I use this store location because of its locale and usually it has decent service although the last couple times have been a bit slower in service as well. We did a mobile order for a pretty straightforward meal. I sent my daughter and other half to pick up and the drive-thru was super slow. Our food wasnt all ready. The crew felt inconvenienced by giving drink carriers. The food was cold. The food was hardly edible. The fries weren't drained. My grandsons Hapy Meal was not complete; missing apples and believe me we almost suffered a major meltdown over that issue. Some major coaching for this crew is necessary! The kids didnt want to expedite properly. They were concerned with their phones content more than taking care of customers. And it was evident with the line of people that were not handled. They also didnt verify the order on-screen when picked up. $30-dollars pretty much wasted!!!! Now I need to console my family that have essentially complained the entire past hour about the experience and at least three phone calls while they waited. read more

We put in a mobile order. You'd think that it would be pretty self-explanatory, but no. Apparently, mobile orders are way too easy for these people, and they feel that they are above filling them properly. We showed up and gave the code, they found the order and told us to pull up. The next person told us to pull up, and then decided to play on his phone, because obviously, that was more important. When we pulled forward, the girl tried to hand us three drinks with no carrier, then acted like she was offended because we wanted one, because heaven forbid she should actually do some work, and then told us to pull forward again. We pulled forward and waited for 15 minutes while other people got their food behind us. Finally, they gave us two bags of food, it was cold, everything but the Happy Meal was in those bags, but then we never got the Happy Meal and waited another five minutes. We pulled around and went in, waited in the line, my daughter was told to go wait in the mobile order line, where they were ignoring everybody, meanwhile, all of the fryers but one said "pull, and nobody was doing anything about that either. There was one girl that was trying to do everything while everybody else goofed off. I think she was probably the only adult working, but if she's a manager, she needs training on how to manage, because she shouldn't be letting people be on their phones. Finally, after five minutes of waiting in that line, my daughter went to the other line and told them that we were waiting for a Happy Meal that we never got. Somebody finally went back and got it, it was cold and the box was falling apart. None of that food was edible. It was disgusting, I don't think they even drained the fries, and they were cold. Imagine cold grease with a fry somewhere in it. They were that bad. These were the greasiest fries I've ever had from McDonald's, and I've had some greasy fries. Then, we got home, and the Happy Meal was missing the apples that were ordered, we got none of the sauces that were ordered, and it's honestly not a surprise to me that this McDonald's has the rating that they do. Not sure what happened to their other Yelp page as I've posted pictures and reviews for this location. This location is a below satisfactory location. Not that most McDonald's are above satisfactory !!! The people who work here could care less about customers and customer service. There is always a gang of employees sitting at tables along with management just shooting the breeze instead of wiping down tables and counters or sweeping and mopping floors. They are slow to serve and there is a 50% chance the order will be wrong. The kiosk are always out of paper for your receipt and it's next to impossible to get a receipt. The food is your average McDonald's food so don't have high expectations. Supposedly we are getting a location two miles from us so I won't have to drive 14 miles round trip, and hopefully it'll be better managed, but I'm not holding my breath. Praise God! We get a McDonalds in the Liberty Hill area. I'm a little biased, I'll admit as "Mickie D's" was my first job at 17, back in Culver City, California. I truly admired the training and "Customer is always right" motto. We've lost a bit of that in business today. This location is new, and suffering growing pains like any new restaurant with a diverse staff. So a bit of "grace" is required. The setup is nice and the staff is very friendly. I love the breakfast prices and McDonalds coffee, "IMHO" is comparable to the big price coffee houses, for so much less. So for value and taste, I use the drive thru, so that I don't have to bring a book to get my order. For that, I am great full. Tip: get familiar with the mobile app. Every dollar spent, earns you 100 points. Double points on breakfast items at certain point levels. Points will earn you free food, or $1.00 breakfast sandwiches. You can get a breakfast sandwich (Sausage McMuffin $1.00) and a "Senior Coffee"(small) for $.79. Where else can you get a fresh, hot meal for that price. Lots of others deals and rewards in there. The app will also remember previous orders, so you don't have to play "Ground Hogs Day@ every time you pull up. It works on the drive through, at the counter or curbside and they bring it to you. On a Road-Trip with my Wife, stopped in at Liberty Hill, TX, on Texas State Hwy 29, to fill up the car and decided to grab a quick bite to eat. Spotted a McDonalds right down the street and stopped in. Looking over the Menu above the register trying to decide what to order. Employees all around keeping busy, even tho there are only a few customers inside and a small line of cars in the Drive-Through. Now I know what to get and no one came to the register. Looked around and saw that this is one of the New Automated Screens where you place your order on a screen. Decided to give that a try since no one came to the register below the Menu Board. Walked up to one and the screen was all white with a few words across the top. Tapped the board and nothing happened. Tried it again and nothing happened. There are a couple other Screens with customers tapping away. Then a little kid came over to me and said; "I'm sorry, I'm not finished with my order yet." The Kid left the screen to check on something else and then came back. I looked for another Screen and found one - tapped on it and some information popped up about 'Scanning' the Q Code thing. I have no idea what to do now, then I noticed the 'Screen' is for 'Scanning the Q Code Only' for your order. I stood back for a minute to see if there are any other screens available - and no there is not. The few people using them are leaving the 'Screens' and asking the other people they are with what do they want to order. That's when I left. Those 'Automated Screens' are nothing but a pain for the Customers. They do not speed up anything and they are not monitored. McDonalds, which I will refer to as "McNever", also are coming out with, and has in some areas, even More Automated Places that when you order from a 'Machine', a 'Machine' actually makes your meal. First thing that comes to mind is 'Cleanliness'. Checking the internet I find that this "McNever" has a '2-Star' rating - it figures. I would give them 'Zero Stars' if that was possible. My Wife and I went down the street and enjoyed some Tenderlicious Chicken Strips at "Golden Chick" - ordered from and made by People who Care and they carry a '4-Star' rating. read more

Posting for Evan Argil :Today I made the long-debated decision to spontaneously quit my job as maintenance man at Comfort TX McDonald's. I did it over text, with no two weeks notice. I will not give this general manager the usual courtesies of resignation. From now on he gets from me the same amount of respect that he's shown myself and other staff members, which is zero. This GM began showing his incompetence from the very first day I was hired, not being at the location to train me and never even informing the on duty manager I was coming, letting me stay locked out the back door at 4am because of his lack of communication. I received literally one shift of training with the previous maintenance man before he quit the next day, and proceeded to hold down the place for the next six months, only for the GM to get chastised by his own supervisor because apparently I was filling a two-man position. During this time, he continued to cause harm due to his dismissive, uncaring management style. One example of this was the time I walked to work during a freeze and was ringing the back door for nearly an hour, uninformed that the store had been closed for the day. I walk over half a mile to work and he knows that, but didn't see fit to inform me that morning and spare me the walk, and the eventual slip and fall on the ice that badly bruised my tailbone. There are numerous other small abuses I could point out. Eventually, other job offers began to pop up. I gave my two week's notice, and his response was to practically beg me to stay. He dangled the first of many mentions of a raise. I refused at first, but eventually decided to talk to him again and negotiate. It was like pulling teeth, but I was able to get consecutive days off. He didn't seem to comprehend why it might wear on someone to have split days off when you get up to work at 3. He also agreed to giving me a raise, I requested an additional $2/hr but of course he remained noncommittal regarding the amount. We exchanged a handshake, not exactly a notarized document, but as boomers would say "a handshake used to mean something". Week after week, I waited for a change in my checks. I asked him, texted him, inquired with other managers. At every turn the GM met me with more dismissals, phony excuses and deflection to other higher ups who apparently had the paperwork for my raise on their desks ready to sign. Months later, he actually showed up with paperwork so it seemed as though the raise would really happen. I signed my name, noting the I was only being offered one extra dollar an hour, but assuming that this proved that perhaps the GM had some shred of honor. Then he went on vacation and the paperwork disappeared. Weeks later, he had me fill it out again. This copy also vanished upon being passed up the chain. It has now been a year and half since that handshake, and I'm done. Joblessness is a horror of it's own, but at what point does it become sunk cost to hope I can make this deadend nightmare compatible with my life. The pathetic extra $1 they taunt people with is just the tip of the iceberg with people like GM. He has no problem taking advantage of the desperation of hardworking people. I will not speak for other staff members' experiences, but I have certainly witnessed a pattern of behavior with this insufferable human being. If no consequences come to him, very well, at least I spoke my piece. I can only hope that my coworkers find better as well. It is time to normalize calling them out read more

I called trying to get some food then realised the mcdonald's i had called was a far drive, i hung up to call a closer location but couldn't because Martinez Alfons kept calling my phone. She said i harassed her and sent my number and location to authorities. I do not think this was acceptable! read more

I went to this location and the had the signs 2 for $6 posters for Big Mac or chicken nuggets. I asked for 2 Big Macs for $6 and the total was $12. When I brought the sign to crew member at the counter she went and got the manager. She started telling me the maintenance guy forgot to take down the signs and saying we don't have that. I was polite in say that was her problem and not mine. The sign was up and they need to honor this mind you it was after 2:00pm. The crew member was nice and polite. At the point the manager on duty walked away with all kinds of attitude. I did not feel comfortable eating at the restaurant. read more

Walked in just before 10:30am for an Egg McMuffin. Five people in line. The final person in line before me was going on and on about a problem with the app. Only one person working the counter. After several minutes the counter person goes in the back. After several more minutes a guy comes out, presumably the Manger, and goes on and on with the woman for several more minutes. When she finally leaves I ask for an Egg McMuffin and the "manager" says they don't have any more. I pointed out I had been standing in line for 6 or 7 minutes. "Sorry" he says. The correct answer would have been "I'll get one made up for you. Sorry you had to wait so long". read more

About a month ago, I was in the drive thru for a small order of 4 breakfast sandwiches and pancakes, I was sent to the last window to get my food. I sat at the window and saw 4 cars get their orders and drive off. I had to honk my horn to get their attention and they brought me my food and it was already cold. I went to McDonald's last week and I went in for a to-go order, got home and was missing a biscuit, I went back and they gave me a cold biscuit. Today I went in again for a to-go order and while waiting for my food, a guy came in from the drive thru cause he was missing a hash brown. This time I check my bag before leaving, and yes they failed again to complete my order, I was missing an order of bacon. I brought it to the cashier's attention and she brought me cold bacon. Someone needs to teach the workers to read and fill an order correctly, I go in so I can watch them fill my bag before I leave. read more
