The Barbacoa was good, but it wasn't shredded properly, so it was just large meat chunks that I had to shred with my fork. Altogether underwhelming and sub standard. I was hopeful but sadly the 3rd time wasn't the charm. As a newly opened Chipotle I had high hopes. Especially because there's a Chipotlane drive thru pick up window! Unfortunately, this location is not quite operating the best. I gave it 3 attempts because I wanted to give them a chance to get in their groove. First time I went, the burrito that I always order was poorly wrapped, did not have any flavor and tasted just plain ole bad. Second time I ordered chips on the app only to arrive and they said they were out of chips. Hunh!?! It was 3 hours before they closed so I didn't really understand. As well, I got tacos and most of the ingredients were not inside of the taco shells. It was not supposed to be a salad or a bowl with shells. Third time I went, same sad taco story different day. So the taco DISassembly wasn't just a fluke. I hope this location improves but I'll wait a long while before returning to take a gamble with my hunger. This was my first time trying chipotle and I really enjoyed it. The bowl is more than enough for one person and you can pretty much build it as you please. From the rice, beans, sauces and toppings. The service however could improve, especially while interacting with the customers. It didn't feel too welcoming or friendly whatsoever. Everyone seemed to be in a bad mood and you could definitely tell and feel it. We decided to take our food to go and eat elsewhere. The serving size is worth it when it comes to the bowls or burritos. Also, it seems to be pretty busy sometimes so they don't always get around to cleaning the tables and chain inside and outside so most of them were dirty and gross. read more

I pointed out that Chicken isn't $13 and the girl just ignored me & started ringing up the next person. The second time was for pickup. I got food for my wife, my son & myself. The manager at this location, what a piece of work! Standing in line around 1:30 on Friday. 1 person working the line, no one at the register, no one filling online orders. All the items on the line were full but everyone except the 1 person on the line was cooking food. The phone started to ring and the manager told the ONLY PERSON HELPING CUSTOMERS to go and answer the phone. The poor guy finished with the current customer, but he didn't answer the phone in time. The manager proceeded to lecture him in front of a line of customers that he needs to answer the phone in 3 rings or less every time. Ignoring the fact that he was the only person actually helping customers. Then the manager then proceeded to lecture another employee (again in front the customers) about his hours for the week and why he has 35 hours already. Talk about creating an awkward situation for your customers, I felt bad for the people that work here. There isn't much this location gets right. If you show up during lunch or after 6pm they are usually out of everything. One visit they were out of lettuce, steak, chicken, pico, and guac. The proteins they did have were all dried out. But that makes sense after watching the manager. That guy is in way over his head. read more

The worst customer service. I had a BOGO email. My husband and I add ordered loaded bowls and went to pay. The email wouldn't give me a code. I showed it to the manager, she saw me try everything, to no avail. Then told me there was nothing she could do. I told her that I wouldn't pay for 2 orders when I clearly had a BOGO email. I've always enjoyed @Chipotle, but my recent visit to this location was an absolute nightmare. Whoever is managing this place, along with the staff, needs significant retraining in organization, food quality, cleanliness, OSHA compliance, and basic customer service. Yesterday, I witnessed a scene that left me both appalled and infuriated. I was behind a father and his little girl who appeared to order a chicken bowl. The staff member spilled rice on the countertop and then proceeded to put it back into the rice bin. If that wasn't bad enough, he took one of the side dish bins out of the hot water and tried to pour whatever was left into the customer's bowl, resulting in a significant amount of water contaminating the girl's meal. I stepped in and asked the worker to remake the bowl due to the cross-contamination issues, but shockingly, neither the father nor the worker seemed to care. The state of the store was equally disturbing. The grill was visibly dirty, with bits of food scattered everywhere on the serving table. The workers seemed disorganized and incapable of focusing on one customer at a time, leading to a chaotic and unpleasant experience. This location desperately needs better training for its staff. The level of disregard for basic hygiene and customer service is unacceptable. I hope corporate steps in to address these issues immediately. Until significant improvements are made, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at any Chipotle. read more

We always see new employees and always see the same problems even when we see a whole different crew. This screams management problem on down. They are always running out of meat. Negative stars would be given if available. Poor customer service and lack of etiquette will be the eventual end to a business even if people enjoy the food. We placed an order through the app today and order was supposed to be ready by 8:10pm CST. Waited in the drive thru line and didn't get addressed until 8:45 CST. No one came out to our car to let us know there was a drastic delay...we just sat in line and watched as car after car got mad/frustrated/impatient and either left the line to address the issue in the store or just left altogether. At 8:45pm CST, we reached the employee at the drive thru line and this is when we received such a poor grade of customer service that we will never go to this location again. NEVER. The employee informed us that it would be AN ADDITIONAL 40 MINUTES because there were 6 orders ahead of us. So remember, our order was supposed to be ready by 8:10pm and it was now 8:45pm and she was telling us that it would be AN ADDITIONAL 40 MINUTES. Did she apologize? NO. Rather she just sheepishly laughed when she delivered the news. Did she explain why there was a delay? NO. Did she empathize or offer a solution or alternate idea? NO. Also, I'll state the obvious. How can this location survive if it takes them 40 minutes to complete 6 orders? We asked for a refund. She said they were not able to process a refund in-house and offered a number to call. Once again, no apology, no explanation why. She wrote the number on a scrap piece of receipt paper and when we asked to speak to the manager, she looked over her shoulder and said, "This is it." We asked her to clarify and she said her and another male employee were the managers. My husband asked her for her name and she said, "No sir" and shut the drive thru window and looked away. Are you kidding me?! For reference, she wears glasses, hair was in a pony tail and was working the drive thru window the evening of March 3, 2023. If she is truly the manager, this Chipotle's leadership team should be ashamed and embarrassed. If this is how you treat your customers AND you are unable to handle not only your drive thru customers but ALSO your walk-in customers, why would anyone go to this location? With other food business literally a few feet away, you must be very confident to treat your customers this way and not think your business will suffer. I reported the incident as well to their customer care team because if I have to call in for my refund, it is also the perfect time to also succinctly detail my dissatisfaction with my visit. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere, folks. Or drive to another location. This location will only frustrate and infuriate you. read more

I love chipotle, but something is always going on here. Either short staffed, excessive lines, or food is wrong. Staff is supper nice, but something is missing. They have a chipotle lane but, personally I would not recommend. Nearly every time I order something is not right or missing. I understand you might be out of something but improvise, ask the customer if they would prefer something else.. you have our contact info when we place an order right, rather than missing a whole ingredient which to me is the reason I come to chipotle. This reason I decided to place this review is because I got my tacos through drive through and nothing but cold. Tortilla not warmed, chicken cold, missing ingredient during the day. Every time I go to this restaurant there is a problem. If I walk in they are out of a lot of food always and refuse to make more. If I order a quesadilla in store some of them say sure and make it without any issues. But if your go the next day they will refuse stating that it's not the policy and it has to be ordered online. I ordered door dash today and on the outside of the bag it had the correct name on the order but I opened it and it was someone else's food in the bag. I love chipotle but I've never seen one that just seems to not care. Something has to change. I will not be going to this location until they get their act together. Ordered a burrito bow to pickup at 9:40. My bowl was suppose to have chicken, brown rice, lettuce and a side of guac. Went through drive thru. Picked up order. Asked if their was silverware. Said should be. I opened the bag and no silverware or napkins. Pull over to eat and just chicken and white rice were in the bowl! Went inside and the employee said unfortunately we ran out of lettuce. Asked to add pico or something and got same price. Glad they can just throw what the got and not inform the customer before they drive off. Huge chipotle fan and this was not good service.
