Sloppy and gross and not fresh. save your time and go to The Woodland one. I didn't have issues with the line this time but it's normally horrible. You'll spend the same amount of time going to Woodland and it's way better! read more

Went inside and the place was a mess. Dirt and debris all over the floors. Also a pair of gloves next to the soda machine. We used the tablet inside to order our food to go. They told us the hot sauce was next to the soda machine in a rude manor. All the sauces, napkins, condiments were empty. My wife asked for more hot sauce from the employee behind the counter, the employee looked as if we really put her out. The food was made poorly, a lot of lettuce real skimpy on the meats. Won't go back to this Taco Bell. read more

Horrible customer service on 10-15-2020 around 530pm. Been here a few times and the customer service has always been horrible!! I ordered the grilled cheese burrito and Pepsi. The meal was good but again the service needs to be improved and not make the customers feel unappreciated. (sorry I asked from my receipt when I paid with a card) Need better people at the window. I have expressed this to others and they have the same feeling! A bad reputation is not good! read more
