Everything was fantastic! Food order was correct, service was hospitable. Could not ask for anything more.

Do not order from here unless you want to wait more than 30 min. This is consistently an issue here, but this evening I ordered at 7:10 and we were still waiting on our order with long drive thru lines and lines inside at 7:55 read more

By far the worst Taco Bell location. EVERY TIME I order from here my order is wrong or something is missing. Check your order always.

I stood and waited at the counter for 12 minutes and the workers looked up at me from time to time but none ever came over to take my order. I finally gave up and went to the bathroom and threw soap and trash all over the place to get my revenge. Haha. Eat a duck... Edit: Actually, I left and went to Jardin Corona, they had me seated and took my order and had my food out to me all in under 10 minutes, quicker than Taco Bell took to even acknowledge my existence. Taco Bell... Fast Food my ass. Hahah! Sucks to be yall. Hahahahahah. Taco Bell employees.... Brain dead Zombies. High School dropouts. Rejects. read more

Taco Bell - I waited 12 minutes and no one ever asked to take my order. I finally just gave up. Fuck this place. - Tacos Near Me - Liberty Hill, Texas

Today is January 18, 2026. I placed an order on the Taco Bell app and went inside the store around 12:00 PM. After waiting for over half an hour, I decided to ask for a refund at 12:32 PM. I spoke with JT, the manager, who apologized and said he was working on my order. By then, I was already frustrated and had requested a refund. JT instructed me to submit my refund request through the app. I have since submitted my complaint and am now waiting for a response. This was my first and last visit to this location. I've never experienced such a long wait for food at a fast-food restaurant. I left without any food and ended up going elsewhere. I'm not sure if I came at a bad time or if this is typical for this location, but I hope they can improve their service. The staff seemed nice, but the waiting time is unacceptable. read more

Taco Bell is Taco Bell. Order at lunch time was 2 burritos and 6 Dorito taco supremes. Tacos were clearly made by 2 different people. Some had just a few bits of the toppings (lettuce, tomato and cheese) while the others were very nicely topped. I vote for the latter which were much tastier. Love the Doritos shells. Sauces provided were several for each taco. Burritos seem to have flour shells that are way too big for the amount of filling and are folded in and over numerous times so every bite is very little filling and a mouth full of tortilla. This isn't just at this location. Not very appetizing to me so I don't order them anymore. Service was good. read more

I would never leave a review on a fast food chain because you're obviously not expecting an "experience" when you decide to pick up Taco Bell after work on a Saturday. However...this is the second time I have been to this location & waited almost an hour. For fast food...what the heck you guys. Today specifically the drive thru line was very long, which is no fault to the establishment. But none of the inside kiosks were working & my boyfriend and I stood at the counter for 15 minutes waiting to place an order. Nobody came to the counter, but a couple people in the back saw us. So nobody was sent up to take our order. (Annoying) I then proceeded to sit down & just place my order on the app. After waiting another 20 minutes I hear someone tell another customer "the kiosks should be working now" So if your kiosks aren't working why do you not have someone at the front taking orders and letting people who are coming in know the kiosks aren't working?? Just an annoying experience due to no communication. It's a Taco Bell, but it's still a business & should be somewhat professional. Also, clean your tables in the dining area. read more

Had to get something quick after work and I don't know why but I hoped Taco Bell would be more than crappy food at rip-off prices. It was not. I ordered a chicken burrito supreme and couldn't find any chicken in it. I know food costs are up, but that's no excuse to not provide something of value for a nearly $6 menu item. Never again. read more

Amazing service, there was a long line and i was going to wait around a hour, then one of the managers asked me what my order was and he made it personally and cut the time down to around 10 minutes. Not sure if I can come back to this location without his help lol. I think his name was James, so he definitely deserves a promotion/raise read more

Just drive a little further to Leander Taco Bell They mess up my order every other time I visit. I had to go back through the drive through to get my order fixed this last time and then had to walk inside to ask for more help bc they STILL hadn't fixed it the rest of my food was cold by the time I received what I actually ordered and paid for. I hope this shop is able to get it together bc the staff seems very kind, but I will be going out of my way to a different location moving forward. read more

Staff at the location were helpful and pleasant. I used the drive thru. Everything was quick and my order was exactly as ordered. I had changed so sometimes that doesn't happen. They are a great go to for a quick bite. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I arrived with 3 others and they all ordered, received, and ate their food before I got mine which was 40 minutes later. Many other customers were coming in and ordering much larger and different variety items and receiving their ordered immediately. This experience was annoying and ridiculous; their only solution to this was giving us 5 large free drinks, which why would I even need. Then on top of all that, they didn't give me a single sauce I requested. I'm not picky and I'm patient but this was just a no for me. read more

I'm done with this location. Previously, I placed an order at a kiosk inside. The kitchen was out of some ingredients and canceled my order. When I learned it was canceled, I approached the counter to ask how to be credited. I was told the money would automatically refund to my credit card after the cancellation processed. The refund never showed up. Tonight my husband and I drove through and ordered two beef chalupa combos and two extra tacos. My husband literally ordered "a beef chalupa combo, no sour cream, baja blast AND another beef chalupa combo exactly like the first PLUS two crunchy tacos". We arrived at the window and we're handed a bag that contained two chalupas and two tacos and were charged $20 and change. My husband clarified it was supposed to have been two combos plus two tacos. The order taker rang up an additional $14 and change for the a la carte pieces. When we got home, I punched our original order into the taco bell app and saw that it should have come to $26.56. Then I called the manager to explain what happened... and how not only had we been overcharged, but two of the chalupas were chicken even though we ensured they'd all rung up as beef. Her only solace was "I'm so sorry that happened to you." No offer to make up for the nearly $8 overcharge or the wrong order. read more

Where to start. I tried to find what I needed on the kiosk but couldn't find it. I walked up to the counter and told the young girl it'd be easier to order directly. I told her I needed a grilled breakfast taco with egg, potato, and extra bacon. She said, you want the grilled quesadilla? I said no and I repeated my order. Then she said, you want the grilled burrito? I said no and pointed to the grilled taco on the menu board and I repeated my order. She then said, I don't know what you are wanting. I walked back to the kiosk and figured it out. You have to order the grilled bacon taco, add extra bacon, add potato's and I also selected no cheese. Then this young man brought the order to the counter which only had one taco in it, I ordered two, but when I opened it up, it was a grilled taco with only egg and cheese. I showed him my receipt of what I ordered and he said, oh. They really need to evaluate the workers here or they will continue to loose customers. We are getting close to not returning as there is generally almost always an issue. They get it right occasionally. read more

Sunday afternoon, 3pm. It's very slow, but absolutely no one would come to the counter to take our order. The employees who looked our way looked like deer-in-headlights. We stood there for 10 minutes before ordering on the kiosk. Another guy called out to the employees and knocked on the counter but he was ignored too. They had the music blaring, so maybe they couldn't hear over the techno-pop, but again, they could SEE us standing there and didn't give a flying whooptie. Also, the tacos had broken shells and almost no meat on them. One literally had a spoonful of meat on only one side of the taco. The chips and cheese were thrown in the bag upside down so the chips all fell out. The cheese was piping hot, though, and the chips were crispy, but too few of them. So there's one semi-good thing. read more

Ordered online, for pickup. Employees loitering outside, as I arrived I knew something was up. Door locked. Knocked. Then pounded door. A nice guy first arrived at door, explained to me network was down or some such thing. I understand, it happens. Explain that I ordered online and already paid. I could tell the guy was smart enough to say hey you ordered it, paid for it, why not, maybe they could work off the app order. The nice guy went back in to get someone in charge. That dude (in charge guy) was probably already feeling the pressure so Ill give him a pass. He basically said, can't help you, you'll need to figure it out in the app. A minutes later, I am at home check the app, order is ready. Needless to say, I canceled transaction via CC. Liberty Hill is spreading out! Drives are long and awful. I ordered and expected a simple burrito order to be fulfilled. Never ever again. read more

Taco Bell calls this a BEEFY 5 layer burrito. I ordered mine without beans but with extra cheese, green sauce and onions. What you see on the right is what they gave me. When I took it to the counter the young man looked at it and said "you didn't want beans." I asked him if the tablespoon of meat qualified as BEEFY and he told me it was one serving of beef. Just when I thought Taco Bell had gotten their act together they proved me wrong. Been eating at Taco Bell since the '60's, but never again. Unfortunately the pictures wont load. read more

This is the 3rd and last time for certain that I will go to the LH Taco Bell. Each time I have been here the quality of the food has gotten worse. I order bean and cheese burritos and there's NEVER been any cheese on them and the tortillas taste uncooked. I talked to the manager and nothing has changed. I didn't think it possible to mess up a bean and cheese burrito but this place proved me wrong. Save your money and go down the road to get better quality food. read more

came to the drive thru, ordering was easy considering I only got 2 things. When I got to the window, the lady didn't speak a word to me, didn't read my order, didn't tell me my total, nothing, just snatched my card, handed me my bag, all without saying anything. & who would've guessed, I paid double the money for the wrong meal!! actually ridiculous. the lady was dark complexion with dark hair read more

Ordered through Uber Eats. Was craving a burrito all week so told hubby we were ordering in. Paid extra for "direct" and quicker delivery. Was told 15-30 min. Turned into one hour. NOT the fault of our delivery service. Food wasn't prepared until 30 min after ordering. Bag of tacos and burritos were hardly wrapped. Our food was obviously thrown in the bag and the wrappers were opened and toppings falling out. My burrito supreme had a sprinkle of beef. Hardly warranting the two dollar jump in price from the bean burrito. I understand being short staffed and would forgive the long turnaround time, but the quality of packaging, the obviously hurried preparation and the bland food was not acceptable under any circumstances. Leander location is worth the drive compared to this location. Such a shame. read more

This is the new taco bell in liberty hill, tx. THIS PLACE IS AN ABSOLUTE DISASTER. Ordered my food in the parking lot for inside pickup at about 8:20 pm on Saturday night. Get out of car only to find their DOORS LOCKED. Ok so I spend the next 30-40 minutes in the drive thru line since my food has already been paid for thru the app. FINALLY get my food and order is wrong. They fix it. Get home which is about a 5 minute drive and the food is ICE COLD!! and extremely soggy. Apparently they made it when i ordered but since i couldn't get in it sat their for approx 40-45 min. Very short-staffed, she had to lock the lobby doors to keep ppl from coming in to catch up. She skipped over our kiosk order and served 6 ppl that ordered after us. If I could give 0 stars here I would. Came here working for Uber at 1am and the store "manager" (?) Young Hispanic man named Joel with longer dark hair came to the window to tell me I had to drive all the way back around to the speaker to tell him my order again. I was the only person here. I thought he was joking, but he literally held my order hostage and tried to bully me. He wanted to make me drive back around to the speaker to tell him the exact same thing twice. He said "your orders right here" and laughed and walked away. Some kind of weird power trip this kid was on. I was the only person there and he said "it's company policy". I don't think it's any company policy to bully people and hold there food hostage. Working for Uber this order was cold by the time I got it and the customer had to wait for this kids temper tantrum to be over, finally 20 minutes later another manager who was very nice and respectful handed me the orders. This is the worst experience I've ever had a Taco Bell in my life, this location has so many negative reviews it needs to be checked out. It's not going well over there at all. read more

When this location first opened in 2022 they were amazing. They always got the food right, everyone was friendly and nice. Fast forward to November 2022 and this place is terrible. Rude employees, they constantly mess up food and they claim they're short-staffed so they lock the doors so patrons can't enter the restaurant, forcing everyone to use the drive thru. I hadn't realized that 5+ employees mean they're short staffed. Such a shame because this location is the only one in the area and now it just sucks. read more
