Some had just a few bits of the toppings (lettuce, tomato and cheese) while the others were very nicely topped. I vote for the latter which were much tastier. Love the Doritos shells. Sauces provided were several for each taco. Burritos seem to have flour shells that are way too big for the amount of filling and are folded in and over numerous times so every bite is very little filling and a mouth full of tortilla. Today is January 18, 2026. I placed an order on the Taco Bell app and went inside the store around 12:00 PM. After waiting for over half an hour, I decided to ask for a refund at 12:32 PM. I spoke with JT, the manager, who apologized and said he was working on my order. By then, I was already frustrated and had requested a refund. JT instructed me to submit my refund request through the app. I have since submitted my complaint and am now waiting for a response. This was my first and last visit to this location. I've never experienced such a long wait for food at a fast-food restaurant. I left without any food and ended up going elsewhere. I'm done with this location. Previously, I placed an order at a kiosk inside. The kitchen was out of some ingredients and canceled my order. When I learned it was canceled, I approached the counter to ask how to be credited. I was told the money would automatically refund to my credit card after the cancellation processed. The refund never showed up. Tonight my husband and I drove through and ordered two beef chalupa combos and two extra tacos. My husband literally ordered "a beef chalupa combo, no sour cream, baja blast AND another beef chalupa combo exactly like the first PLUS two crunchy tacos". We arrived at the window and we're handed a bag that contained two chalupas and two tacos and were charged $20 and change. My husband clarified it was supposed to have been two combos plus two tacos. The order taker rang up an additional $14 and change for the a la carte pieces. When we got home, I punched our original order into the taco bell app and saw that it should have come to $26.56. Then I called the manager to explain what happened... and how not only had we been overcharged, but two of the chalupas were chicken even though we ensured they'd all rung up as beef. Where to start. I tried to find what I needed on the kiosk but couldn't find it. I walked up to the counter and told the young girl it'd be easier to order directly. I told her I needed a grilled breakfast taco with egg, potato, and extra bacon. She said, you want the grilled quesadilla? I said no and I repeated my order. Then she said, you want the grilled burrito? I said no and pointed to the grilled taco on the menu board and I repeated my order. She then said, I don't know what you are wanting. I walked back to the kiosk and figured it out. You have to order the grilled bacon taco, add extra bacon, add potato's and I also selected no cheese. Then this young man brought the order to the counter which only had one taco in it, I ordered two, but when I opened it up, it was a grilled taco with only egg and cheese. I showed him my receipt of what I ordered and he said, oh. They really need to evaluate the workers here or they will continue to loose customers. Sunday afternoon, 3pm. It's very slow, but absolutely no one would come to the counter to take our order. The employees who looked our way looked like deer-in-headlights. We stood there for 10 minutes before ordering on the kiosk. Another guy called out to the employees and knocked on the counter but he was ignored too. They had the music blaring, so maybe they couldn't hear over the techno-pop, but again, they could SEE us standing there and didn't give a flying whooptie. Also, the tacos had broken shells and almost no meat on them. One literally had a spoonful of meat on only one side of the taco. The chips and cheese were thrown in the bag upside down so the chips all fell out. The cheese was piping hot, though, and the chips were crispy, but too few of them. Taco Bell calls this a BEEFY 5 layer burrito. I ordered mine without beans but with extra cheese, green sauce and onions. What you see on the right is what they gave me. When I took it to the counter the young man looked at it and said "you didn't want beans." I asked him if the tablespoon of meat qualified as BEEFY and he told me it was one serving of beef. Hardly warranting the two dollar jump in price from the bean burrito. This is the new taco bell in liberty hill, tx. THIS PLACE IS AN ABSOLUTE DISASTER. Ordered my food in the parking lot for inside pickup at about 8:20 pm on Saturday night. Get out of car only to find their DOORS LOCKED. Ok so I spend the next 30-40 minutes in the drive thru line since my food has already been paid for thru the app. FINALLY get my food and order is wrong. They fix it. Get home which is about a 5 minute drive and the food is ICE COLD!! and extremely soggy. Apparently they made it when i ordered but since i couldn't get in it sat their for approx 40-45 min. Young Hispanic man named Joel with longer dark hair came to the window to tell me I had to drive all the way back around to the speaker to tell him my order again. I was the only person here. I thought he was joking, but he literally held my order hostage and tried to bully me. He wanted to make me drive back around to the speaker to tell him the exact same thing twice. He said "your orders right here" and laughed and walked away. Some kind of weird power trip this kid was on. I was the only person there and he said "it's company policy". I don't think it's any company policy to bully people and hold there food hostage. Working for Uber this order was cold by the time I got it and the customer had to wait for this kids temper tantrum to be over, finally 20 minutes later another manager who was very nice and respectful handed me the orders. When this location first opened in 2022 they were amazing. They always got the food right, everyone was friendly and nice. Fast forward to November 2022 and this place is terrible. Rude employees, they constantly mess up food and they claim they're short-staffed so they lock the doors so patrons can't enter the restaurant, forcing everyone to use the drive thru. I hadn't realized that 5+ employees mean they're short staffed. Such a shame because this location is the only one in the area and now it just sucks. read more

Thomas helped me and my family of 6 get all the food we wanted. Had a great smile and atheistic and bubbly personality. Not only that folks he went the extra mile to make our food! Don't come here if you're in a hurry. Especially in the evening. Seems like they need to hire more staff or fix operations. Have noticed their lobby is often closed and the drive-through line takes anywhere from 25 minutes to an hour. To top everything off, this last time I picked up an online order I pulled up to the window and was asked "what are you looking for? ". I don't know? My order I guess lol. The next two times, the order was incorrect and I was overcharged while being under delivered.
