My sandwich had a piece of a third toothpick in it sideways. the two toothpicks that were expected were whole and complete. the sandwiches were constructed incorrectly. put in an incorrect order just kind of piled on in a haphazard manner. so, for us, our first and last visit as we pass through LH. read more

I LOVE Schlotzsky's. Just not the Liberty Hill Schlotzsky's. I have been going to Schlotzsky's since the late 1970's and I have NEVER had a bad sandwich at ANY of the numerous locations I have eaten at. I was so excited to finally see one in Liberty Hill, so I could pick one up on the way home from Austin. The first time there, my daughter in law and I ate there. The employees were very friendly. The food was just ok. Bland. I thought it was a fluke. After all, almost 40 years of perfection is a tough standard. Second visit. I went through the drive thru. Employee was very friendly, service was fast. Sandwich was inedible. Deluxe Original. I always get the same thing. The lettuce was brown and bitter. It wasn't shredded like it usually is, just big brown chunks. The bitter taste got on the meat, so removing the lettuce didn't help and I didn't feel like bathing the sandwich. I bought a medium sized sandwich so I could have the other half for lunch the next day. I took two bites (yucky) and my garbage can ate the rest. I will not be returning to this Schlotzsky's and I make sure to tell all my friends how bad it is because the prices are too high for feeding your trash can. read more

We ordered 3 Mac & cheese. The club chicken flat bread (the bread was kind of soggy). I just held on to it until I got home 4 hours later to see if I could crisp the crust on the flatbread. I live in Liberty Hill but work in RR and I frequent Schlotzsky's in RR and always love them however when I visited the LH location with some friends they a) forgot two add ons I wanted on my sandwich then b) remade it still missing one add on and then forgetting the avocado that came with the sandwich (the avocado was on the first one) then c) took my receipt when they remade it which was for a $40 order thus I could not scan the receipt for my app Not happy at all about the situation considering they messed my sandwich up tboth times having different issues and by the second time I didn't want to have my friends wait any longer so I just ate and left very irritated. read more

This location has lacked proper oversight and management since 60-90 days after opening (when the owners were no longer present). They still get a lot of business due to the lack of options in town, that's why I occasionally still come here. As this community grows and more dining options become available this stores business will decline if changes are not made. So unfortunate because I do love schlotzskys food when I get what I ordered, made correctly and in a REASONABLE amount of time compared to the dozens of other locations I have visited over the years. This location can't seem to get organized despite being open for 3 years now. Each of the dozen or so times we've picked up food, the orders have been either completely wrong (instead of a chicken smokecheesie we received a bun with a pile of dry beef and once a cheese pizza with only bread and sauce) or just missing items completely. The buns are consistently flat and stale and the meats are dry. If you like E. Coli, come here! 1) There was NO soap in the dispenser in bathroom, so I told the worker at the front and she was like, "oh yeah, it's broken." They repeated this back to me. I paid. The next time they saw me, they said "what all did you NOT want on the sandwich?" and I said "just onions." As I was driving down the road later, of course there were ONLY onions (and jalapeños, as there should have been) on that sandwich and it was not good. 3) Phone numbers to nowhere - I'd had it after that, and I tried to call them to let them know. The number was not recognized (this number was from Maps). So then I call corporate, and that too cuts me off...WHAAAATTTTT?! Well, that's one way to not have to address customer problems.
