Best breakfast tacos, I look forward to going that way just for the opportunity to stop by. Their green salsa is the best!

We ordered two Alpastor, one fajita and the burger. Clearly we can hungry. The Al Pastor tacos are the winner with a squeeze of lime and their fresh green salsa every bite was delicious. The fajita was a 4.5 out of 5...meaning if Al Pastor is not for you the beef fajita is very good. The burger was two juicy patties layered with perfectly melted cheese and sautéed onions & bell peppers. This isn't your traditional American burger it's the Latin take and it doesn't disappoint. Everything is fresh. The owners were so friendly and the aguas Frescas was so fresh I enjoyed every sip. If you want an alcoholic beverage the Thirsty Penguin is steps away. This is a great spot with a playground, lots of tables and shade to meet up some friends or bring the family out. I highly recommend stopping by.

The meat is delicious with the right amount of char balanced by sweetness from the pineapple. You have the option to pick between a corn or flour tortilla. Everything is made fresh! The prices are reasonable at about $3.50-$4 per taco. The owners are nice. I'm happy to support a local business. I am definitely making this a new frequent lunch spot!

We ordered the wings, burger, 2 slaw dogs, and biscuits and gravy. Let me start off that the wings are lightly battered, fried and then tossed in a great Buffalo sauce that is not too hot. The wings are big and juicy, so much better then those chicken little wing at pluckers. Let me tell you about the B&G... Holy mother of God! Gravy was like liquid happiness sprinkled with bits of sausage over a pair of biscuits that were sweet, fork-tender and soft like butter. If you see this food trailer out and about, you gotta stop and get you some great food. Here's hoping they come back to CP, TX.

Not just another steak burrito, but one made "Baja Style", with Ranchero meat or similar. We've found something that comes close at Aparicio's. It's not your ordinary menu choices of ground beef, pork and chicken. First of all, customers waiting in line were raving to their friends on how amazing the food is. The quality, the service and the portion sizes. Taco prices are a bit higher than your average taco stand, but this is not a "hole in the wall" dive joint. The owners have made your experience here unique in the decor, yet the food served on homemade tortillas lets you know you're being blessed in the kitchen, by someone who cares. When we arrived we told them this was our first time. The host spoke to someone, and out from the kitchen comes a sample tray with five cups of food to sample. Carne Asada, chicken, pastor, chorizo and Pableno Pepper sauce. We ordered the Cali Burritto. A Carne Asada burrito with fries, pico, and other fixings. It was huge, even after cut in half. I opted for two tacos, pastor which came with a slice of grilled pineapple and Chorizo. Both served on hand made flour tortillas and they were great. We also got an order of cheese fries. A small bowl of McDonald's size fries with shredded cheese and a light cheese sauce melted on top. It was great, paired with a homemade jalapeño ranch sauce. Finished with a fresh strawberry horchata drink in a large mason jar and a mango melon drink. 6:50 each, yet well worth the cost. So if you're looking for something other than Tex-Mex fusion Mexican food, or if you're missing tasting real authentic Mexican food without having to drive to San Antonio, then drive on over to Leander. Once you pull into the lot, right of Smoky MO's just behind the jewelry shop. Enjoy! Michael C. - Georgetown, Tx.

The food here is quite good. This is usually my Goto spot on the weekend during projects, when we want something fast. I've tried their street tacos, burritos, flautos, even burgers. Their Mexican food is the best. Very popular with the local contractors (which is usually a good sign). Ask for the marinaded carrots, but don't be surprised if they run out. Close about 3:00pm., Mon-Sat. Closed Sundays. Check 'em out. You won't be disappointed. Michael C. - Georgetown, Tx.

To Chef Felipe Armenta,…read more Please review your Georgetown Location. I was Up Charged a little bit under $4 by this location today. You have several signs stating a breakfast taco deal at $5.99 for (3). Today 5/9/26 @ 9:40am: I grabbed an order of Cactus and an order of chorizo. Based on your menu there is not an additional charge for this. The Total (including Tax @ 8.25%) is just under $13. We are in a time where disingenuous acts by your veteran employees is scrutinized past just an initial instance. Although I did speak to a manager by phone, I still find it necessary to bring this to the Company attention instead of sweeping under the rug by phone call. If this wasn't a recurring complaint (read your Yelp Reviews) about Up Charges, I would let it be. But this is not the case, it's happened more than a onetime mistake. How this affects the rest of the Shifts Employees is a tip will not be given, your employee already charged that amount. I have worked in service before and Tips are what have kept me and plenty other employees working for a company in our past. It's also a help for your business as your turnover will decrease, morale will increase, and so will customer relationships. Dishonesty like this though hurts this Location 3-fold and can be crippling. I agree with the majority, the breakfast tacos here are good especially at the price posted. But this hurts you today for Me and anyone reading this that wants to try out a breakfast taco spot Somewhere New. This review will potentially deter %5+ of New Customer acquisition which if you're a seasoned business person this looks small in the beginnings but very important to company growth. I suppose I say, today hurt your growth here. By the looks of it employees don't care, and it starts with the tip jar that can't keep them satisfied.. because they up charge. Good Luck
